To confirm, al songs are already in your iTunes library of current computer, and they all play using iTunes (on the computer)?
And you are saying all the songs you purchased from the iTunes Store can be synced to the nano without any problems?  But NONE of the other songs (that are NOT from the iTunes Store) can be synced to the nano, or SOME of them?

  • "Program Error" in PS/CS6 does not allow me to save in any format.

"Program Error" in PS/CS6 does not allow me to save in any format. I can't save as psd, jpg, tiff, large document format, etc. My only option is to quit without saving an hour's work. This has happened a dozen times sporadically.

  • Upgrade from cs5 to cs6 will not install

Hi, I purchased and downloaded the upgrade from CS5 to CS6 including the Akamai installer. but the upgrade will not install and I am unable to contact Adobe anywhere for a solution to my issue.  I have uninstalled CS5 using Adobe CC Cleaner and it still won't install.  Help!!!

    Upgrade from CS5 to CS6
    I downloaded 2 files;
    Photoshop_13_LS16.exe   1.2MB
    Photoshop_13LS16.7z    1.1GB
    plus the instructions file
(I've downloaded these files now 3 times and tried them all)

  • If I upgrade Cs5 to CS6 can I install it on two computers like my CS5 is?

I purchased CS5 before CS6 came out and the version I have (suite? individual?  I can't tell which it is from the website or from the box my CD came in) let me install it on two computers.  I would like to upgrade to CS6 but would like to be able to upgrade both versions.  I took online courses for CS5 and there are now courses for CS6 available.  I can't find my answer anywhere after searching for a couple of hours.  I can purchase the upgrade but there is nothing to say if I can upgrade both the computers.  Does the upgrade allow for upgrading two computers?

    Hi Margaret,
According to EULA you can install it on 2 machines, provided you are not using them simultaneously.
    Thanks

  • LR4 Problems after upgrading CS5 to CS6

    Hello,
I encountered problems with LR4.0 after I upgraded my Photoshop CS5 to CS6.
LR4.0 hangs (crashes) whenever I switch to the Develop module (from any module). All other modules work just fine.
I worked with LR4.0 a few months now, with no problems (running W7 Home Premium 64-bits SP1)
    - can this be Adobe Camera Raw related?
    - are LR4 and CS6 using the same ACR (how can I check this)?
    - can I (completely!) remove and re-install ACR and how?
    - can this be Develop preset related (presets did not change, however)?
    - is there a specific order in with to (re)install LR4 and CS6
    - is there a way to completely(!) remove CS6 and LR4 with no traces, and start from scratch?
I will be switching (upgrading) computers in a few days from now, so I want to fix the issue until this switch and I want to be sure I do not encounter the same problem on my new machine.
Any hints and tips will be appreciated!
    Cheers!
    Dirk

I really wish I could be more help to you.  I am running Lightroom 4 on both a 64 bit and a 32 bit system.  And I'm having no problems with either one (using 4.1 RC 2).  You could try uninstalling both programs and start over.  Install Photoshop first, then Lightroom will see it and use it for external editing.  Other than that, hopefully someone else will have some good ideas.
Just one other thought, if you haven't installed 4.1 RC2, that is the first thing I would do before anything more drastic .

  • Photoshop CS5 and CS6 does not start. Windows 7

I am using Photoshop CS5 as well as CS6, 64-bit on Windows 7. Since the last few days, I noticed that Photoshop would take a very long time to start (earlier it used to start within few seconds). Today, I found that both the Photoshop versions do not start at all. Nothing happens when I click the short-cut on the Task Bar. Neither do they start through the Start Menu. Why does this happen and what is the solution?

Have you tried using the task manager to see if Photoshop is hung and look at your windows reliability history to see if Photoshop CS5 an CS6 are crashing?

  • How can I upgrade CS5 to CS6?

How can I upgrade Photoshop CS5 to CS6, and cannot use CC because I would need a different operating system?

