Updating Bank Details Periodically.

Hi Experts,
Does SAP provide a functionality to update the bank details with which the organisation transacts using a middleware such as XI/PI?????
More specifically I wanted to know whether SAP has some built in component that would allow retreival of Bank data and update that in tables using a middleware.
For example:
The e-Filing for Great Britain component enables you to submit and retrieve a specific selection of electronic forms to and from your SAP system and the various departments/agencies you deal with, via the Government Gateway.

In GB, you will get the bank data in the country from third party software "Reed Information Services"

While updating banks details through ESS, " change in the payroll past not possible".
I have checked IT0003 and noticed that accounted to 31.08.2014.
I assume this might be causing the error. Could you please advice with your expertise.

When the infotype 0009 is modified, the system is regrouping data for the infotypes which are checked releavnt according to the table T582G. Retroactivity is checked via V_T582A In view V_T582A for infotype 0009 you will see, I guess, that the field 'Past entry all.' is maintained with an 'E'. This means that it is not allowed to maintain any infotype 0009 record for the payroll past. The important day for this check is the last day of the last accounted period. Retroactive change of infotype 0009 is not permitted as the bank transfer is already done. This is the reason why this infotype can not be changed retroactively. For bank records end user must not be allowed to maintain past date records and should not be allowed to change any other detail of record when payroll for that period is already run. for e.g. if current date is 26/11/2013. Then end user must not be allowed to edit other bank record effective from 25/11/2013. We should not allow end user to edit record effective from 27/11/2013 because payroll is already run for that period. If user is allowed to change then data maintained in infotype 9 and information send to payroll may be different. You can use BAdi HRXSS_PER_BEGDA,to default the next payroll period

Update bank Details IT 9 on ESS

Hello Expert,
An Employee belongs to a certian payroll area MM - is trying to update his bank details with date 01.06.2010 - system is throwing error that master data changes to payroll past is not possible.
the payroll for payroll area MM is already in EXIT PAYROLL status (payroll has been exited for period 06 2010 )- so system is accepting the 01.07.2010 date for bank details changes. that too when we click on create button and not on change button.
What is the possible simplest and safest way to let the employeee update his bank details for the period 06 2010.

Hi,
As per my knowledge, once payroll has been process , then you can not change the bank A/C No. back dated.
And also there is no need to chaNge to back dated, becasue salary already credit to Old A/C.
Better you can allow to update from 01.07.2010..

I have changed bank details and do not have 3 digit security number. When trying to update bank details my security ? answers are not recognised.

All credit cards have a security number, on the back of the card. If you don't have your card, then you will not be able to enter in that credit card. This is a standard security precaution to keep someone who gets hold of your card number but not the card itself from being able to make charges to your account. You will need to contact your bank and get a replacement card.
As to your security questions, go to:

Click "Manage My Account", sign in, and go to the Password and Security section. Answer the security questions and you'll be taken to a screen where you can then change them. If you've forgotten your answers, there should be a link just under the security questions fields where you can have a reset email sent to your Rescue email address. If the link for the email doesn't appear, as can happen if you didn't set a rescue email address or (apparently) have a .Mac email address, see the user tip created by Kappy, another user here, on how to proceed:

Here one of my client requirement is when we take printout using t.code FBZ5 for vendor payment documents, he wants to take print along with his Bank name (Name of the Bank and Name of the person), How can I generate check print after entering Bank details in Master data (Require Only for few vendors).
To track print details we are using standard t.code FBZ5, If I want update Bank details in print shall I maintain any settings before using FBZ5?

PA30 and ESS behave differently when updating other bank details

I am trouble shooting an issue with maintaining other bank details in ESS. In PA30 when a other bank details record is updated SAP code just updates the record with new data. it will change the date changed to sy-datum with no changes to the begda and endda,

You can thus specify whether a user can change only present and future dates or if he/she can also change data records whose validity periods are in the past.
For example, if a customer wants to allow their employees to maintain their family dependents information as of the previous year, the customer can implement this BAdI specifying the date from which employees can maintain their family data.
Requirements
The current system date is currently set as the default value. You can overwrite this setting with a date of your choice.
Activities
To change the default start date, you can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRXSS_PER_BEGDA. You can set the date in the DEFAULT_DATE method.

We tried clearing cache from backend as well as front end
Also bounced apache services .
Post bouncing application issue gets resolved but then crops up in 10 to 15 minutes
Help is appreciated.
This issue is not reproducible on our latest clone.

