I think when uninstalling you may also have to choose (tick) to delete the preferences and other personal data like the bookmarks, stored passwords etc. to erase completely. If you are installing afresh, please try right-clicking on the file and '''Run as administrator''' to install. And when uninstalling, please also make sure choose to delete all data and also manually delete any '''Mozilla''', '''Mozilla Firefox''' or '''Firefox''' from %appdata%, %localappdata% and %programfiles%. You can open a location by typing for eg. %appdata% in the '''Run''' box (Windows key + R). You may also have to check the '''VirtualStore''' folder in %localappdata%. Files in the VirtualStore can be problematic. I think a clean installation may help.

the settings are gone, i guess. But even worse, I cannot get the iPad2 to play Full HD thru the Apple digital AV adaptor using apps that support (and advertise this), like AVPlayer HD. This definiteley used to work before one of the last iOS upgrades. (I am now at 5.1.1).

Just get an Apple Logo then a flashing blue screen as if it is caught booting up. This has happened twice before and iTunes restore fixed it. But this time device not appearing in iTunes.
Running iTunes for PC. But as stated restore has worked before! Any help greatly appreciated!!

Place the device in DFU mode and let iTunes restore the device to factory condition.

I am using cluster with osb_server1 and osb_server2. While starting the servers, I am facing below error on Managed Server(osb_server2) but only warning on Managed Server(osb_server1).

after upgrading Iphoto 9.5 a page opened requiring to upgrade my library. As it did not work out,for fear of losing all my pictures I loaded Iphoto 9.4.3 with Time machine but I had lost quite a few photos. As a matter of fact, after searching , I found them In Photo library in 'images' on my hard drive. When I double click, 9.5 appears with all my pictures. Therefore, I would like to use 9.5 just by by clicking on the icon down my finder and not by being obliged to open my hard drive.
Would you please tell me what I should do. Thank you.

So, you have restored 9.4.3 from Time Machine but can see all your pictures in 9.5?
Do you have two version of iPhoto on your Machine?
And if you didn't update the Library, ("as it did not work out,") how can you see things in 9.5?
So, whatever set up you have is confusing.

I got it to work by enabling cookies in safari settings and turning off private browsing. Cookies are probably the key thing here. Accept button will appear at bottom right of first screen of agreement.

upgrading 2 node RAC from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.3 on Windows 2003 64 bit. I got the following:

Now I cannot log in to the database control as sys with sysdba role . I get "invalid username/password" error
I can login as a dba user
I also get a java error after I log in, some thing about class not found, but then I'm in and I can do everything that I try, although I haven't tried scheduling a backup yet
Can I upgrade EM to 10.2.0.3?
If so, how?

Workaround:
Ignore warning.
If you drop and recreate the EM repository?
1). emca -deconfig dbcontrol db repos drop
2). emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
Be careful, doing this put the database on QUIESCE mode.

When i upgraded Firefox from version 3.6 to the next version I got a message about Frames that did not work. I work as a warehouse manager and we use an application called LogTrade when we ship goods. LogTrade was not working with the version after 3.6, I think it was 4.0? I had to reinstall 3.6 to get it working. Since LogTrade is essential for my work I don't know if I dare to upgrade to version 5.0.
