What has to be done on the above said issue..?
Many thanks in advance and best regards,

  • Update Unit Price at Order Line Level

    Hi Sir, Ma'am,
Is there a way to enable user to update the Unit Price at Order Line Lever without updating the Price List?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Nuel

You can also enable the different adjustment (Manaully update allowed) so that you can use the same and update the unit selling price.
This will keep the price list as it is and it will show unit list price for item as Origanl Price.

  • Update Unit Price from Catalog

    Hello,
We have a external catalog wich contain some products with scale prices, so when one of these products are added to a SC, initially its transferred from the catalog with the right price considering the scale price.
But if the quantity of the item is changed in the SC, than the unit price does not change according to the scale price in the catalog.
Is there some automatic check in place for this kind of situation ?
Is there some way to sincronize the prices from the catalog with the prices in SC while changing the SC ?
    Regards,
    Alexandre Padeti

Thumb Rule - You should not change the quantity and price for items brought via External catalog.
There is no automatic sync as a catalog item is session based. Once the item is brought back to SRM the hook URL is lost.

  • Cannot change unit price for selected items in iProcurement

    Hi,
I have defined an item with "List Price".  Then, I create a PR in iProcurement for this item.
But I cannot update the "Unit Price" of this item as the field is protected. How can I enable the field for updating? Thanks.
(Note: If creating PR in the requisition form in Oracle Purchsing, then I can update the unit price. Why can't in iProcurement?)

  • Discount is being updated when changing unit price in SO after upgrade

    Hi there,
Customer recently upgraded to version 8.8 from 2005.
They encountered a few transactions where discount is automatically being updated when changing unit price in SO.
Customer created SO by duplicating existing SO. Then change the Unit Price in the new SO.
For one item, the price after discount does not get updated correctly. Instead,  system seems to have automatically created the discount.
So far, I can't reproduce this issue yet.
Is this a bug? Please suggest.
    Thanks,
    Yadana

    Thanks for the replies.
I have checked and there is no discount setup for the Price List or BP.
The Price List has been set to the correct one as well.
    Please advise.

  • Wrong unit price for sourced item in iProcurement.

    Hi all,
We have a BPA for a category, which has been revised and approved. Now when the user is going for shopping and searching the Item Description it is showing the correct/revised unit price for the item. But when the item is added to the cart and cart is viewed the Unit Price showing is different from the first search.
Please guys help me out on this. Also if any one can guide me to the procedure/OAF VO query which fetches the details at the shopping cart level then also it will be helpful.
    Awaiting is your response.

    Hi Guys,
One of the reason I found out from metalink(136674.1) is the 3 listed profile options for iProc should have 3 distinct line types. I am testing it now. Once done will update the results here.

  • Periodic Unit Price not update/release to Standard Price

    Dear Gurus,
We have a problem, when closing period is done the PUP (closing period) not update/relase to Standard price (in future period).  We have checked all the steps during the closing period, and all seems to be right.
The closing period is not more than 2 period, we closing April 2014.
    I have checked note 666681.
Maybe Gurus can tell me something that i missed.
    Please help
    Regards,
    Beto

    Hi Szymon,
So the OSS note saying that PUP from April 2014 cannot update to May 2014, the earliest is in June 2014?
I tested the same scenario in testing server and it work.  The PUP get update to standard price in period May.
It just doesn't make sense, the PUP is an average price within April transactions and it needs to update Standard price in May.
Now it makes me more confuse..
    This is period 4
This is period 5 (this is what we expecting), PUP period 4 = Standard price period 5
    Can you help me
    Thanks in advance

  • Some Unit Price are not displayed on BOMs.

Some Unit Prices are not coming up on BOMs.  If you click on the Price List drop down on the row and simply select the price list again then the price shows up.
    I reproduced this on demo database PL15 + PL16.
    Production > Bill of materials
Unit Price is empty for one of the items on the BOM
Select u2018Base priceu2019 again from list (on row)
    Price populates
Logged in user is a superuser
Tools > change log > No changes since 2009
Any ideas what could be causing this? I did not find any relevant SAP note.
The client noticed it after upgrade to PL16

    Hi Gordon,
I can manually refresh by choosing the price list again on the rows, then on the header and hit Update (Last Purchase Proce doesn't have the arrow at the bottom to click on to refresh). This solves the problem for now but for the long-term we want to find out why this occurred and how to prevent it happening again. Before upgrade, the customer did not have to manually refresh. Do you think it can be a bug?
    Thanks

    Thnks,

I tried by SPRO without any solution, i read some posts about this topic but I couldnt find any solution ( I tried changing the Variable Purchase Order Unit Active in MM02)
Purchase Info Record is maintained for a Vendor / Material / Purchase Org / Plant (optional) combination for a certain validity period For Eg. 01/01/2011 to 12/31/2011. If you are trying to update the price for a new validity period for eg : 01/01/2012 to 12/31/2012 then after you have entered all relevant details in TCode ME12, click on Conditions Tab and select New Validity Period and enter the validity dates and new price.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further clariications.

  • MAP / Standard GRC and inventory unit price used during MIGO

    Hi,
I want to seek advice of the below.
The value is quantity x unit price where I would like to ask on unit price.
    MAP - during MIGO
1 debit inventory - price refer to PO or material master
2 credit GR/IR - price refer to PO or material master
    Standard - during MIGO
3 debit inventory - price refer to PO or material master
4 credit GR/IR - price refer to PO or material master
    Thanks alot

    > What about GR/IR? The unit price is getting from where for both cases?
    > Also for inventory account, I thought for standard, it should be from material master?
    >
    > Now a bit confusing to me.
    >
    > Shiva reply below :
    > MAP
    > PO price Dr to Inventory A/c
    > Cr-GR/IR - ?
    >
    > Standard
    > PO price Dr to Inventory A/c
    > Cr-Gr/IR - ?
    Hi Cal,
Obviously it is the PO price. GR/IR is the offsetting intermediary entry that is to be paid to the vendor with respect to the price you have mentioned in the PO, it is acc payable to the vendor depending on PO unit price. In real time you are buying the goods from the vendor at the price which you mention in the PO, hence system has to take account how much worth material in coming to inventory and how much outstanding to the vendor (GR/IR).
In case of MAP, market price keeps varying and the same is updated in the material master on averaged base as and when the procurement price keeps changing, but that will not stop you from buying material at lesser or higher price everytime you order your vendor.
In case of standard price (usually for FERT, HALB) it's your business decision to keep the material price standard and fixed for various resons (such as costing and cost sales price) hence any price differences in S are to be mapped to separate G/L acc to track the differences. Nevertheless if your standard price is say $10 and your PO price is say $8 or $15, inventory is debitted with the PO price ( $8 or $15) and the same is creditted to GR/IR as acc payable to vendor.
    Hope its clear
    Regards
    Shiva

  • Changing unit price after AP invoice has been created

    Hi all,
We realized the unit price was incorrect after the PO, GR and AP invoice was already created. Is there a way to update the unit price on the item?
    Thanks,
    Jane

    Hi,
This is not possible, you have to reverse transaction by AP Credit memo and recreate new transaction. If you have FIFO valuation method then you can change price through Inventory Revaluation but in that case your AP Invoice amount remains unchange.

  • AR Invoice Unit price/Discount change

    Hi Experts,
I need your help regarding this....
In Sales A/R process of SAP B1 8.82, we first do sales order then copy to AR Invoice to process the invoice.
At some time users do the sales order and then copy to AR invoice and modify either unit price or discount as per the customer's requirement.
I need a query to get all these type of invoices where there is a either unit price change or discount change.
I found that any AR invoice update goes to ADOC and ADO1 table, but this table populates only when the AR invoice is saved once and then opened again and modify. but if the unit price or discount has been changed at first and saved then these table does not populate.
So how can I get this changes log, from which table so that I can frame the query.
    Your assistance is highly appreciated.
    Rgds
    Suman

    Hi Gordon,
I have got the solution through this query...
    SELECT T0.[DocNum],  T0.[CardCode], T0.[CardName], T1.[ItemCode],   T3.[PriceBefDi] ordrprice, T3.[DiscPrcnt] ordrdisc,T1.[PriceBefDi] invprice, T1.[DiscPrcnt] invdisc
    FROM [dbo].[OINV]  T0
    INNER JOIN [dbo].[INV1]  T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry
inner join ORDR T2 on t2.docnum=t1.baseref
    INNER JOIN RDR1 T3 ON T2.DocEntry = T3.DocEntry and
    t1.itemcode=t3.itemcode
    WHERE T0.[DocDate] >=[%0]
    AND T1.BaseLine=T3.LineNum
    and  (T1.[Price] <> T3.[Price] or  T1.[DiscPrcnt] <> T3.[DiscPrcnt])
    Thanks to all

  • Creating a Formatted Search in Item Master based on Unit Price

    Hi Experts,
I have to create a Formatted Search for assigning the Standard Cost of Items as Selling Price-Selling Price*.05  i.e the Standard cost of the item should be set upon automatically equal to 5% less of Selling Price .
I have created the following Formatted Search Query :
    SELECT ((SELECT $[$34.68.NUMBER])-(SELECT $[$34.68.NUMBER] *.05))
and have assigned this FS to Standard Cost Field . I am not able to base it upon Unit Price field . This FS is correct but it is not automatically refreshing upon change of Unit Price and I have to manually update it(ALT+F2) . I guess the filed upon which it should be based upon is not correct .
please guide me how to resolve this issue . How to base this FS upon Unit Price.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Pooja Singh.

