Updated to iOS 8.02 - lost all my steps

I updated to iOS 8.02 today and all my step data and miles have reset. All the previous data is gone. The only thing that shows is the inaccurate stair climber of two flights of stairs climbed since last Friday.

Confirmed here as well on my 5s. The data is still there but looks like manually entered steps which do not show up in the graph. new steps tracked on the phone have a phone icon next to them as opposed to the old data which just shows a heart icon.
ANyone one know how to get this older data back on the graph?
