I updated my itouch and now my apps are gone and I can't download.

So I did the ios5 update on my itouch gen4 and I synced it right before and everything was still normal. The upgrade took about 30-40 mins. I kept it pluged the whole time and after for about an hour or two but everything had stopped loading. But it only restored my photos. My music and apps are gone. Which wouldnt be a huge deal but I when I started to download my apps from the app store, the first worked but everything from then won't download. It's not my internet because safari works but the apps just keep saying waiting. If you could help, that would be great. By the way, my ipod was not jailbroken.

I go my dad's old phone 2 weeks ago, I updated to ios 7.02, my pararama didn't move at all, I looked in settings and messed around trying to make it work ( turning it off and on) it still didn't work, I also noticed that my camera features such as filters on the slide bar dissapered, I updated to 03 but still noting happened I am do angry, how can i fix this? You laggy keyboard/typing issue however is another matter. Several iPhone 4 users (and other models too) have reported similar problems after upgrading to iOS 7, but most iPhone 4 users do not experience the issue. A fix I've heard has been successful in several cases is to logout of iCloud and iTunes and the App Store in Settings, reset the phone (press sleep/wake and home buttons together and hold until Apple logo appears), and then log back into iCloud and iTunes and the App Store in Settings again.

Updated to iOS 5, now the Photos app crashes and the camera app.

Try placing the iPod in Recovery mode and then try restoring. Do that after the iPad is connect to a charging source for at least an hour.

Time machine backup, now all applications are gone and cant reinstall anything

My computer froze earlier today and I rebooted and I kept getting the grey loading circle. Nothing seemed to work so I loaded in safe mode and reinstalled from an earlier version of a backup i had on time machine. When the computer booted back up, all the applications on the computer were gone, replaced by little grey question marks. I had no access to the internet and none of my other time machine backups seem to have applications either.
I have tired command R to reinstall, and that doesnt work either. I have a copy of 10.6.3 Snow Leopard on disc but that doesnt work either because when I try to launch it, i get a message saying the application needed to launch snow leopard is not available.
I am at a loss as to what to do. I cant install any applications that i know of to let me install snow leopard so I am left with a brick.
I was running Lion at the time, but i have no backup copy of that, and no way to put it on here. I would like to do a clean install with snow leopard, any tips you could give me to help would be great.

What happens when you try to start holding Command and R keys?
From what I see, it looks like you restored a Snow Leopard backup onto Lion, which damages OS X.
Now, what I recommend you to do is to insert the Snow Leopard DVD you have and hold the C key while your computer is starting. Then, choose your language, go to Utilities menu (on the menu bar), choose the option to restore a backup and follow the steps.
After restoring the backup, open  > Software Update, and install the latest version. Finally, upgrade to OS X Lion by downloading it from the Mac App Store

According to other forums this is simply caused because of a backup problem (this can be any number of things). You can either restore to the backup yourself (if the backup is not corrupted and still available) sync everything back on manually

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

If you didn’t erase the drive and install using you AppleID, then the OS and the purchased apps are still registered to the other AppleID. You cannot change that by logging into iCloud. Apps are forever tied to the AppleID used to purchase/download them.
You have to erase the drive and download/install the Apps using your AppleID.

If you moved them to your iPad then they will have been removed from your Mac. If they are no longer in the iPad's Videos app following the update then you will need to try contacting iTunes support and see if they will let you re-download them : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Reset the device:

I just uninstalled it and am waiting for it to reinstall. I sincerely hope that I have not lost everything that I worked on so hard. Now that mobile me is gone, I have not been able to go between devices to transfer things. Try this - download a program called rec boot. follow the instructions to kick it out of recovery mode. and does itunes recognise
or hold the power and home button together until you see a "connect to itunes" pic on the screen
