Updates are not installing and lost the cloud app

I cannot download anything - says downloading, but I get nothing.  my cloud disappeared yesterday.  today I cannot save any files in InDesignCC  HELP.

1) Uninstall Creative Cloud
2) Go to Free Creative Cloud | Download Adobe Creative Cloud free trial and install again.
3) Restart your computer after the installation and the problem will be fixed.
I was on a phone couple minute ago with a tech support from Adobe and by doing those steps the problem was fixed.

    I have been having the same issue for the last two weeks. No real indication as to why it ever began other than I had turned off my router and Airport Extreme Base Station off for a weekend while I was away from my place.
    iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, all have no issues at all with my Airport Extreme Base Station. Can stay connected throughout my living room, bathroom, bedroom, no issues whatsoever.
    My 5 month old MacBook Pro 2.66 GHz Core i7 Airport is sometimes perfect, able to connect, DHCP, and browse without issue. Then, for no reason, I won't be able to join my wireless network, or when I can join, I can't pick up an IP address. And then it will connect, pick up and IP, and then it won't browse. No real rhyme or reason to when this will happen, or when it works.
    I thought that it was an issue with my MacBook Pro, but then my sister visited with her brand new MacBook Pro 2.26 Intel Core 2 Duo, and while a month ago she was able to connect, DHCP, and browse without issue, this weekend she had all of the same issues I was having.
    My XBOX 360 and MacBook Pro have absolutely no issues with the wired connection. Only my WAN seems to have this issue.
    Did you ever find anything more to this?

  • Extensions Are Not Installed and Then Shown Again

    Hi,
    I am updating Jdeveloper 11.1.1.1.4 and there are 4 extensions that are not installed and show again every time:
    Repository Harverster
    AIA Service Constructor
    AIA Composite Application Framework 2.4
    Fusion Developer Guide update
    The problem is much more in that this kind of issue with updates was in Jdeveloper since its beginning, than is the immediate need for this 4 extensions. Is there a reliable way to manage this issues? Why One should rely on a software with so basic and persistent problems?

    Hi Fabio,
    I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with these extensions. After looking at each of the extensions, it appears that they are being installed, but they are not placing a jar file into the /jdev/extensions folder which is what JDeveloper is looking for in order to determine if they are up to date or not.
    I've filed a bug against each of the extensions.
    This is not an issue with the larger IDE itself, or even the functionality of these 4 extensions actually. It's a bug in how these extensions are being packaged by their development team.
    Thanks for pointing out the issue. We'll get it take care of as quickly as possible.

    The obvious way to resolve this on a computer would be to uninstall the app, then reinstall it, however on an iOS device that would cause all the data assoicated with the app to be thrown away.
    Make sure your iTunes library has the latest updates for all your apps, then backup and restore the device. This should pull back a fresh copy of the app from your iTunes library and then give it the data from your device backup.

    I don't have the same version of OS X here but try System Preferences>Keyboard. Is there an option similar to "Use the F1, etc, keys as standard function keys"?
    If so, and it has a checkmark, uncheck it & see if that does the trick.

    I am running BPA on My Exchange 2010 VM (Server 2008 R2 VM on Hyper-V) and get the following errors:
    The 'Services' string type value located in 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\Setup\Services' registry key is missing or inaccessible. The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service won't start. As a result, all services that depend
    on this service won't be able to start
    Exchange server [Exchange Server FQDN] is a virtual machine but the additional tools are not installed. This configuration is not supported. Install Virtual Machine Additions for this guest.
    Problem is that, for the first, that Key exists and the service is actually running fine. And for the second my VM tools are already installed.
    Hopefully someone out there has had the same issue and can assist.

    For the first error message, please try the following steps:
    Make sure the Information Store service is in Starting status,
    Automatic startup type and works well, as a test we can try to
    restart the Infroamtion Store service and verify the service works well.
    Start
    Registry Editor, find the registry key “Services” under “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\Setup”, its value is “C:\Program
    files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\v14”(default install location), please check your registry, make sure the key “Services” exist and value is the Exchange Server install location and the
    location is accessible;
    Start
    Registry Editor, and locate the following registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Setup
    Use the
    Permission option under the Security tab to check the permission setting on this key. Make sure
    System is in the list with Full Control permissions if the service account is Local System. If you are not using Local System as the service account, check the existence of the corresponding account in the list and ensure that

    Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
    Fix #1
    1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
    2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database followed by Option #1 if necessary.
    Fix #2
    Using iPhoto Library Manager  to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
    1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
    2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
    3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
    4 - In the next  window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
    5 - Click on the Create button.
    Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

    automatic patch installation will start after deadline is reached. your users must manually install updates using configmgr software update icon shown in taskbar before deadline
    as per their convenience. hope you have enabled display notification & your users are aware about software update process.

  • My photos are not uploading photos to the cloud

    Hi,
    I migrated my iPhoto library to the new Photos.  I did not turn the upload to the iCloud option because I didn't have sufficient storage. 
    Later I upgraded my iCloud to 200GB and I turned on the iCloud Photo Library option.
    The problem is that Photos are spending long hours showing that it is updating iCloud photo but the process so far is 0%.
    My Photos library is large, more that 100GB.
    How can I copy my photo library to the cloud?

    I have about 1,200 photos and I had the same problem. Here is what worked for me.
    I have an iPhone 6 an iPad and a iMac. I shut down all open and or running applications on all devices. I then rebooted all three devices. I then disabled sleep and auto-lock on all devices. I then opened Photos on all three devices. All 1,200 photos uploaded in about two hours.
    this might not work for others but it worked for me.
