Hi Experts,
i need to update/Modify the country of origin field in the delivery item level and i am unnable to control this item no and pagedown so please send me BDC programe which is similar to my requirement. the only problem i am facing is how to go to exact page and item in the table control and system resolutions also.
with regards,
Ram

Hi!
In VL02N transaction, you have a button for the exact positioning.
It can be found under the table of delivery positions, and clicking on it gives you the user command: POPO_T.
You can use this button for item positioning.
Then click on the item details button (user command IDET_T), and in the details click on the relevant tab.

  • Difference between sales order schedule line and item level data

    Hi All,
Could you please let me know what is the difference between sales order schedule line and item level data?
    Thanks,
    Ramya

    Hi Ramya,
Sales order schedule line contains del date, order qty, rounded qty, confirmed qty, delivery qty, schedule line category, purchase requisition etc.,  ie It contains the full details of sales order data with respect to the scheduled line of delivery.  The total quantity of a sales order item can be subdivided into schedule lines that contain the various subsets with the corresponding delivering dates.
Sales order Item level data contains details of the item in the sales order like material code, net price, net value, UoM, PO details, reason for rejection if any, material group, billing date, plant etc., ie this
contains the full details of item irrespective of scheduled line.

  • KNA1 is a header level data or item level data ?

How should we treat KNA1 ?
As a header data table or
    Item Data table ?

    Hi,
KNA1 is master data table stores information about customers.it will update thru XD01/XD02 tcodes or FD01/FD02..etc.
Master data will be used to create transactional data.
Once we created master data means, normally we dont change.like employees creation, vendor creation..etc
When it comes transactional data we have concept of header and item level.
suppose sales order is transactional data.conatins VBAK as header level, VBAP as item level data.
Header data contains main information to all the items like shipto party sales order creation date ,who created sales order, sales order type..etc.
Item level contains what material, order qty..etc.
we can call Transactional data as frequently changing data.Like when ever customer needs some item from company means we create sales order for that item.so we call transactional data as daily basis change data.
    Please reward if useful.

  • Problem regarding item level data in CRMD_ORDER

i have created a sales order in CRMD_ORDER and entered all the data for header and item . i have given required delievery date for both item and header different , but when we save the order a BADI is trigerred which will update the data to R/3 but still only header required delievery date is updated not the item level date can you provide any solution for this problem?
another thing is can i know where does the item level data is store ie: date, quantity etc.

    Hello,
You are posting to the SAP CRM 2007 forum so we assume you are using CRM 2007. In CRM 2007 the GUI is no longer supported and doesn't work as expected since SAP did not update the business logic in it.
So, if you want to test your process and be 100% sure that there is a problem, use the WebUI for your tests.
All item data is stored in CRMD_ORDERADM_I. If you want to find a date (of an item date profile) stored in an item you have to pass some tables however.
    CRMD_ORDERADM_I->CRMD_LINK->SCAPPTSEG.
    Reward points if useful!

  • How to do the reversal in the item level of a (delivery)document?

    hi friends,
Is there any way to put reversal, at the item level for the document already posted ?
Do we have any standard funtion module or BAPI to pass value from the editor ?
My task is, I want to do the reversal in the item level of the (delivery)document.
I tried with the BAPI - BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_REV_POST, but this is reversing the whole document. but I want to reverse in line item only.
    please suggest me.....
    Quick replies would be rewarded.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards

    Hi Rob,
yes, what you told is right. I want to do the same. I will first reverse the particular line item and will post the correct entry. but here, I need to do that for a huge number of document. It will be good if I pass the values using a funtion module or a BAPI to reverse. So, I want a Funtion Module or BAPI to process it.
anyway, after reversing the document, I am going to post the document with correct entry.

  • Dont allow to change item level data in sales order.

    Hi all,
I have a requirement in which, users should not be allowed to change  item level data or not allowed to add any new items in sales order on a certain condition. But they should be allowed to change the header level data.
    How can i achieve this.
    Can anyone help me?

