Updating changes to posted budget figures.  Kp06

Hi gurus
I am failing to update changes to planned (budget) figures in KP06.For example i have a cost element 430170 in costcenter 210320. For period 1 i had posted $450 and i now want to change the amount to $1500. There are no changes effected.Please help can someone take me through the process.

there tick is on then the period is locked.
You check whether your cost center 210320 have Lock Indicator for Plan Primary Costs
as below picture using t-code ks03.

    While updating the order I selected post goods issue and it would not go ahead because the posting date is not there in the posting period. Where do I change the posting date. I could not find it anywhere. I did not enter the date anywhere.

    Here is how MMPV works.
    Lets say I am at the end of the May month 05.31.2009 so lets say period corrresponding to this is 05/2009.
    Now if you want to post data in June perios 06/2009 should be opened.
    Here is what I will do in MMPV
    Enter my company code
    Instead of using periods I will use date which will be 06/01/2009 (mm/dd/yy format in my example)
    Check radio button check and close period
    Click on remaining checkboxes.
    Execute
    The effect of this will be that the previous periods will be closed and June will be opened.
    In your case since no one has opened periods after 2006 so may be you will have to repeat this step for each month until you reach current period if that is the one in which you want to post goods issue.

  • Post budget document from approved pre-posted budget document workflow

    Hi,
    We are using budget version "0" for AVC Check and "1" for provision budget used for sending further approvals.
    I am uploading provisional budget i.e Pre-posted budget with version "1"  and sending  two levels for approvals by using SAP Standard workflow.
    If pre-posted budget document approved by 2 levels, what is impact on budget posted document?
                       a) Will Pre-posted approved document be convert into Actual budget document with Version "0" (or)
                       b) Will Pre-posted document remain same by updating status with "approved", there by User again needs to post actual budget document with Version "0" by using "FMBB"

    CA Sam,
    The Pre-posted document will remain the same i.e.approved version 1. In order to create version 0 you can copy from version to version.

  • Error after applying post budget note 1361644

    Hi all,
                     Our basis team applied the patch for post budget note and also made changes in V_T7INI7, V_T7INI9, T596F, V_T7INT1,  V_T7INT3  tables but still when i run PC00_M40_CALC  its giving me error.
    " No entry in table T596F for key 40INSRC for time 30.04.2009 ".

    I am unable to change the basedon budget..
    Example: I have Budget scenario Budget2 based on budget1, when I try to change the based on budget from budget1 to budget3 and click update. It comes back to the original setup Budget2 based on budget1. No system message..Is there any known issue/limitation?

    Hi Mohan,
    You may try a simple query to see:
    SELECT * FROM dbo.OBGS
    The column heading is Basic Budget for based on budget and it equals to AbsID or Internal Number.  In this design, it can not be changed.

  • New Safari Update Causes Multiple Posts. SLOW

    Do Apple programmers/software engineers monitor this forum? If so- ❈❈❈ HELP ❈❈❈. Please fix this ASAP.
    June 9 (7), 2010 Safari Update Problems- Slower, Multiple Posting
    I have Mac OS X, Version 10.6.3. 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3.
    This is the first problem I’ve noticed w/ a software update.
    On June 9, 2010 I downloaded a safari update that was an automatic software update. This was probably the “Safari 5.0” update, dated June 7, 2010, but I’m not 100% sure. I downloaded it the same day I got it & I have software updates scheduled to look every day for updates.
    This update changed the menu bar to blue when loading a new address. Previously the menu bar was white & showed a grey band at the end of it that said “loading” when loading a new address. Now the grey band is absent.
    The new improvement is horrible. On a site I post & reply to posts on, It is slower in moving around a site & loading a page than before the update. I don’t care about the blue band. While the previous grey band showed immediately when it began loading, the new blue expanding bar on the address doesn’t immediately change when loading.
    When posting or replying, when pressing the “post” button it takes longer to respond than before. Now that the grey band that said “loading” isn’t present one isn’t sure if it took the command. If the “post” button is pressed more than once it now posts as many times as the button is pressed. Then extra posts have to be deleted, but w/ replies this isn’t possible. This is a awful feature. The previous address function was much more preferable.
    Before this update, when posting, even if the “post” button was pressed multiple times, it would only post once whether an original blog/post or reply. On some sites it seems to work OK.
    If Apple technicians monitor this site, please provide a correction for this asap. The improvements are awful.
    The correction should have:
    1) Replace the grey band that said “loading” even if the blue band remains.
    2) Make pressing the “post button” multiple times only post once- like before.
    3) Return the speed it previously moved around a site & posted. Removing the blue band is OK. I don't care about this.
    ❈❈❈ Can I safely remove all the Safari updates that were added on June 9, 2010 when I added this update to the trash bin? Will this return Safari safely to the previous settings? I’ve found in finder where it expands to show the exact updates that were added on June 9, 2010.
    Could just selected ones be removed to accomplish what I want? Any suggestions?

    If you want to report this issue to Apple's engineering, send a bug report or an enhancement request via its Bug Reporter system. To do this, join the Mac Developer Program—it's free and available for all Mac users and gets you a look at some development software. Since you already have an Apple username/ID, use that. Once a member, go to Apple BugReporter and file your bug report or enhancement request. The nice thing with this procedure is that you get a response and a follow-up number; thus, starting a dialog with engineering.
    Alternatively, send Feedback, but that usually goes through support and marketing, although when it'll get to engineering is anyone's guess.
    Finally, there's the Safari toolbar Report Bug tool.

  • Update changed email setting options

    I cant figure out how to get to the "email check frequency" setting under email accounts. I've followed the steps that are provided by different website but they all show that there should be an option of email check frequency where I can choose manually check or automatically check or every 5 15 30 or 60 minutes. I can only find options for a sync schedule which then doesn't allow me to manually check for email unless the sync is turned on but when it's synced its automatically checking for email constantly.
    I need to know how to adjust the setting so it only checks for email when I open email and click the refresh icon.
    Any help appreciated. I think the jan 8th update changed the settings choices.

  • How to change the posting date in UD stock posting for a HU managed item?

    Hi,
    We are using Handling Unit managed items with QM activation. For a specific HU managed material, we wanted to post the stock on a previous date. We have created PO on a back date and made GR also on a back date. Now the problem is, the system has generated an inspection lot. Now while trying to do UD and stock posting, I do not see the "Doc" tab which we normally see in UD stock posting for normal inspection lots (non-HU managed items) for changing the date.
    I don't see any other way to change the posting date for the HU managed item in UD stock posting. Anyone can help please?

    If we were using materials without WMS it's simple: thereu2019s a button in the screen for stock posting by which we're able to change document date and posting date; but we're using WM and the screen is slightly different: the button I'm referring it's gone!
    So, how to change the posting date at posting stock in QA11 when we're using handle units? Some end-user told me that in version 4.7 this was possible. I don't think so ...unless there was something customized at WM IMG...or maybe they were using a USER EXIT to bring a pop-up window for this (I'm starting to believe that this was implemented..). This is the first time I work with HUs, so I don't know how to manage this.

    New transactions based on control framework are not suitable for batch input. Try to find a BAPI or function module to do the same.

    It will show pictures and videos if I choose, Start Slideshow, but it won't show anything else, no apps, etc.

    I also have not figured out how to mirrow either.  I ask you both, is the sound via the projector louder than the phone itself when projector is tuerned off?  No matter what I do the max vilume through the projector speakers is lower that the phone itself even with phone remaining installed in projector.  I am think of taking it back to try another one.
