Updated on 12/20 now can not print on HP5520 wireless printer need help!

Since doing update on 12/20/13 I can no longer print from firefox on my wireless HP 5220 printer. Please advise how to correct or can I revert to the older version of firefox that did print on wireless printer. Worked great before update. Now not at all happy.

Do you get an error message, or is the printer missing from the dialog, or just nothing comes out??
To see whether the problem is in Firefox's settings, could you check this article if you didn't already try it: [[Fix printing problems in Firefox]].
To see whether the problem is that an HP add-on got disabled, you could check your Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. The disabled ones cluster toward the bottom. Anything HP or printing related down there?

Hi thanks i just finished uninstalling itunes, i restarted my computer and then reinstalled itune and now the ipod is being recongnised but i tells me "this ipod can not be used because the apple mobile device is not started"what does this mean?

Updated two computers and now can not get the serial number to work

can not get Production Premium Suite serial number to work after up dating both of my computers. get invalid serial number error. both are running OS X 10.9.4.

I am using version CS6, don't know support number. Did not deactivate because drive failed. put in new drive and it will not accept serial number. Same Mac Pro desk top just new hard drive.

Are you running modified software on your phone? This error seems to be common if the firmware has been modified and you're trying to restore the phone again.

TS1398 bought a mini and also have an IPAD2 have used ITunes to download all programs to the mini but have NOT BEEN ABLE TO have the connection to the Internet and CAN NOT get any emails. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!

I thought when I bought a MINI that all I'd need to do is sync up with ITunes to get all apps and setting to the Mini. I was wrong as I can not connnect to the internet and can not get any emails. Have tried just about all suggestions under support but need to reach out to actual users who may have run into similar prblem. I must be missing something as I have to believe that Apple would make it as simple/easy as possible to connect to the interne. I still have my internet connect with my Ipad2.
appreciate any help on this one as MY WIFE is driving me crazy as she wants to use the internet with HER MINI!!!

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Okay I've done some playing around with my photos by doing what you've told me to do.
When I do it to a movie that is not affected it takes me to the file in the Finder window. I also did the same with the photos under the same event of the movie. Selecting "Show File" takes me to the file in the Finder window.
When I performed the same task to an affected movie and its related photos it doesn't show me where the file is. It brings up the Finder window only showing the internal hard drive and network icons.
Having gone through this task, I've identified another issue. When I double click on a photo that is in the same event as the affected movie, a big black exclamation mark in a grey circle with a black background pops up. Are these photos and movies corrupt or have not transfered through probably when I did the copy and paste from the back-up file?

Updated my Z10 and now do not have access to emails or calendars. Apparently can't uninstall. Not happy.

Chose to upgrade without checking on consequences. Now can not use emails nor calendars. Not sure what else. Error messages come up on my computer saying upgrade messages from Blackberry are viruses, so deleted them summarily. Can''t figure ouot how to und this mess. Not happy.

We might be able to help, but first we need to understand. From your jumbled words, I do not understand (1) what you did to perform the update and (2) what exactly is happening now. I cannot correlate your inability to do things on the device with what you say comes up on your computer.

Try this repair, ensure you complete all the tasks and in the order shown:
1 delete all the iWork applications if you have them, not just Keynote, use Appcleaner from Mac Update to           do this, its freeware
2 restart the Mac;   Apple menu > restart
3 immediately after the start chime, press the shift key until you see the Apple symbol.
         let it fully boot up, it will take longer as the OS is repairing the drive
4 when fully booted, go to Applications > Utilities > Disc Utility; click on the boot drive then First Aid tab and           click repair disc permissions
5 when complete, restart the Mac normally
6 install Keynote from the Mac App Store
