Upgrade from Creative Cloud to CS6; receiving 'membership expired' message

I decided to spend the money on the CS6 student edition through my university instead of keeping the monthly access Cloud. Now, whenever I try to access anything other than PDFs, I receive a message that my membership has expired and I need to sign in or renew. I've already tried uninstalling everything Adobe and reinstalling. Please help!

You forgot to deactivate the programs. You will have to fix it manually by deleting th opm.db, SLstore and PCD stuff to get a proper CS 6 activation.

    I started a project file on the Adobe Creative Cloud and I am trying to convert the file to CS6 (as that is what all my editors have).     I am the director of the project- so I am not very technically inclined to answer these questions, but will try my best. My lead editor dropped out of the project leaving me very confused and I am trying to establish a new workflow based off of her existing project file.
    The original project was started in Adobe Creative Cloud. I am now trying to use Adobe CS6 and I am trying to figure out if we can convert a file from Creative Cloud > CS6. If you can provide a list of questions for me to ask my previous editor I can direct them to her and try to provide a more concise answer. Thanks for your help.

    I am trying to upgrade from a free creative cloud site to BC Marketing
    How do I "claim the site as a free Creative Cloud site first, before the additional upgrade options will be present."
    When I Log into the admin console of my site > Site Settings > Site Management,  the option to upgrade the site to a higher plan doesn't present.

  • Image Object Removed from Creative Cloud DW CS6

    Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 Classroom in a Book  does not correspond to the creative cloud version of Dreamweaver CS6. One of several issues is that in chapter 3 and page 88 of the book it talks about image placeholders but in the creative cloud version of Dreamweaver CS6 insert > image object > image placeholders has been removed and no longer exists. In fact, the entire image object entity is gone!

    You are essentially using a book published at least a year ago for a product that  changed drastically about 2 months ago.
    If you had the actual disk copy of DWCS6 (Dreamweaver from Creative Suite 6), the book would work failry well. However, you don't have DWCS6, you actually have DWCC (Dreamweaver Creative Cloud, even putting the 6 in there doesn't really make sesnse anymore IMHO) which is constantly changing and is well on its way to becomming a completely different program.

    You can also check the host files & find if Adobe has been blocked or not.
    Windows: Start >>Run>>Drivers>>etc>>hosts(open with notepad)
    Macintosh: Click on Go---Go to Folders---/etc---Hostsrunor host
    If you find any Adobe entry please remove it & make the host file free of Adobe entry. Please try to launch then.

    I do not want to upgrade to Creative Cloud - I have CS6 and and happy to NOT have a monthly charge. Now I can't open CS6 because it will only open if I upgrade

    Whoa that sounds crazy, interesting. Sounds like the licensing just got crossed up or something.

    It's important to keep in mind that the picture files are NOT stored in the Organizer. They are not stored in Lightroom or Bridge either...
    The organizer is based on a catalog which stores the pictures properties, mainly the location of the pictures on your drive(s). It's the same idea of catalogs in Lightroom, and the nice thing is that Lightroom can convert organizer catalogs to its own format. The most obvious way for you will be to use Lightroom.
    Bridge is a file browser which is a different way than to use catalogs.

    I try to install CS6 from Creative Cloud using the Adobe Application manager, and everything is fine until I click Start on the application after download. Then, I get a question if I want to buy a CS6 Extended licence after the trial period. I have already uninstalled the CS6 Extended trial version. Se picture attached. I am running Windows 7.

    I should be able to install and run Flash CS6 from Creative Cloud, is it correct? But when I open the Creative Cloud app, the option to install a previous version is not there. Please help.

    If you only have single subscriptions that might be why.  I think you need to have a full Cloud subscription in order to be able to access older applications, not just subscriptions to single applications.

    To confirm, al songs are already in your iTunes library of current computer, and they all play using iTunes (on the computer)? 
    And you are saying all the songs you purchased from the iTunes Store can be synced to the nano without any problems?  But NONE of the other songs (that are NOT from the iTunes Store) can be synced to the nano, or SOME of them?
