Updating Specific songs from iTunes to Ipod

So ive updated info on itunes, like album art, album title and stuff like that and im trying to update those specific songs on my ipod. Its about 200 songs that i have updated, my music library has about 1900 songs. Im not trying to update each song on my ipod just the 200 or so that i have updated in itunes. what's the easiest way to do this?

But auto sync will sync all the songs in my itunes library, I dont want that.
If they are already on your iPod, it will only sync changed items.
If you are manually syncing because you only want part of the library on your iPod, then you can auto sync only selected playlists instead of the entire library.
Create playlist(s) and sync only those playlists.
Select the iPod in iTunes. Click the Music tab.
Tick *Sync music* and *Selected playlists*.
Tick the playlists you want on the iPod.
Then just add/delete from those playlists and plug in the iPod.
You can create a new smart playlist and Match rule;
Playlist is not iPod playlist (the name of the playlist you have chosen to sync).
This will show you songs that are not on the iPod.
and the day i did that, all the songs showed the "Date added" date the day i did that. Not the original date i had really added the songs to the itunes library.
But you simply copied the song files and not the _iTunes library files_ so that was the correct date you added them to that new iTunes library.
And I have 2148 songs on my ipod, only 1973 in itunes
When you iPod crashes or you have to Restore (and you will at some point), you will lose all the songs on your iPod.
