frustrated...I need help getting Lightroom 3 updated to 5 and i need to move it from my Macbook to my new MacbookPro...Is this possible?

Summerraephoto you will want to install Lightroom 5 on your new computer. You will be prompted to enter your qualifying upgrade serial number, from Lightroom 3, when you launch the application.

You can install on any 2 computer, suppose you have 2 computers already activated with creative cloud, Now if you would like to activate it on a 3rd computer then you have to deactivate from anyone of the previous 2 computer and activate it on the 3rd computer. So totally you can have creative cloud apps in 2 computer.

For what it's worth ...
Apple's policy is clear: iTS purchases can be downloaded only once. It is your responsibility to make back-ups . (For most people, this will involve either CD's/DVD's or an external drive .)
That being said, at their discretion they have made one-time exceptions to this policy. You can ask for an exception by submitting the form on this page:

You are probably trying to use old Sync with Firefox newer than version 29,
and they did make old Sync unusable on fresh installations of newer Firefox.
You can uninstall that newer Firefox, then install Firefox 29 from here:

Apply your sync key code, then update that installation to current Firefox,
then migrate to new Sync:

My question is the my daughter has an ipod touch with alot of music and games on it, but the computer that had itunes in it and all the apps and music is now gone. How can I transfer all her games and music her new computer without loosing her stuff?

My daughter has an ipod touch with alot of games and music on it. The computer it was synced to is forever gone and on her new computer some of the games dont show up along with her music. She is worried if she connects it to her new computer all will be lost. Is there anyway for this to not happen? The ipod is on its last life due to a cracked screen, and as for the games she has spent money on them such as smurf village and others. When i looked at game center on my phone about less than half of that game showed up. Is there anyway to fix these things before its to late and eveything is gone forever?

It sounds as though you are experiencing an issue with an Apple ID and authorizations. Based on your post, it sounds like you are familiar with the authorizing and deauthorizing process. The Apple ID in question (your wife's email) may be originating from the iPhone you are attempting to update. Is it possible that your wife created an Apple ID or iCloud account which is signed in on that iPhone? I believe that all audiobooks are supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them requiring the one-time only download. okay from reading posts it seems if I transfer my backed up info from my old comp to the new one and erase my dad's phone's back up i could reset my phone and it would transfer all my old data back onto the phone, be linked to the new computer and i could proceed. Firefox doesn't have an "export" feature built into it for password data.
Exactly what did you do to "export" your passwords?

If so, see the screenshots on that page to see the Import function.
If you copied the two files that are used for storing passwords from the old computer to back them up, just copy those 2 files into the Profile folder on the new computer to restore them.

Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
When the menubar appears select Terminal from the Utilities menu. Enter resetpassword at the prompt and press RETURN. Follow instructions in the dialog window that will appear.

Be sure to open Keychain Access and repair the keychain:
Assuming that you are using a recent build of OS X, go to /Applications/Utilities and launch the app called Keychain Access. Go to the Window pulldown menu and select "Keychain First Aid". Enter your password, set the radio button to "Repair", and click "Start".
