Updating firmware 3G to the last one fails.

Hi,
I have a problem with my iphone 3G, it is on fw 4.2.1 and is not jailbreaked.
I tried to erase the phone and put back the settings which resulted in a hang for about 25 hours. after that I gave up and tried to recover but this fails.
what is wrong? i'm using the latest itunes and tried the recovery from 3 other pc's on 2 locations. I was hoping that apple could bring out a new firmware
but thistime it's not for the 3G. I cannot restore to the latest FW. can anyone help?

Itunes restore gives unknown error 1015 at 3/4 of the process.
i checked it out, apple says that i'm trying to downgrade. this is not true
the firmware level is 4.2.1 and I downloaded the latest in itunes, still fails.

I have a scenario like this.
System Ajore --> XI - > R/3
Ajore is a manufacturing system
Send material from Ajore to SAP through XI and create MATMAS idoc in SAP
Send change number from the Ajore to SAP through XI and create ECMMAS idoc in SAP
Send Bill of materials from the Ajore to SAP through XI and create BOMMAT idoc in SAP
All these will should be send in the sequence MATMAS, ECMMAS, BOMMAT to SAP. How can I achieve the sequence operation through XI?
Second challenge is when I send the BOMMAT to SAP and if it fails, then all the processed MATMAS, ECMMAS sent to SAP should be rolled back.
Is it possible to achieve using XI?
The reqmt is very urgent. Any help is really appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Do I need to do event driven message processsing in XI for this? The other way is to schedule the RBDAPP01 in R/3 to post idocs in sequence based on the message type and Partner number
Does this makes sense?

You may have a Safari third party add on installed that was compatible with the previous version of Safari but not 5.1. Try troubleshooting > Safari: Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues

- Go to Settings>Store and sign out and sign into your account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

i had this problem a couple times. Try:
1) to restart your iPhone (turn off and then on)
2) connect to a different network or use cellular (it may be a network problem)
3) delete your mail account from Mail app, and then add it back in
4) create an icloud backup of all your data, restore through iTunes and then restore from icloud

Java 6 you can't as Apple maintains it, and Java 7 you could if you uninstall it and Oracle provides the earlier version which they likely won't his last update fixed 37 remote exploits.
Java broken some software here and there, all you'll have to do is wait for a update from the other parties.

Yup, your question and Diane's answer helped me also. Tho' I had had problems before getting into the iTunes store I always managed to find a way. Today they had me blocked cold with the "Update to 10" advert no matter what I did. Other questioners are being told, incorrectly as it turns out, that they have to update their OS to accomodate iTunes 10 and upgrade to iTunes 10. I did the download which did not take up much more room on my crowded old hard drive and now I'm back in business.

Moving a group of photos-leaves the last one

Not always, but most of time, if I select a group of photos in a folder, then drag and drop them into another folder, it will move all but the last one.
Window pops up saying "There was an error copying files to the destination you selected. The following files could not be copies:"
It will list the last one in the string of files selected.
So then I just move it anyway by itself and it works fine.
1-It doesn't do it every time.
2-Whether I use Drag and Drop or right click the folder and select "Move Selected Photos to this folder" makes no difference.

You may be mixing up two entirely different Adobe products.
1. Adobe Flash Player. Needed to view web pages designed with Flash. Not needed to view PDF files. Not available for Android (not just Sony).
2. Adobe Reader. Reads PDF files. However, the Android can also read most PDF files without needing Adobe Reader.

Yes, you would sign out of iTunes & App Store: Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on the Apple ID, click on Sign Out. Then sign back on with the new Apple ID. Also, if you have an iCloud account with the other Apple ID, you would delete that iCloud account, and then sign on with your new ID: Settings>iCloud>Delete Account.

On visiting the store we get only one reply you may write to Apple directely. we have the similar kind of problem with iPad which is being used by my wife Mr.Neelam Vij and paid Rs.16000/- to get it replaced within a year & 6months use. so in totality we have paid Rs.28500/- + Rs. 3000/- diagnostic charges.