    Hi,
Actually I dont want to set upon the last No for the Series. What about the Sequence ? Administration->setup->financials->Tax->Sequence. Here also the same thing can be done but Location Specific. When I created 2 Series for the two different locations , I found that two different fields appeared on the screen Sequence Name Where I found the two sequences I defined for the two locations. If you have any idea about what this sequence is for and how far is it different from Document Series , please let me know.

  • Average for Unit Price within a date range????

    Howdy BI Gurus,
    We're on BI 7.0.
The client has the following report that I neeed to create in BI:
It's Determines the Average Costs for Raw Material Every Quarter:
    <b>Item #  |   Receipt Date|   Qty      |    Unit Cost  |   Extended Cost  |   Vendor</b>
    200TU      | 01/23/07        | 47,349   |      .9950      |   47,112.26         |      XYZ
    200TU      | 02/19/07        | 48,796   |      .9870      |   48,552.02         |      XYZ
    200TU      | 04/16/07        | 43,978   |      .9340      |   43,758.11         |      XYZ
Total Sum  For Qty =  140,123
Total Sum For Extended Cost = 139,422.39
Average  For Unit Cost =   .9720
    1. How do you calculate the <b>Average</b> for the <b>Unit Cost</b>?
    2. How do display the Total Sum ONLY for the <b>Qty</b> &&<b> Extended Cost</b>?
    I tried the following document:
    <b>"How to...Count the Occurances of a Characteristic"</b>
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/7e58e690-0201-0010-fd85-a2f29a41c7af
...that was posted on another forum that shows step by step how to create a Counter infoobject and update the transfer rules with a Constant "1" and after creating a CKF in Query Designer and setting up the Exception Aggregation for "Average of All Values" for Ref. Characteristic "Material" to get the average...Unfortunately, it didn't work for me as I just get $0.0.
I'm thinking maybe the directions were for the old BW version.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Best Regards,
    Osman

This is what I get now when I do an Exception Aggregation on Ref. Char - Material...Look at the last Column titled "Average Unit Price"
Calendar Day     Material     Individual price in invoice     Invoiced quantity     Extended Cost     Average Unit Price
    10/9/2007     17887          $ 14.00 /EA               7,128 EA          $ 99,792.00     $ 14.00 /EA
    10/22/2007     53093          $ 318.00 /EA               1,920 EA          $ 610,560.00     $ 318.00 /EA
    10/8/2007     4750MT          $ 0.51 /LB               252,000 LB          $ 128,088.00     $ 0.51 /LB
    10/9/2007     4750MT          $ 0.51 /LB               252,000 LB          $ 127,638.00     $ 0.51 /LB
    10/17/2007     G202          $ 59.40 /EA               6 EA               $ 356.40     $ 59.40 /EA
What I want is grup by Material:
Calendar Day     Material     Individual price in invoice     Invoiced quantity     Extended Cost
    10/9/2007     17887          $ 14.00 /EA               7,128 EA          $ 99,792.00
Average Individual price in invoice = $14 (Since there is only 1)
    10/22/2007     53093          $ 318.00 /EA               1,920 EA          $ 610,560.00
Average Individual price in invoice = $318.00 (Since there is only 1)
    1/8/2007     4750MT          $ 0.51 /LB               252,000 LB          $ 128,520.00
    2/9/2007     4750MT          $ 0.32 /LB               252,000 LB          $  80,640.00
    3/10/2007     4750MT          $ 0.24 /LB               252,000 LB          $  60,480.00
    4/25/2007     4750MT          $ 0.65 /LB               252,000 LB          $ 163,800.00
    Average Individual price in invoice = (($0.51 + $0.32 + $0.24 + $0.65) / 4) = $0.43
    10/17/2007     G202          $ 59.40 /EA               6 EA               $ 356.40
Average Individual price in invoice = $59.40 (Since there is only 1)
    Hi Kartikey,
I'll try your method tommorrow morning...thank you for your help so far.
    I really appreciate it
