Updating my ipad, error happened, have to restore
if I restore to my original settings, I will loose everything I have put on my Ipad in the last year, Right? I have synced with Itunes before I attempted to update, will I be able to get everything back on from this last sync?
I have the same problem, everything was ok just after the lates version of itunes, somehow computer/itunes doesn't recognise my ipad anymore and says that i need to restor my ipad! WHY? i cant even do a back up! Itunes have given me such a huge headache lately!!!!

I just updated my Ipad and I have a message that says "cannot back up" and nowv it is frozen and won't allow me to do anything. I can't even shut the Ipad off.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Upon moving to a new IPad after cracking an older one, the restore was in the works and the following message was displayed on the screen:
Your ipad's settings have been restored. Your purchased apps and media will now be automatically downloaded
Unfortunately, there is no touch screen ability. The message won't allow us to click OK and we can't turn off the iPad to reboot it because that would require a slide to confirm.
How do we go about resetting it to the point that the touch screen works again?Try a Reset...

I recently downloaded the offered update to iPad. Now I have now sound and all my games are slow. Plus, anything with a video while surfing can't be viewed. Does anyone know hat happened and how to fix it?
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

My iPad 3 is for school, so I take a ton of notes on notability. I just updated it recently, and I have almost no space. My iPad has a 16 GB capacity, and my usage says I have used up 13.3 GB. I deleted all my photos, all my videos, most of my music, almost all of my notes, and 75% of all my apps. But everyday it seems like there is more space being used up. I don't get it. It's making my iPad shut down randomly and is not letting me take any photos, even though I have no photos!! It is very annoying! Help!

Acrobat XI Error 1321 when update get this error yet have full admin rights.
Upgraded to Acrobat XI from X and when check for updates I receive 1321 Error message yet have full administrative rights on system. Operating System is Microsoft 8.1. Any thoughts?

I have IPad 1 and for some of my game Apps, I need at least IOS 4.3. I open my IPad to Settings, General, but there is no "update" to select..should I call Apple Tech to have my IPad updated???thanks
The Settings > General > Software Update option only appears when you have iOS 5+ installed, you will need to update via your computer's iTunes.
Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. You may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case. You can then force a backup of the iPad via File > Devices > Back Up
Then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand sidebar, and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button

You can only update a device to the highest iOS version that it supports, which for a first gen iPad is iOS 5.1.1 -

If it's a first generation iPad, it can't be updated past 5.1.1. Otherwise, check again when Apple's servers aren't as busy.

My iPhone 5 had too many pictures stored on it. So I downloaded them to iPhoto after they were imported I click for it to delete the pictures from the phone. The pictures were never deleted and then the phone try to update to the new the new IOS even though I did not click for the phone to do this. I got an error saying the phone could not update and that I would have to restore the phone to factory settings. The phone is frozen and just talks to me when I try to do a function on the phone. And it hasn't restored or updated anything.

Restore/update the ipad mini 2 but say the disk attempting is full
Update the ipad and then have to ask for restore with iTune sign. When restore or update and say the disk attempting is full.
I cannot turn on the ipad only with the sign of connecting with itunes. I remember only around 5- 6 G remaining. It may not enough tspace for the updates to new series/ After updating and the sign connecting to iTunes is on.
