Updating I-tunes from IPad 2
I have many tunes and videos on my iPad but from an iTunes account that is no longer accessible. How can I sync these back to my iTunes account on my computer?

After latest updates cannot stream from iPad to AppleTV

I Can Stream from my iMac and from MacBook Pro, but not from iPad.

Thanks.Hey guys, unfortunately I've had to re-install Mountain Lion to get rid of the issue, but here's my experiences after trying many things and contacting AppleCare...
First, I had Lion and had upgraded to ML. They had me go do the following with limited success:
1) Reset PRAM (no effect)
2) Recovery Disk and repair permissions (no effect)
3) Went to system /Library and User /Library and basically we went through several attempts at removing various files from (/Library/InputMethods, /Library/LaunchAgents, /Library/LaunchDaemons") Once I had essentially removed every file and dragged it into the trash (without deleting), the issue was resolved. So, it seems to point to an application that was not fully supported or giving problems within the ML environment. The plan was to drag them one by one back and do reboot/shutdown until I could isolate the application, but rather than do that, I just did a fresh install to take out any variable that could be present from having to do a Lion/ML upgrade. I was able to put a fresh copy of ML on the computer through the Recovery partition after establishing connection to my router. Everything is working fine now.
Anyway, hope that helps some of you. It was a frustrating experience but seems to point to application issues wih the OS and not the OS itself. I think developers are still rushing to catch up with full ML support and so you might find yourself having many new updates in drivers or applications over the next month. -
Having trouble putting tunes from ipad onto iPod ?
I have content on my Ipad I want to put into IPod Nano. Tried doing this several times via ITunes with both devices synced but content won't go on
if they use the same apple id you can go to app store then updates and then purchased and the ones from your ipad should be there and they should have a cloud next to them if you hit that they will download

I downloaded music directly to my ipad. My PC is already an authorized computer. How do
I get the music on to my itunes library on my PC?When I select Sync Music, I get a warning that it will replace all the music on the ipad with music from the Itunes library from the computer. Not good. I want to copy music I purchased on the ipad to the computer. Apps and app files can be imported to the computer, but not (as near as I can figure out) music or movies; they seem to go only from computer to ipad.

b) If so--why? This means if I want to be able to play music on both, I have to buy it on the computer. Inconvenient, and I can still get it on both, so why the restriction? -

Why does iTunes SUCK??
1) Many items greyed out in the menu bar, for well over 2 years, maybe more!
2) I Can't drag more than one piece of content from your iTunes library to any device (iPhone, iPad)
If you do it gets stuck for HOURS and HOURS in "Preparing To Update" and the little activity circle never completes, ever!!
I used to be able to drag over 1000 tunes, movies, etc. go have breakfast come back and it would all be on my device!!
Can't do it anymore, one song at a time, maybe an album at a time, or one movie, and that is it!!
If you do a 2nd item the other items stop loading and never continue!!
This is so BAD, I don't understand how they don't have this fixed yet!!

Can I update more than one iPad and iPhone to ios 5 from the same MacBook pro? Our family has one MacBook pro and several iphones and ipads. No one wants to lose their iTunes music or contact list or calendars.
Yes, but you will want to think it through before you do it.
The computer will become the "master" device, holding the definitive collection of music, photos, contacts, etc., and each iPad or iPhone will get a copy of what's on the computer. So if everyone has different collections of music or photos that you all want to keep separate from each other, you'll want to set up different accounts on the MacBook Pro. To do that, go into "System Preferences" and click "Users", then click the "+" to create a new account for each person who needs their own set of files.
That way you can each log in to your own MacBook account before you sync your iPhone or iPad, and everyone has their own copy of iTunes and their own iPhoto. If you happen to plug in an iPhone while logged into someone else's account, you just click "don't sync" (the 1st time only, it will remember after that). Sharing the same files becomes tricky, so this is only the best method if you want to keep things 100% separate.
On the other hand, if you all have your music and photos mishmashed together on the MacBook anyway or just don't care about keeping things separate, just go ahead and sync your iPhones and iPads without setting up new accounts. But in this case, you should create playlists and photo albums in iTunes and iPhoto. Then plug in an iPhone, click on it's icon in iTunes, and change the settings for Music, Photos, etc to only sync the playlists that you want on that device. Repeat for each one. They'll all remember their own settings, and continue to sync with their designated playlists or albums.
What you cannot do is use more than one computer with a single iPhone. That will wipe out the music and photos that were on it already, replacing them with the ones on the second computer. -
Trying to connect my Digital AV Adapter to watch Netflex or Amazon Prime movie from IPad to TV and asking to disconnect AirPlay & mirroring. I do not have Air Play and there is no way to do this. Anyone have a solution? Is this a result of the new iOS update? Thank you.

I cannot export projects from GB in my MacBook into GB on my iPad3; nor can I export from IPad to my MacBook. I have tried going onto Apps update on the MacBook, but there were none available. I have read that this omission is to be corrected - can you confirm this is intended to happen, or is it already in process. While awaiting for this essential development, can you please suggest any way of transferring information either way?

My iPad Mini iOS7 is showing only Apple Logo which happened during software update. I tried to restore using iTunes but it asking me to response from iPad. But my ipad only shows apple logo. How can i response? How to solve this problem?
FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -
