Upgrade of 1131AG to LWAPP fails. "Invalid country code ()"

Hi all,
I have problems upgrading my 1131 Autonomous to LWAPP to be used towards an WLC 4402.
I have used the Upgrade tool and tried with 2 different versions of the Cisco recovery image on 2 different 1131 hardware boxes.
The upgrade seeems to go ok all the way. It downloads the image, reboot, connects to our WLC and starts the download of latest image from the WLC.
But at next restart it won't connect.
Version of WLC is 4.2.130. WLC is accepting self signed certs from AP's.
The WLC has 8 functioning AP's connected. These AP's where LWAPP from start though.
The WLC gives me the following errors when running debug:

Seems like the AP is not sending a Country code at all "Invalid country code ()."
The WLC and AP's are in different countries (Sweden and Belgium), but that has been prepared for in the WLC which accept both.
Any ideas?

I had the errormessage from the beginning... But found it to unlikely...
"Regulatory domain check failed"
The supplier for our Belgian site has delivered a model of AIR-AP1131AG-N-K9, which is a US version.
What I need is AIR-AP1131AG-E-K9 for our European sites.

Make sure your running the latest code version on the controller, the 1040 series ap was only released recently on the 7.x code train. Try 7.0.220 and make sure that united states(A) is listed on the controller.

Can't upgrade or buy apps on itouch (invalid security code???)

Okay, so this has happened to me before, but it ususally meant that i didn't have any money on my account or i put my billing info in wrong. That isn't the case now. I have over 50 dollars in my account and have trippled checked all my billing info. I know I put the right security code in because I've been using the same card for the past 9 months. I can't upgrade any of my apps, buy the free ones, or buy music. I have no clue why it isn't working, and it's really starting to bug me. Any suggestions?
P.S. it also says there is a problem with my last purchase. At the time i guess i didn't have any money in my account, but I do now, so shouldn't it be working?????? Help

AD 12.1.1 upgrade patch 2 workers continuously fail

Hi All
I have started an upgrade test for the purpose of migrating our production environment however after the R12 file system was created and the AD12.1.1 patch needs to be run it keeps failing, I am now stumped we have tried various links on metalink as well as an SR(wich after a whole day still has not been assigned :( ) _has anyone had and solved this issue_

I have a brand new iphone 4s unlocked version from singapore and I am experiencing constant network fluctuations on my iphone , no service, call failed, invalid sim, sim failure, bars fluctuating from 5 - 3 - 2 - 1, no signal/bars searching etc... Ifeel miserable after trying out all the options changed multiple sims, tried multiple carriers, restored the phone back and have set-up as new device but the problem does not get solved... its is so frustrating that after investing on a world's most expensive phone you cannot enjoy the calling features which the phone offers which is the main thing you own the phone for.. Rest of the things are working.. The funniest part I am not able to make calls or receive calls but can access the internet.. I have tried every possible thing and really very frustrated with this iphone of mine...I hope the problem gets solved.. would anyone have any solutions to this problem.. Does it mean one should never update software as I hear that after updating to IOS.5.1 the problem has started coming and same has been with there.... Apple says its a hardware failure which is very difficult to digest as sometimes I get 5 bars and able to make and receive calls but 95% of the time I am unable to. If anyone has any solution I will be very happy if he or share can share the same. Many thanks. its so disgusting to experience this on top of this apple does not support global warranty for the phone as you need to go to the country from where you bought the phone for replacement.. After uploading a new RPD in obiee( 11.1.1.5), my obiee has started failing with following error in nqserver.log. I have verified that BISystemUser password is the same in console and EM. I have also verified that I am entering correct RPD password while uploading it through EM. What else may be wrong ?

I have upgraded a existing OBIEE 10G file EBSAnalyticMaster.rpd to 11G using ua (upgrade assistant) and getting the same error while upgrading the catalog.

I encountered following error: [nQSError: 43126] Authentication failed: invalid user/password.
when I was starting weblogic server, and server used to shutdown.

Found that password for MDS & BIPLATFORM was 'expired', was able to solve my problem and my Presentation Services were up & running.
My question is, how to avoid password of MDS & BIPLATFORM from getting expired in future??

I am trying to change my country from South Africa to Uk. I change my address on my id. When I sign into apple store, it asks me to verify the address details. It then comes up with invalid post code. All that works is the SA post code, not any UK code

Tells me invalid post code. Will not take anything else except my SA postcode. Then Apple store reverts back to Soth Africa and not UK

Just a permission problem! Take care that your process can write on the keystore/truststore.

Parse Failed: Invalid Definition (UNV0023)

I have a universe based on a BEx query. The BEx query uses formula variables as filters which the users must enter values for when running the report. If I build a report in WEBI based on this universe I get no issues. The filter variables prompt comes up whenever I refresh. However, if I parse the filter object in Universe Designer I get the following error:

Hi,
You have added default values in @Prompt: default values and static values must always be enclosed with single quote even if the data type is numeric.

Apparently, it is looking for "/trash/em10gr3unzip/etc/config/actions" or "/trash/em10gr3unzip/etc/config/inventory. May be you can try again unzipping/uncompressing the patch and then applying the patch.
