Upgrade from English Adobe Web premium to Swedish version???

I have a licensed version of Adobe Web Premium CS3 (English Version). Can I buy the latest version (6) from adobe.com and use the upgrade option and buy the Swedish version?

Yes, if you do a Creative Suite language crossgrade then you should be able to change from one language to another.

  • How do I get Elements 11 to download part 2 from the Adobe web site?

I purchased an upgrade from the Adobe web site to take my Photoshop Elements form 9 to 11. I could not find any instructions, so I decided to download the alternate method consisting of two parts. I got part one downloaded. Then I tried to download part two. The download no longer did anything. I noticed on the bottom of the screen where the part one progress bar had been, there was now a note that said there were local updates to be done. I said OK and the updates ran as four parts. When they were done, I again tried to download part two. Nothing. I then decided to try the Akamai (sp?) Download manager program. It would not download either. Should I wipe out part one and start over? Or, is there another solution?  I am using Windows 7. Thank you.

    Download it from http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.htm l
Make sure you follow the Very Important Instructions before proceeding to the actual download.

  • Wanted to know if Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium is included in Adobe Web Premium

Wanted to know if Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium is included in Adobe Web Premium.  I also wanted to know how can I transfer the license from an old computer to a new one if I throw the old computer away.  Would need the steps or do you just deactivate the old one and if so do I take any information from the old computer

Ok basically I have a user that has an old computer running on XP and I'm in the process of upgrading her machine but she said she had
Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium
    Acrobat X Pro
but the only programs I have are
    Acrobat Pro_10_Web
    Web Premium_CS5_LS1
    Web Premium_CS5_5
    Adobe Acrobat Pro X
So which would I use to get the requested software installed on her machine or do I have to buy another package or program.  Also if I have Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium and Acrobat X Pro on the old machine is there a way to take the license information off the old machine and download the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design and install it with the serial from the old machine I would be throwing away?

  • Can I install Adobe Web Premium CS6 over CS5 on Yosemite?

I've downloaded and installed Adobe web premium CS5 and registered it. My company paid an upgrade for CS6. What are steps for installing CS6 - can I upgrade directly from CS5 without uninstalling it?

CS6 is a separate install, so whether you remove CS5 beforehand or just leave it in place is ultimately entirely your choice.

  • Trouble with my Adobe Web Premium license

    Hello,
I asked for assistance a couple of weeks ago, and got an answer that 1/2 way solved my problem. So I'm looking for help to get me all the way there.
For background, my original issue was:
I recently purchased a new Macbook Air. My other computer is a Mac Mini - and I have a purchased (and licensed) version of Adobe Web Premium 5.5 on that machine. I want to put this software on my new laptop - which does not have a CD/DVD drive.
I went to my Adobe account to view order history - but there's nothing there. In My Products, my license shows up - but I can't figure out how to download it to my laptop.
I got an answer - and was able to get the software installed on my laptop (via the 30-day trial download). But it's just a 30-day trial.
SO HERE'S WHAT I STILL NEED HELP WITH:
When I tried entering my serial number after downloading, I received a message that the serial number was not valid. I entered the serial number in my Adobe account (viewing "My Products").
Any idea how I get my software registered on my new laptop? I think I should be able to have my software registered on both my home machine and my laptop, is that correct?
    Thanks!
I appreciate any help I can get with this.
    Matt

    Matt,
This seems to be a bit confusing as a lot of software versions and softwares (suites versus individual products) are involved here. Lets simplify this.
As per your account registration details you've registered the serial number for Web Premium CS5 (this is the only serial number regisetered on your account) and not Web Premium CS 5.5.
Also per the link you mentioned above you've installed CS5.5, however you mentioned you've downloaded CS5. This is most probably why you're getting the serial number error.
Uninstall CS5.5 from your system, download CS5 from here and then try to install it.
    Thanks
    Nikhil

  • Adobe Web premium CS3 activation without internet connection?

    Hello,
I while back I purchased a copy of Macromedia MX2004 and then purchased an upgrade to Adobe Web premium CS3.  I have used in the past both products and registered and activated them without any problems.  After not using the software for sometime I decided to install the upgrade Adobe web premium cs3 software on a new machine.  The PC however does not have an internet connection so I am struggelling to register and activate the product.  I have tried ringing the activation number however am told it no longer supports tel activation and these products.  I have both serial numbers for MX2004 and indeed the upgrade CS3 product however cannot use them until I get an authorisation code.  I cannot do this as the PC I have installed the product on does not have an internet connection ??!
    Can anyone help ?
    Thanks in advance.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.  There might be a problem even in that because CS3 and earlier products are no longer supported by Adobe Support.  Still you might find someone who is willing to help if they are able to do anything.

