Updating the G/L Accounts

When Installing SAP B1 in Clients place, we would like to up date previous data into SAP B1. Client does not have any ERPsystem,
How can I import the Existing Data Available in different books. At time of Importing what are the Basic factors to be considered.

I believe you are talking about a New SAP B1 installation at a Client Site and you could like to import their legacy data.
If their existing data is stored electronically/ on a vcomputer system then all their data could be exported to Excel.
The Data Transfer Workbench (DTW) provides templates which are Excel templates. You can map the legacy data to these DTW template and import them to SAP B1.
You have two types of data
MASTER (Customers, Vendors, Items, etc. ) and
TRANSACTION (Open AR, AP and GL transactions)

The Apple id that you created do you remember if you created with your region sellected as Canada or US. If so you can change Region directly on your device by clicking on App Store icon, Scroll to bottom and tap your app is, click view acct and change region

My wife and I chaged phones, I updated the apple ID account info but when I try to update any app or download any app, still appears the old username, how do I resolve that?

I update the info in the pc (itunes). Everytime I the app store ask for my password, the username is incorrect. If I go to the account information, there in the app store, the username is correct. Any advice? Thanks.

You cannot change your Apple ID. You can get a new one if you want, but all of your Apps and media are linked to yoru old Apple ID. And no, Apple won't transfer your old ID purchases to yoru new ID.

I have a similar issue and would like to know what changes you made to OBV1 to allow the posting to the customer account ?
I have the same set up of account symbols (1000 & 0001) but when I do not specify a GL Account for Acct symbol 1000 I receive an error in the interest calculation program...
It was my understanding that the 1000 should post to the customer and not require a specific account.
Help would be appreciated !

This what finally worked for me
updating apps on 4s iPhone and iPad 3.
delete apps on both devices.
restart both devices.
then you should be able to use everything appropriately.
AT&T was having problems last week, I removed that app plus coupons, gas buddy and one other.
Actually I removed that would not update.
I still can not connect to safari.
The error message says it can not find the server.
Do you know how to fix this?

Creation of Legacy Asset in AS91 - Not updating the recon account

Hi
For uploading the Asset GL's you need to using a dummy/control account for uploading the asset data. USaullay data migration account is used for this purpose. OSAV is generally used for uploading assets in GL only.
Frist go to OAMK and remove recociliation account type assets (this is for allowing direct posting in Asset reconciliation account).. then go for OSAV and after completing the posting then again go to OAMK and again put the reconciliation account type assets. If you for got this step ...later on the Asset GL's will not be updated.

The Revenue distribution account is not showing the updated value

Hi dear
I have updated the Revenue distribution Account for the Debit Memo transaction type in AR.
But when i am entering a new DM transaction using Trasactions window, the Revenue Account is still showing the old value.
Even i have created a new memo line with a new Revenue Account but still the old value is appearing.
Can somebody help me plz?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
* "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Asset class Reports and the G/L accounts balances are not tallying

As per the G/L account (Recon) Furniture is showing 952428.18 and the furniture asset class report is showing 916186.25.
Kindly tell me how to reconcile, the way to find out the differences.

As per the suggestions given i verified
1. Asset transactions might have posted after posting depreciation for the period
I verified this. there are no postings
2. Depreciation terms (depreciation key, useful life ) might have changed.
The depreciation terms are not changed
3, Manual transactions might have posted directly to GL Accounts.
No manual transactions are there.
Correct the differences by
1. Repeat the depreciation posting program (AFAB)
2. Execute Recalculate (AFAR) and Repeat the depreciation posting program.
I executed AFAR it is updating the G/L accounts only not the FI-AA
3. Check the Manual entries posted in GL Account of Furniture asset class and reverse
manual entries are not posted.
I executed ABST. There are no errors.
i verified the SAP Note. it is basically explaining about AUC(We don't have) reconciliation and this is the first year (3months completed after go-live)
any other possible reconciliation is appreciable

Help! My iPhone 6 isn't updating the yahoo mail in the mail app!

My iPhone 6 has stopped updating the yahoo mail account in the mail app. Gmail and Cloud work fine. I have updated to the newest iOS update, I have deleted the yahoo mail and put it back in, I have turned the phone off and on, I have also done a hard restart. The individual yahoo mail app works, but not the yahoo account in the mail app that comes in the phone. Please help me get it back to normal!

Delete the Yahoo mail account. Re-add it. Done.

Updating PO distribution charge account

I have a requirement to update the PO charge account through PDOI or API. Is it possible?
Client do not want to update PO Account Generator. they want it through Interface.

PO is for CE's.PO dept do not want to wait till CE gets approved by finanace dept. So they'll code to default account.and pay it in AP(this is AP policy). Once CE is approved they want to reflect the actual account in Oracle. They use external system for POs. which is a not a enterprise system like Oracle. that is the problem. and our instance is multi SOB,Org and we do not want to customize any standard Oracle workflows.
seems we can not update GL charge account on the PO with any API/ or Interface.

Looking for help to update the certificate for my Exchange Email Account...

I'm trying to update the certificate for my Exchange Email Account...Dell had me delete the account, install the new certificate on my phone, and set up the email again...But it still won't work and acts like it can't find/use the new cert. Any suggestions besides a hard resest of the phone?

Is the e-mail account on your cell phone? Which device? If its on your phone, an Exchange e-mail, may need to be provisioned/ set up by your employer/ IT department.

When trying to update in the mac store I get notice that I have updates available for other accounts. I only have one account how do I fix it?

I saw Brett Terpstra's answer in his quickTip fixing the other account issue in the mac app store issue and followed those directions and still have this issue. I have only one apple ID and still can't update the basics such as Iphoto...

I have three iPhone 4 models purchased in late 2010 that all share the same iTunes account (apps, music, etc), but I can only update the software on one of the three iPhones. What is the best solution to manage these devices for software updates, apps?

I have three iPhone 4 models purchased in late 2010 (for my family) that all share the same iTunes account for access to apps and music, but each phone/user still has his/her custom contact list, email accts, and select lists of apps and music from the one iTunes acct library. The problem is I can only update the software on one of the three iPhones – the primary phone I used to setup the iTunes acct. What is the best solution to manage these devices for software updates, apps? This is probably a common problem with families wanting to share apps and music without realizing the issues created by this approach. As it stands today... the first (primary) iPhone associated with the iTune acct has been updated with the latest software version 5.1.1 and sync'd up with all the apps, music, etc from the one iTune acct, while the other two iPhones are still running on the original software version 4.0.2 and are experiencing problems now. I was advised by AT&T back in January that it would be necessary to setup separate iTunes accts for the second and third iPhones in order to receive system updates. The problem would be how to keep all the apps, etc from being deleted off the second and third phones that were originally loaded from the one iTunes acct. Since this AT&T advice was prior to iCloud coming out, would iCloud be a better solution or at least part of the solution? I really don't yet understand how iCloud works. Hopefully, someone out there can help me?? Please?
