I updated to 8.3, something, and now I cannot get my iPad past the apple logo. Any suggestions.

Then you need to try and restore your device again as new, then you can try putting your backup on it. See this support document for help with the restore. If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

I followed all of the instructions to move the .dll's to the desktop, I removed iTunes via the control panel, and now I can't get past the Service 'Apple Mobile Divice failed to start. Verify that you have sufficent privilidges to start systems services. I now have no iTunes on my laptop, can't reinstall iTunes, and I am pulling my hair out because I can not figure out how to send an e-mail to Apple because I bought my iPad just over a year ago. PLEASE HELP!!!

Where does AOL show up -- home page?

Your only option is to connect your iPhone to your computer via USB (as the diagram indicates) and restore using iTunes.

Reboot. Download a fresh copy of iTunes. Right click on the exe file and select Run as Administrator.
I did this and it reinstalled as if nothing happened. All of my songs, podcasts and playlists were still there.

If the problem persists after you reboot as suggested by Ralph:
Trouble connecting usually means interference, or another WiFi on the same channel.
If you have any cordless phones, keyboards, or cameras, check what frequency they use.
From a MAC or Windows machine you can see what channel each of the available networks are using. Make sure your network is on a channel nobody else nearby is also using.

I had music on my phone but when I connected it to my iMac I lost all my music, besides the one that I purchased, and now I can't get back the other one's that weren't purchased. What do I do?

Please tell me I can get my music back. Or if I need to go to the apple store and ask?

If by other music you mean CDs and the like, those were only on your computer to which you last synced the phone. If they weren't there and yu got them onto the phone by manually syncing to another computer you will have to go back to that computer to get hte music again. Apple Store certainly won't have it.
