Updated Terms and Conditions causing trouble.

Even when I accept the terms and conditions I still have to do it over and over again, what's happining?

Try first signing out of the iTunes and App Store in Settings>iTunes and App Stores (tap on your apple ID and choose sign out) then sign back in.
Then do a hard reset, hold down the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time until you see a white Apple then release.
Then go ahead and try again, should work.
I hope this helps!

  • Apps wont update (terms and conditions)

Okay so, when i go to the app store, it all seems fine but when i go to the updates there is a picture of the app and all the text is blue, and underlined, like a link. When i go into the updates, and i press update all it says terms and conditions have changed. I have to accept it or whatever (nobody actually reads it anyway). But just like in the updates thing.. It pops up from the bottom of the screen with times new roman, and it doesnt look liek something from apple. With links that are blue says send by email blah blah blah... So i press accept and it says.. "your session has timed out. Try again." does that all the time. So i cant buy or update games. My ipad isnt jailbroken.
Also another thing... My gamecenter works when i go into the app.. But when i go into fruit ninja, and play multiplayer it doesnt take my 5 stars and i can never play with anyone.
P.s. apple employees and facebook employees fix facebook, doesnt work on my ipad

I'm sorry, but I don't know the answer to the first part. As for the facebook-thing: if you mean it keeps crashing...then...yeah, that's normal. MIne hasn't crashed in a while, but it used to do that a LOT.

  • IOS 7.0.1/7.0.2 Update: Terms and Conditions Page Blank

Hi All. I just got myself an iPhone 5S and I noticed that both the 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 updates didn't have any text in the Terms and Conditions Page prior to installing the update. The two buttons are present at the bottom, "Agree" and "Disagree". Is this normal? Why didn't the text load of the Terms and Conditions?

I am having the same issue.  Anyone able to help?

  • Ios 8.1.2 install does not get past terms and conditions

I have a new iPhone 6 Plus and have been able to get it successfully get to updating to iOS 8.1 but after that, I can never get it to get past the 8.1.1 or the 8.1.2 update terms and conditions. I agree with the first screen and then it has the pop-up second smaller question, I agree to that and then the first screen just stays locked in view. If I touch on the first agree highlighted text again it fades on and off but never changes.
Would trying to do the update via iTunes solve this problem or is there something else I can reset on the iPhone 6 Plus itself to not have to do so?
Please advise. There are some corrections made by Apple in 8.1.2 that I really need and my 128GB model depends upon!
    Take care,
    Robert

    Hey r-engineer,
That definitely sounds frustrating! If you haven’t already done so, let’s try restarting/resetting your device when the Terms & Conditions are unresponsive:
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
    http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559
If the issue persists, let’s definitely go with your next idea to restore the device with iTunes:
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
    http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252
    Thanks,
    Matt M.

  • TS1717 iTunes "Terms and Conditions Have Changed Before you can proceed you must accept the terms and conditions" is on an infinite loop.  No matter how many times I agree, when I go to update my apps the terms and conditions have changed link reappears.

Can anyone help me?  Suddenly (i.e. just a few minutes ago) this problem has appeared.  I attempted to update two apps on my iPad.  The Terms and Conditions agreement comes up, I read the terms and conditions, I agree to them, I click AGREE, it disappears, I reclick on update and the Terms and Conditions agreement appears and we start the mobius strip all over again.  I tried to see if it was just on my iPad by trying to download a new app on my iPhone.  same problem.  Anyone have advice on how to resolve this issue?  Oh, and of course, Apple has declared my two new devices to be out of warranty and want me to pay to ask how to fix a problem caused by their own software.  Lovely.  so helpful.  Hey Cupertino ... are you paying attention?  I might start tweeting about this.

I updated the software on my iphone4 tonight and ran into this same endless loop - "itunes terms & conditions have been changed" - go to itunes, aceept - back to the "T&C have been changed message" with no ability to do anything in the app store until I accepted the new terms.
While not a very direct solution, I was able to finally accept the terms in a way that seem to register with apple by making a purchase through iTunes on my computer. This forced me through updating my payment information and updating my iTunes software to the latest edition (which I had not yet taken the time to do).  After doing both of these, iTunes took me through the terms & conditions on two separate pages, but ultimately allowed me to purchase my song.  Once I completed these steps, it fixed the problem on my phone, so now I can update my apps and download new ones without running into that loop.
    Hope this helps!!!

Did you download the new iTunes update that was also released this afternoon? That might be the problem. The new iTunes update came out today as well as the new iOS 7 update and if you haven't downloaded the new iTunes update it may be a compatibility problem so if you didn't, first update to the new iTunes and try again.

    Try to reset the device:
    Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
    1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
    2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
    3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

  • Turned on my ipod. Said update available. Updated fine, now stuck on terms and conditions. Will not allow me to accept, and now I cannot turn my ipod off. It is literally froze. Any suggestions.

Turned on my ipod. Update available.  Updated fine, came to accepting terms and conditions and this is where it all went wrong. Stuck, cannot accept and cannot turn off the the ipod.  It is stuck on the terms and conditions. Uninstalled itunes on my computer and reinstalled accepting the terms and condition in my computer. Pluged in my ipod, but still nothing.  Just stuck on the terms and conditions.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Let the battery fully drain till the iPod turns off.
Then place it in Recovery Mode for a full restore. (Setup as new when done)

The update to iOS 7 is frozen at the Terms and Conditions page and will not move, no matter what I click on.  I cannot access my iPad as it is frozen on this screen.  How do I remedy this nightmare?

    Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Then try updating the software again.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data is lost due to a reset.

    *** I HAVE THE ANSWER ***
You must goto Settings > General  > Reset > Reset All Settings ... this worked 100% for me and once that is compelte go back and try to pass the terms and conditions, you will see the "agree" button in the bottom right hand corner
