Upgrade my account from individual seller to a company?

I want to upgrade my account from individual seller to a company.
or at least change my name.
what are the steps and do I lose my old apps?

No. To have your company name appear as the “Seller” on the App Store, your company must be recognized as a legal entity and you must be enrolled as a company/organization. If you are a sole proprietor you must join as an individual and your legal name will appear as the “Seller”.

  • Upgrading to Teams - from Individual Account - Questions & Issues

    Okay live chat guys didn't really seem to be able to understand what I was asking so I'll try here.
    Upgraded to Teams (now admin) and had my Individual membership cancelled.
    Now I keep getting messages saying that my account cannot be verified when I launch software and that it will expire in 5 days.
    I look at my dashboard and it shows no cc software has been downloaded though it's all on my computer. Do I need to unistall all my software and then reinstall via my teams app dashboard (which shows no software installed).
    Also now when I log in to my cc account all my busniss catalyst websites no longer show on the dashboard. I have a learn more button which links to Dreamweaver and Muse downloads. and a note saying "Full Creative Cloud Membership comes with hosting for up to 5 sites. View and manage these sites from the sidebar on the Creative Cloud home page." So where are my sites? My Adobe Id has not changed.

    Upgrades are not transferrable without every earlier version going along.
    In short, your chances of successfully buying an upgrade and getting it activated are pretty much zero and even if you do, you'll still be very out of date.
    My advice: if you need to upgrade, bite the bullet and pay full price for CS5.5.

  • Migrate from Individual to Corporate with apps already in the App Store

    Hi,
    We're in the process of migrating our account from Individual to Corporate but we already have apps on the App Store. After a few calls to Apple, they still couldn't figure what would happen to our apps already for sale.
    I'm sure someone here went through this and could let us know what happens once your account has been upgraded to Corporate.
    Do you have to recreate all App IDs, certificates, provisioning? If so, can you still use the old one for the apps that were previously releases while your account was Individual?
    My biggest fear is that our apps get "invalidated" and that we have to re-submit them with the new information. What does happen to people that bought our apps? They will stop receiving updates (since the certificates and provisioning will be different)?

    The iBooks app comes pre installed on an iPad.
    If you can't locate the iBooks app, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
    If that didn't help, swipe left of the Home screen. Type   iBooks  in the search field.

    I imagine that forwarding the email does not function (since your account is closed), so I do not know what other options there would be.
    I know this is inconvenient (and unprofessional if you need those emails forwarded) but I would probably just screen shot all the important information I need from these emails.

    Sorry, maybe I don't understand, but why do you feel compelled to subscribe to CC if you already have a permanent Lightroom 5 licence?
    For the SmugMug plugin, a simple Google search ("smugmug lightroom plugin") gives this link to download the plugin:  http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/121321

    Sorry, without knowing the Apple ID/Password that was originally used to activate this phone, then there is no way to re-activate it, as you've found out.
    Apple can't/won't help you. Your choice is to get this info, or you simply won't be able to re-activate this phone.
    If you ex won't give it to you, then consult a lawyer.

    there should be a back up on your friends computer of your phone when it was restored. If there is all you need to do is restore from that backup and your good to go, I just hope that you did not plug your phone into there computer 2 times.
    The first thing you will need to do is turn of automatic sync and then you can plug your phone in and restore from the backup that should have been made

    I don't see any DDR3L on the page for the RAM that would fit your model -> http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/memory/Apple_MacBook_MacBook_Pro/Upgrade/DDR3_133 3MHz_SDRAM.
    But the answer is that it doesn't really matter - just make certain to get 1333MHz.

    Connect the iPod to a charging source and go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Settings. It can take a few hours that is why it should be connected to a charging source.
    Alternately you can connect the iPid to your computer. Log out of all iTunes accounts (iTunes>Store>Logout) and restore to factory settings/new iPod.

    Apps can't be deleted from iCloud as they only reside in the App store.  Also, the apps themselves aren't taking up space in your iCloud account.  They only thing in your iCloud account would be the app data that is backed up as part of their iCloud backup, but this generally doesn't use much space.  You can check how much is being used, and eliminate specific apps from being included in the backup, by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage on their device, tapping the name of their device under Backups, then checking the apps listed under Backup Options (tap Show All Apps to see them all).  Turn an app to Off to exclude its app data from being backed up.
