Updates to Laptops automatically Daily

Question

I am running SCCM 2012 R2, and Managing 75 Laptops,
All the users are still on the old mind set of using the Windows Update Agent to check for updates, and not thru the Software Center, and they hate the Baloon popup and have asked me to make it easier..
I would like to know the best way to install the updates without interrupting the user when they connect to the Network.
I thought of creating a Scheduled task that as soon as the Laptop Starts up it will launce a script to check for the Updates and install them,
I was wondering if any of you have a similar situation, and was able to assist me in this?

They don't want to do the updates.
Why is it even a choice though? Security is everyone's responsibility -- they don't have a choice about locking up valuable items in the workplace and the data on their systems is probably the most valuable thing they are responsible for.
Security is always disruptive particularly if you whine about it. Many/most updates require a reboot so there's no way for them not to be disruptive. That's the whole point of the balloons -- it allows the users to dictate when that disruption happens. Users
are part of the process, just like drivers are part of the process of maintaining their cars they need to put gas in and change the oil even though it disrupts their commute.
As for the requirements below, simply set the deadline of the update deployments to sometime after hours and suppress notifications then set the reboot countdown to something larger like 12 hours. The updates will install and the user will be prompted to
reboot but the system won't reboot for 12 hours.
