Updating photoshop CC

I have photoshop CC. There are new features such as the the camera raw filter and camera shake. How do I get these features??

It's realyl not clear what version you are using. Please check under Help --> About photoshop. If the version number is 13.x, you are using CS6 and the features are not in there. If it is 14.x, the features are in teh program and you may simply doing something wrong so they arte not available based on what you do. Also check your application manager whether it actualyl states PS CC as installed or just CS6. There could be something wrong there as well.

contacted customer service they could not help me I have previously had Photoshop on two other computers I deactivated it from one computer to put on a new one put. Can not do the updates I need them for camera Raw.

Can not update Photoshop CC (64-bit) 14.0 to 14.2. Initially the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application would also not update (an error message was generated), and I was getting an error message when I attemped to update Photoshop CC using the Application Manager. Once I fixed the Creative Cloud updating problem, I ran the update from the Creative Cloud application and it appeared to work. On checking I found that the 32-bit version of Photoshop CC was updated but not the 64-bit version. When I bring up the Creative Cloud application it tells me Photoshop CC is up to date, even though the 64-bit version is not. Even the Application Manager brought up in Photoshop CC (64-bit) tells me Photoshop is up to date.

does anyone have a solution? It seems to me, that there is a wrong entry in the registry of my Laptop. No one of the suggested Actions of Adobe was successfull. Ideas and Solutions would be very appreciated. Hermann

Thanks for yor quick reply. I tried all the suggested actions exept solution 4 several times. They didn't work.
I could not find a installation log file from today. The latest one I found is from 01-14-2015. It does'nt show any issue. (see attached)
The error message I received during the latest attempts to update Photoshop CC 2014 is (translatetd into English):
"Update failed - More Infos"
"The downloaded files could not be extracted. Click on "Repeat" to repeat the download. (U44M1I210)"

Getting error code U44M1I11 when trying to update Photoshop on Mac

Hi all,
I'm trying to update Photoshop in my Mac running OS 10.9.5, and I'm getting the following error in the error log:
Photoshop Camera Raw 8.7.1(CC)
Another instance of deployment is already running. Error Code: U44M1I11
Adobe Photoshop 2014.2.2

It doesn't matter if if use Cloud updater, or the Photoshop updater. I've rebooted my machine and have no other things running when I'm doing the update. I've also uninstalled Photoshop completely and started a fresh install, but the update still fails with the same errors in the error log. I've also tried updating one component at a time, i.e., Camera Raw or Photoshop - and I get the same error, but this time, only for the component I've tried to update.
Any ideas on how I can get past this and update Photoshop?

As I mentioned, there is an error while trying to update photoshop, camera raw, etc. I receives message when you try to download the update, an error occurred. Exit and try again later.
What to do? Without Camera Raw update I can't open Raw files from my cameras. Guy from chat on adobe website just give me link for support website, it's ridiculous.

Updating Photoshop and Bridge CS6

I'm trying to update Photoshop CS6 13.0.0. to 13.0.3 The Update option under "Help" menu is grayed out and when I manually download the upgrade and try and install either 13.0.1 or 13.0.3, I get:
"Updates could not be applied
Please contact your Administrator if you wish to apply updates on your machine. Updates have been suppressed by the Administrator."
I am the Administrator! I have uninstalled Photoshop and re-installed 13.0.0 and still get the same error...
System: Mac OSX 10.8.2
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Jeff, I downloaded 13.0.4 and tried to install it with the same error. I've also been searching my log files and found that the only Adobe install log (except for a few very old ones like CS5) is the log for my re-install of CS6 13.0.0 which completes with:

Where is the program after updating Photoshop Elements 9?

After updating Photoshop Elements 9, I can't find the program. I'm using Windows 7 and the program is not in the Start Menu, on the Desktop or pinned to the Taskbar. There are no .exe files in the Program Files (x86) folder, there is no Adobe folder in the Program Files folder, and there are no .exe files related to Photoshop Elements 9 in the ProgramData folder. Last of all I did a search for exe files on the C drive and went through all 5936 items - no exe files related to Photoshop elements.
Please help.