We tried clearing cache from backend as well as front end
Also bounced apache services .
Post bouncing application issue gets resolved but then crops up in 10 to 15 minutes
Help is appreciated.
This issue is not reproducible on our latest clone.

USING LSMW TO UPDATE VENDOR BANK DETAILS

Hi SAP gurus
I have used LSMW for mass updates of vendor bank details by recording the Tcode FK02
But the problem is .. after I load the data, its replacing the old bank details with the new one which Im updating with.
I want to keep the old bank details and add the new bank details as another entry.
How do I do that..
How Do I retain the old one and also the add a new entry to the bank details section of the vendor master record.
Is there any other way for mass updating the vendor master records
I have tried using MASS or XK99...but i cant add a whole entry with that transaction. All I can do is updating one of fields (Like Reference Details) in the bank details.

when you record the transaction for bank details in LSMW in , try to create record in last line. Automatically it will go to top line.

IBAN update for vendor bank details using rfbikr00

Hello,
I am trying to update the IBAN details of vendor using standard upload program rfbikr00.While doing the same, the IBAN is not updated to the corresponding bank details line, rather it is creating a new line with IBAN only.
I am using the below code for the IBAN update
* IBAN Details.
    PERFORM clear_structure CHANGING s_blfbk_iban.
    MOVE-CORRESPONDING s_blfbk TO s_blfbk_iban.
    s_blfbk_iban-stype = '2'.
    s_blfbk_iban-tbnam = 'BLFBK_IBAN'.
    s_blfbk_iban-iban = t_input_data-iban.
    MOVE s_blfbk_iban TO t_output_data.
Can anybody point some inputs, why a new line is created for the IBAN?
Any kind of help wil be appreciated.

Problem update IBAN bank details with IDOCs segment E1KNBKM

Hi all,
i use Idoc DEBMAS07 in which i use the segment E1KNBKM to create IBAN in customer bank details. If bank details do not exist, the IDOC is integrated, IBAN is created.
If i recreated the same Idoc, with same data (just change bank name) the Idoc is in error with the message : 'No batch input data for screen SAPMF02D 0130'.
In debugging, we see that the dynpro sequence is wrong. For vendors it's work. I can create and update IBAN.
i don't find SAP notes, or help forum on this problem.
Any ideas ?

Hi Guys,
i am changing the existing personal number bank details in PA30 infotype 0005 for these changes will updated vendor master records through PRAA?.
In PRAA if I change the personal details in PA30 will it update the Vendor master records same for address details?
What is the logic behind the PRAA.

Guna, I expect a typo in your question, the bank details are in infotype 0009 not 0005.
The changes are 'flagged' and will be processed by your next execution of your employee vendor maintenance program (or scheduled job). If the employee has maintained 2 types of bank , It will take into account your current variant preference for bank type (main bank versus travel expense bank).
If your employee does not have a bank defined as per your variant settings, it will take the bank details as per the available bank defined in his current HR record.
HR changes relevant to employee vendor (like address for instance see documentation on PRAA and ALE if applicable) on which HR data (infotype) are considered for your next execution of your vendor maintenance program. This regardless of how the HR changes were caputred / transferred into your FI/AP landscape (direct updae via PA30, PRMD, ESS, LSM, .. or indirect via ALE, EDI, ...) You can also eventually perform a 'mass' maintenance (update execution mode) when you want to apply changes to your reference vendor to your current employee vendors (this will allow all your current employee vendors to reflect your new AP policy like for instance payment terms)

SRM-SUS 7.0 - Updating Vendor Bank from BP Bank Details

Hi SRM Gurus,
We are implementing SUS (SRM7.0) and part of the requirement is that we need to update vendor bank details in our ECC6.0 backend once our vendors have updated it in our SUS portal. We have used BBPGETVD to transfer data from our ECC to SUS. Now my question is how to bring updates such as bank details back into ECC from SUS. I am not sure if this need a custom solution or ALE or PI.
If you can provide documentations / guide it will be most helpful.

Actually SUS does provide a standard update of bank data. What I am unsure about is whether this update is handled also in SUS (XI) - MM (IDoc CREMAS) mapping and finally update of the vendor data in MM via IDoc inbound processing.
In order to enable this you basically just need at least one entry in the bank table (bnka) in the SUS server, which can be created manually via transactionf FI01 or imported from files provided by difffering providers depending on the country for which you want bank data.
