Updates from OIM to Lotus Notes via Lotus User policy

OIM - Version 11.1.1.5 (Bp03)
Lotus Notes connector -v 11.1.1.5
Connector Server - v11.1.1.5
Currently we execute a trusted recon from AD to OIM to create and update users. We have the Lotus Notes connector deployed and 'Lotus User' provisioning policy implemented.
I can create and delete users in Domino via this policy in OIM but I'm having an issue with user updates such as renames from AD, being new to OIM I may be missing a few steps but I believe all the config to manage updates is correct. When we reconcile changes from AD - the OIM user's entry gets updated successfully but their lotus provisioning form/policy doesn't - is this what should happen or should I have to run a target recon? Reading the documentation it seems that the target recon job is not the proper process to update user entries in Domino and should be completed via "provisioning"
I've confirmed that within the Process definition adpLNUPDATEDUSERINFO is configured for the required fields but is there a trick to this config to trigger updates within the provisioning policy and update the user's lotus provisioning form? If I manually enter the new details in the user's lotus provisioning form - the user's domino entry is updated successfuly.

To update user attributes you need to add two process tasks for each attribute in process definition. First tasks is change tasks. It should named like "Change <Attribute name>". This task will use a transfer value adapter. Transfer value adapter will read attribute from user profile whenever that attribute changed and copy it into your process form. Add entry for respective attributes and their change tasks in Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGER lookup.
Second task will be update task. It should be named like "<Attribute Name> updated". This task will use adpLNUPDATEDUSERINFO adapter. Attribute name and its value will be passed as parameter to this adapter which in turn will modify it in your target system.

Under Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars, What do you have set for the Default Calendar? Personal?
If you don't have it set to a Cloud Calendar it will only create the entry locally. You would need to select the iCloud Calendar specifically when creating the Calendar entry to have it sync.
Otherwise set your default calendar to be the iCloud Calendar so all entries are created there by default. And as such get synced to other devices.

You can't have content in iCloud without having it on your phone, you will need to look at deleting items from your device that you don't need. Movies and TV shows from iTunes are possibly a good start because they tend to be large and can be redownloaded at a later date.

Lync on websearch only but updates from active directory are not processed.

I use "websearch only" for "addressbookavailability". This is working fine on all client.
I have a problem with changes in active directory. When we change for example "job title" of someone then the old "job title" stays present on lync client. When i do a reset of the client of a new installation the new "job title"
is present.
Although we use "websearch only" for some changes it seems that the local address book of lync is still used.
Does someone know how i can force a lync client to also query active directory for this.
I know that the lync server updates every night but on many clients the local address book is not updated.

You still can force the Addressbook replication by running update-csuserdatabase and update-csadressbook. I suggest you delete the .slab files from Lync share web folder 0000000\000000 folder and then run above command. that will create brand new set of
files. the delete the sip folder from client PC and then restart the client to force download the local copy. see if that fix your issue.

Is there no option to "force" lync client to query Active Directory all the time ? Not only for users.

OK. Try this:
1. Delete the taskbar icon by right clicking it and selecting "unpin this program from taskbar."
2. Click the Start button. Click All Programs and find "Adobe Lightroom 3.6 . . ." This should show up near the top of the program list.
3. First, left click this item to be sure it works to open the program. [If not, I'm out of ideas and you may have to re-install Lightroom.] If it does work, close Lightroom (once it has opened).
4. Click the start button and locate Lightroom 3.6 again. This time, Right-click this item - holding down the right mouse button - and drag it to an open area of the taskbar. You should see a prompt to "Pin this Program to Taskbar." If so, release the mouse button, and the new icon will appear on the taskbar. Try clicking this icon normally and LR should open for you,

Can I update from iOS6 to iOS7 (not iOS8) - 4s and 5s

I'm trying to determine if I can only move from iOS6 to iOS7 now (10-1-2014). I don't want to make the jump to iOS8 yet. Question applies to a 4S and 5.

After recent updates from Apple the mail icon on the bar will not open. Only way to access mailis through Google, rather than the dock.

These fixes have helped others, depending on the situation.
Have an up-to-date Time Machine or other backup before attempting any major software updates or rebuilds.