  • Where to buy adobe web premium cs4 business license

where to buy adobe web premium cs4 business license

    Hi Jiwaluka,
You cannot purchase Web Premium CS4 anymore! Shocked? Then here is a convincing answer for you.. :
Since you want to purchase a Volume Licensing, then you can purchase the current version which is CS6 and "Downgrade" to CS4. This Downgrade is available Only with Volume Licensing and doesn't come with Retail version. You can purchase the Volume Licensing of CS6 over Adobe Licensing site Or from a Reseller and contact Adobe Chat support or Phone support to request for a Downgrade.
Adobe issues only the serial number for CS4 after downgrade but doesn't not issue the download/box for that product. Hence before requesting for Downgrade you need to arrange the media of CS4 yourself. You can go to the below site to check if the required product is available for Download Link/ Replacement Box.
    http://volumelicensing.adobe.com/store?Action=DisplayCategoryProductListPage&SiteID=adbevl us&Locale=en_US&categoryID=11612900
If it is not available in the above link, you can contact Adobe's authorized reseller to check with them if the media is available.
Once you purchase CS6 Full version and the media for CS4, you can contact Adobe Support to request for Downgrade. Usually they would ask for these queries, hence keep these information available when you contact them:
    1. Downgrade Product name, version, platform and Language
    2. Reason for Downgrade
    3. End-User ID or Deploy-to ID(You will come to know these anonymous words when you purchase any Volume Licensing product)
    4. Order number for CS6 and the Replacement media for CS4.
With all these information, contact Adobe Chat support, the issue should be resolved in your First contact if possible.
    Regards,
    Jairaj

    Good morning:
I possess a legal version of Adobe Web Premium CS5 on DVD and want to know how can I get the latest version CS6 for students and teachers, in this case I teach elementary school.
Thanks for the help and I hope your answer.

  • Uninstall Adobe Web Premium?

Is it possible to uninstall my adobe web premium from my mac pro and install it to my iMac? I am new to mac and have been using the mac pro for about 9 months and just bought the iMac.

If you want to unistall the suite, you need to use the installer found in Utilities > Adobe Installers then select the whole suite and run the process.
You might also want to read about activation: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/100/1008779.html#About%20activation as you can install and use the software on up to 2 machines as long as you are only using it on only one of them.

  • Where I can download Adobe Web Premium 5

Hello! I bought a Adobe Web Premium 5, where I can download this? I try here: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-product-downloads.html (English—International 3,1Gb), but my serial number doesn't work with this

getting a different link to the same program is unlikely to solve the problem.  you need to find why your serial number fails, Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite

I am getting messages that I can't download and read .pdf files since I have the wrong Adobe reader. I know about their security disasters of course, but I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe web site and I have other ,pdf file readers as well, and for some reason they won't work either. I have 5 computers running top end processors and RAM. By this I mean I have one, this one which I am using that has an AMD Phenom Black 3.2 Quad-core with 8 GBs of Corsair top DDR2 RAM, my other two AMD have either an Athlon II triple core with 4 GBs of DDR2 Corsair RAM, one with the Phenom X4 965 3.4 GHz Quad-core with 8 GBs of their best DDR2 RAM, and two Intels with the i7 920 Processors using the triple channel 1366 socket processors and one with 8 GBs of low latency DDR3 RAM and the other with 4 GBs of the same RAM. I am getting the message on this one, which has a fresh install of XP Pro X64 operating system, as do the other 4 as well. I have run Avast Business Pro Anti-virus on this one, which I am getting the message on with a single result which I deleted, and also both Spybot Search and Destroy, which came back clean as well as Malwarebytes Antimalware, which got a lot of tracing cookies now removed, and SuperAntiSpware which also found a few cookies also now deleted. Can you tell me what I need to do to get these files to show as .pdf files rather than as a clean blank page. One other issue is that I wish to know how to turn off my downloads so they are saved and Mozilla will give me the option of returning them instead of me losing them all together as it does now. Thanks for your assistance. If there is another Adobe reader I should download and install, could you provide me with the link to it? I appreciate your assistance here
== When I download and try to read a .pdf file and when I am asked to turn off all Firefox files and if I do, I lose them since I need to know how to save them without rebooting my computer.

Brilliant! Problem solved! Thanks so much.

  • Is it possible to install Adobe Web Premium CS5.5 on a Windows 8?

I have purchased Adobe Web Premium CS5.5 as a Student version.
Currently I run it on a Windows 7 PC.
I want to buy a new notebook and wonder whether it is possible to install my Adobe Web Premium CS 5.5 on a Windows 8 PC?
Alternatively, is it possible to use my Adobe Web Premium CS 5.5 on a MAC?

    Dear Eshant_Jindal,
    thanks for your answer.
And is it possible that I use my current license for a MAC? I am not sure whether I have bought a WIN license or a general license?
I know that the system requirements of Adobe Web Premium CS 5.5 do not specify Windows 8.
This is why I have contacted you. So there is no better answer than “Try it”? Does it work on an average Windows 8 computer? Which system constraints need to be regarded?
As I have not bought the new computer, I could pay attention to any system constraints that could endanger the installation of Adobe Web Premium Cs 5.5.
