Upgrade from Photography plan (teacher) to include Audition CC

Hi, I subscribed to the Photography plan (teacher) in September, but now I'd like to "upgrade" it to also include Auditon. Preferably only Audition, not the whole Creative cloud.
How do I do that? Do I have to cancel my actual subscription? Or is there a way to upgrade? I searched for it in my account and on the Adobe website, but I didn't find anything.

Hi Wanterkeelt,
You need to purchase CC Audition separately as there is no way to upgrade which would cost you 19.99$/mo. If you want, you can cancel the Photography plan and subscribe for Complete Creative Cloud which includes ( Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition and other product ).

    I am not able to cancel the plan. When I click on "cancel plan", a popup-window shows up and explains me the disadvantages of canceling a subscription but sends me to the support page to do so.     I am very frustrated right now.

  • Upgrading from Photography to Complete Plan

    Hi, I currently am subscribed to the Photography Plan and was considering just moving to the complete plan. Since I'm commited to the Photo Plan through December, I was wondering if it was possible to migrate to the complete instead. In other words, is it possible to pay $49.99 for everything and no longer be billed the $9.99 for the Photo Plan?

  • Unable to upgrade student Photography plan ($10/m) to Complete Plan ($15/m), instead only option is $25/m?

    New to the forums here, but I've got a question I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere.
    I'm a University student and purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan, for Photoshop and Lightroom, for $10/month. Though as Uni has progressed I realise I'll also need access to Flash, Illustrator, etc., and I saw the Complete Plan available to students for $15/month. That's affordable and so I'm happy to pay the extra $5 every month, however I can't get any option to upgrade my plan to the Complete Plan for $15/m - the only option I'm given is $25/month, which is out of budget for me.
    How could I get the complete plan for students, rather than paying an extra $10 a month simply because I got the Photography Plan first? I see the only possibility is cancelling my current plan and purchasing the new one, though a cancellation fee for such a scenario seems a little unfair.

    I can see that you have purchased complete individual CC Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition  on March 19th 2015.
    Please let us know in case of any issue. Technically you just need to sign out & sign back in of the CC desktop app to activate the new CC.

    I have a Photography plan (basically Photoshop and Lightroom) and I want to upgrade to the full CC package. However every time I try to do it, I am told I already have a plan. I know I have a plan, I just need to go from Photography to full CC. Does anyone know if this is possible or would I need to buy the Applications separately now? Thanks

    You can definitely upgrade to The Creative cloud complete plan. It will just be a change of the subscription plan and you need not buy the applications separately.

    This, I suspect, will be the beginning of a flood of questions related to this, but I don't see so far a way I can change my current pricing to a new one.  My existing iCloud storage plan (50GB + 5GB) is due for renewal later this month for $100.  I would like to switch to 200GB for $3.99/month before it auto renews.  Anyone has any insights on timeline?

All edits you make are automatically updated, which means you’ll always have access to the latest version of all your documents.
    I did paid upgrade last May with 25 GB data plan for $40.00.  They didn't offer me prorate or refund the different yet with new plan yet.  They also didn't offer anything extra data plan too. 
    Something missing here as whole thing doesn't make sense to me.

  • ICloud Drive upgrade from legacy plan

    I wanted to see if anyone had upgraded their iCloud Drive storage after having already prē-paid a Legacy Plan.
    I assumed because six months ago I paid $11.99 for one year that upgrading today would have given me a partial credit of $6. But I was charged immediately. Doesn't seem to make sense.
    ANyone one else do this and have the same issue?

    My husband was having this same issue on his iPhone 5S.
    I followed Ladybug2013's directions above (which had me very nervous)
    To resolve issue with iCloud Drive continuously upgrading:
    Sign out of iCloud account and confirm delete
    Choose keep on my phone (this way, you will not lose anything as you have selected to keep it on your phone.)
    Sign back into iCloud account
    Choose Merge
    iCloud Drive should be off
    I then turned it back on and saw the same upgrading wheel running again. I then (out of pure desperation) went back into the iCloud setting and scrolled all the way down to where it said "Advanced" and clicked on "share my location". This took me to another screen where "share my location was turned on and under that was an option labeled "from" --"this device". I clicked on that and it took me to another screen which said the phone's ID that was checked with another check mark. I clicked that same selection again (just for the heck of it) and then used the back arrow all the way back out and low and behold--- the upgrading was stopped! Nothing was lost on the phone
