While upgrading 9205 db to 10204 in apps 11i,i got an error->Could not complete Enterprise Manager configuration. and asked me to manually run emca.
The emConfig.log has the following error->
CONFIG: Error reading file /u02/fatstdb/9.2.0/sysman/config/emd.properties
emd.properties is actually not there.
I want to locally use Enterprise Manager to manage the db. Also it is not using ASM.I want to know the options for emca->Do i need to give the following->emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
