Upgrade iTunes 11 keeps disconnecting from apple tv

Upon upgrading to iTunes 11, I've developed a connect problem to my Apple TV. It will plAy music from my library for about 45 minuets then just stop. When I go
To reconnect my computer/library. It cannot find my computer. Just the spinning white wheel. The only way to correct it is to close and restart itunes.
It seems like an itunes11 bug. Any ideas?

iTunes 11 is also having a problem With album art. On Apple TV song occasionally show the wrong artwork and sometimes it play a totally different song than what's being displayed. I had absolutely no problems until the upgrade.

    I use iTunes on Windows to play music shared from my mac version. I can connect to the library just fine but sometimes I just get frquent disconnects. It happens when I play from windows only. If I use my other mac to play I can access the share always and never disconnects.
    The disconnects are short - I can immediately connect to the share again but it's pretty annoying having to do that. Any suggestions?

    That would depend on whether your model actually has a hard drive. If you have the new 2013 Retina model, then you have a fixed storage device built-in that cannot be modified after purchase.

    Yes, I get the Apple Logo, but it's freezed. I've tried to leave the battery to die, plug to the wall charger, and sync again and nothing.
    I'll plug it again for an hour just to try.
    When I reset using iTunes, error windows come up, and nothing at all. Some other times, it says it's sync ok, you can unplug, but still the iPhone is freezed.

    actually i found out how to fix it
    1 sign out of apple account
    2 close down passbook app
    3 change year to 2013
    4 reopen passbook and sign in at the button with your apple ID
    5 change the time to auto update and it should work from now on.

    My MBP was previously connected to the internet via my sky netgear router, with no issues.
    I have recently purchased a 2TB time capsule and connected that to the sky netgear router via an ethernet cable.
    I then set it up as its own wifi network.  Now it keeps disconnecting from the internet every 5 mins or so.  I know that the internet is fine as I can hook up with my netgear router with no issues.  I cant seem to find any settings to play with.  Earlier posts seem to suggest firmware issues, but since this is a brand new MBP and TC, I can't understand what the issue could be.

    Give us the full blown picture of the network.
    What modem? Is it a router?
    Is the TC in router or bridge mode?
    Can you test with ethernet.. does the same disconnect happen when wireless goes down?
    ie is this a router issue or a wireless issue?
    If wireless can you try setting all that is now auto, to manual settings.. wireless channels.. unfortunately I think wireless mode is no longer accessible. Different names for 2.4ghz and 5ghz.
    There are no new drivers.. That would only be relevant to AC wireless anyway.. or the firmware of the TC.
    But you are running the latest firmware.. 7.7.1 which does mention some (rare) disconnections.