    Hi,
    Check below exit.
    MV45AFZZ and in form USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP.
Here check for ur validation, If passes then CHECK variable SVBAP-TABIX. If it is 0 then item is created. If it is GT 0 then item is changed. Other way could be...
select data from VBAP for each sales document and item in xvbpa internal table.
If for any item u don't have data in VBAP table that means u r adding that item. So issue error message.
    *       FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP                              *
    *       This userexit can be used to move some fields into the sales  *
    *       dokument item workaerea VBAP                                  *
    *       SVBAP-TABIX = 0:  Create item                                 *
    *       SVBAP-TABIX > 0:  Change item                                 *
    *       This form is called at the end of form VBAP_FUELLEN.          *

  • User exit to change item level data in purchase order

    Hi,
Can anyone let me know the user exit to change item level data in purchase order . there is a badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST for this but the issue is its method process_item gets triggered only when the item is changed. My requirment is
For purchase order document types u201CZSOu201D and u201CZCOu201D, where the purchase order is a u201CLimits Orderu201D only i.e. no materials or services on the purchase order, the print price indicator field should be set to u201Cblanku201D (unchecked).   now i cant use ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST  because process_item wont get triggered if there is no change in itemlevel data.

  • Document level Data and Item level data

    Hi,
Can anyone please explain the difference between Document level data and Item level data for sales order.
    Thanks
    shalini

Item is the lowest level detail of the order. For ex it would be a particular material. Document would be the overall "top" level. Usually refered to as header level. It relates to everything in the document.
    pts appreciated

  • Why should we load header data first and then we load item level data?

    Hi BW guru`s,
I have small confusion about the data loading.
Why should we load header data first and then we load item level data?
    Is there any particular reason?
Scenario: 1st I have uploaded 2LIS_11_VAHDR sales document header data from R/3 to BW by using LO-Cockpit extraction. Then I loaded 2LIS_11_VAITM.This is the norma procedure which we use to follow.
I have a question. If I load 2LIS_11_VAITM data 1st from R/3 to BW and then I will load 2LIS_11_VAHDR by using LO-Cockpit extraction. what will happen?
    Regards,
    Venkat
Edited by: VENKAT BOORUGADDA on Aug 12, 2008 11:51 AM

There is no difference in doing it the other way.
The load sequence will come into play only during activation where if you map the same fields from the two datasources, you might want to have the previous value overwritten by data from the next datasource.
That is when you should care about loading one datasource before the other.
To your question it is not arule that header data should come first.

  • What is Header level data and item level data? Please elaborate.

What is Header level data and item level data? Please elaborate.
    Details:
EKKO is Purchasing Document Header; what is purchasing Document Header? who, what and where can i look for this data.
EKPO is Purchasing Document Item; what is Purchasing document item means?
what is item level data means?
When you take the Senario of SRM and ECC; where the purchase data is maintained primarily in SRM or ECC?
Thanks in advance. I will assign the points only to the valuable information.
    York.

    Hi York,
You are right in stating EKKO as header and EKPO as line item data. They are maintained in ECC.
Now for the details about the data:
In SAP every transaction is referred to as a document. In this case you are talking about a purchase document. Now what does purchaing document contain? I will contain information like: Who is the vendor? When was the transaction done? what was bought? What is the quantity of each item bought?
Whatever is applicable across the document is called header data... and what is applicable for each item is called line item data. In this case
    1. Header data would be the vendor, date of transaction, purchaing organization ... etc.
    2. Line item data would be the item details, the quantity of the item, the unit price of each item ...etc.
    Hope this helps.
    Best regards,
    Kazmi

  • ALV - Layout for header and item level data

    Experts,
A program extracts complete sales order details (including item level data) in ALV format. Now, during display, if anyone changes the layout to have only header level fields, I would like the duplicate records created by item data to go away. Would you know how to accomplish this?
Any help would be rewarded with points.
    UV

    Hello,
You can do it instead of adding a button on the ALV, on the selection screen add a radiobutton asking what information is required.
    Header Information
    Detailed Information
    Or something like that

  • Retrieve item level dates during service order creation before saving

I have a requirement where I need to retrieve item level date (First Response i.e. APPT_TYPE as SRV_RFIRST) and modify the date and put it back to the same screen field when ever a line item is entered.
    To do this we found a BADI CRM_SERVICE_I_BADI which triggers when ever we enter line item. We tried many FM which retrieves item level dates from buffer CRM_DATES_READ_MULTIPLE_OB; CRM_DATES_READ_SINGLE_OB;
    CRM_DATES_READ_SINGLE_OW;
Most of them are returning all the dates except first response. No configuration issues. Can anyone help me how to get the first response date during creation.
    Thanks
    Vamsee

    Hi Vamsee,
Do you happen to know the solution? We have similar issue too as we can not retrieve the new entered dates and process it in BADI CRM_SERVICE_I_BADI.
I would appreciate your reply if you have a solution.
    Thanks,
    Bin