A general repair to fix odd behaviors in Mail is Mailbox > Rebuild.
Try booting in Safe Mode.
          Boot and when you hear the bong hold down the Shift key.
          It will boot slowly. Be patient.
          Login the the user account.
          Restart.
Another fix:
Shut down Mail.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Copy and paste the following
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/
Click Go.
Move all "Envelope" files to your desktop.
Restart Mail and let it convert/reindex your mailboxes.
If this worked, Trash the Envelope files file that are on your desktop,
if not shut down Mail and put them back.
Another fix:
Shut down Mail.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Copy and paste the following:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail/Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.mail/Cache.db
Click Go.
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac and try Mail.
Another fix:
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Copy and paste the following
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/
Click Go.
Move all the Accounts.plist to your desktop.
Restart Mail.
If this worked, Trash the Accounts.plist file that is on your desktop,
If not shut down Mail and put it back.
You can try restoring mail from a Time Machine backup.
Hold down the Option key and in the Finder Go > Library
Enter Time Machine.
Select a date and time from when Mail was working.
Restore Mail.

Windows Update from COntrol Panel does not work??

regardless if it is common way to do so or not: Does anyone have experience with the "Windows Update" functions in WE8S?
I tried them upon a customers request, and I've seen that I could not get it to complete successfully when choosing the option in
Control Panel. It either hanged during "Downloading..." or at the "Preparing to install..." screen - I waited for many hours. But when I using the "Windows Update"
app from the start screen, updates were installed without any problems (OK, 1 has failed, but the process has completed). Of course, both methods have different look, maybe it is not the
same...
As per Sean Limings' book it is no good idea to update systems in the field this way - shall I remove the functions from the system? What are you doing?

Maybe it was because of the number of updates (in my case there were 85 updates pending). After I succeeded installing via the "Windows Update" app from "Start Menu", there where two more updates, and update now worked when called from
control panel (at least one of them, KB2973201 still stolidly fails to install).

The date update from TFS online are not visible on Project pro

I updated the start date and the finish date from TFS online, i saved and refresh the page. Then On the Project pro i clicked on refresh. The update are not visible on project pro.
I don't no why because when i change the title of the task from TFS online. the update is visble on Project pro.

Update from 10061 to 10074 not working

I started my PC 3 hours ago for the first time today. I left the room and came back 20 minutes later. The screen was black and no reaction to mouse or keyboard. I had to long press the power button.
It started successfully and before I did anything I saw that something was downloading. I looked in update/recovery and saw that 10074 was downloading. After 10 minutes I opened the update/recovery window again and it was at 25%. I observed for 10 minutes
but it stayed at 25%. after a while the internet traffic stopped. Still 25% but when I looked at my internet monitor I saw that 3.01 GB were downloaded. I made sure of this by looking up the data from my provider. After waiting and waiting I restarted the
PC. The update/recovery window now shows 100% but nothing is happening. I did several restarts. Nothing. Still 10061.
What can I do?

Photoshop update from Creative Cloud does not include focus area app

Focus area missing. Photoshop fully up to date - no updates necessary. I am a fully paid up member of CC's total product range @ £47. per month.
I am trying to complete a tutorial on using the Focus Area application which is supposed to be with the Photoshop CC 2014 update but it is not available on my version which Creative Cloud reports is fully updated. I have tried launching Photoshop in different modes: Painting, Photography etcetra. Any ideas please.

You were correct. I have since uninstalled Photoshop CC 64 and when I restarted the 2014 version was already installed. I was then given an update to Muse 2014. Thank you for your help.

Hello crawford1968, your efforts are appreciated! Was there any physical or water damage on the phone? The factory reset is the last resort option. Have you tried letting the phone's battery drain and then charge the device to see if the power on will respond? We can definitely look into replacement options since the device is not responding. How can I update ALL photos to LR5. form LR4.5.I have reinstalled LR5 to to trigger the up date to no avail.

In the Lightroom menu, go to file/open catalog. Locate your Lightroom 4 catalog and choose it. Lightroom will create a new copy of that catalog in the format for Lightroom 5.