Good gracious!  Is there really still an upgrade path from CS5?  I'd have bet serious money that option finished at least a year ago.  Sounds like I would have lost the bet.
BTW  I expect those prices are still dependent on where the OP lives.  Upgrading from CS5 to CS6 cost me NZ$800 dollars when CS6 first came out.  Thankfully, price gouging is appears to be a thing of the past with CC, but I believe that only applies to NZ and Oz, and that Europe still enjoys a price hike for Adobe products.
Anyone like to clarify that for me?

  • Once I upgrade CS5 to CS6 can I remove CS5 thru Add Remove programs in Windows? [was: CS6]

Once I ugrade CS5 to CS6 can I remove CS5 thru Add Remove programs in Windows or just delete them?

never delete any installed program on a windows os, always uninstall.
you can uninstall cs5 before or after you install cs6. or, you don't need to uninstall, at all.
if you uninstall before installing cs6, you will be prompted for your cs5 serial number (in addition to your cs6 serial.  if you leave cs5 installed, you won't need the cs5 serial number to install your cs6 upgrade.

  • The update function in CS6 is not allowing me to get Camera Raw 7.3

I am getting the following message: The update server is not responding.

  • Bridge CS6 does not allow to export pictures anymore

I am running Bridge CS6 from the Creative Cloud on a Powermac with Mac OSX Lion.
With Bridge CS5 I used to convert my Raw files through (German version) Dateien > exportieren in
And here – where the old version offered to choose a folder – there is just an unselectable »Services« visable.
Why is that so? It is a pretty important funktion to me.
    Please help.

    Solved.
Found this thread through Google (not through the forum search ).
    http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1054717
    The Export panel solves it.
Would be easier to offer this also over the file menu export option as in former versions.
    All the best

  • Photoshop CS6 will not allow me to save anything I work on.

It was part of Premiere CS6 Production Premium.  Worked for a while -- now nothing but this message -- "Could not save as "xxxx.psd” because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the ‘Get Info’ command in the Finder to ensure the file is unlocked and you have permission to access the file. If the problem persists, save the document to a different file or duplicate it in the Finder." -- Have tried everything I can think of -- resetting prefs, pram on Mac, repariring disk permissions, unistalling and reinstalling Photoshop itself.  This is really a huge issue and causing me lots of problems on big projects right now.  Anyone have a solution?

    Good day!
Have you checked the permissions of the specific files and the folders containing it?
    What other applications are open?
Have you tried starting from a new user account?

  • Upgrade to BT Infinity deal not allowed?

    Hello all,
Just hoping to get some advice from anyone who will listen! I recently bought a standard BT Broadband package as I couldn't buy BT Infinity due to my new build flat not being on BT's system. I am since up and running with mt BT Broadband for two weeks and I am now trying to upgrade to BT Infinity with the Big BT Sale on, and I am being told I cannot take part in the sale as I am an existing customer?!
I would have bought BT Infinity in the big sale but it was BT who woulnd't let me do this! And I have now been told that I cannot cancel my contract unless I pay £300+ cancellation fee (fair enough as I agreed to the contract) but I would have thought BT would let me upgrade to the new deal as I had to order regular broadband first as per their instruction? Am I missing something here? BT seem to not care at all now that I am a "customer"....
If anyone could offer me advise on my legal standing it would be appreciated as I am considering going to Trading Standards if BT continue to refuse me the new customer deals.
*Also, SKY are offering 6 months free fibre connection so the Big BT Sale isn't as good as the competition it seems....

As per the small print in all BT packages, any deals only apply to new customers and not existing customers, regardless how long you have been a customer.
You would no doubt have been able to take part in any promotional offers regarding the package you did sign up to when you were a new customer.
You are correct about having to pay cancellation fees because it would be breaking a contract that you agreed to.
If you were unable to order BT Infinity previously because you were not on the system it is not a case of " BT wouldn't let you" it is more likely BT were unable to offer you Infinity for some reason. I'm pretty sure they would have been happy to sell you Infinity if it was available to you at that time.
As regards any legal advice I would suggest that you would need to speak to a solicitor regarding that as most of the advice on this forum is just that... "advice" with no legal standing.
