Upgrade options after 1 year of CS6 Cloud

Hello,
I currently have CS5.5 Web Premium.
My understanding is that I can get
(option 1) CS6 Web Premium for $375
or
(option 2) Adobe Creative Cloud for a year for $359.88.
Let me state right off the bat that I don't need, nor want the rest of the CS apps, nor the cloud storage.
After a year, with option 1, I am in a stable situation. If CS6.5 comes out, I can choose whether or not to upgrade. And if the past is any indication, that upgrade would probably be about $375.
After a year, with option 2, the following year would cost $599.88.
So here's my question, if I cancel Adobe Creative Cloud after the first year, what would my upgrade price for CS6.5 be?
Or rather, here's the question: Is there an upgrade path from subscription to non-subscription?

Sorry for the delay. Currently I'm unaware of any upgrade discount when changing from long-term subscription back to perpetual. That is not to say that the option will not be available, rather that the info about this is currently not available. Although slightly more expensive, my recommendation if you are on the fence, might be to just try the month to month option of Creative Cloud, it would give you the opportunity to try it out to see if you like it with out the long term commitment.

Server 3.2.1 Upgrade options after Yosemite

I can't seem to verify this but can anybody please let me know if theres a update for Server after upgrading to Yosemite.
I upgraded to Yosemite and the fact that I was running server did not even show up in the installation process.
After I restarted there was a Stop Sign ontop of the Server App icon.
I checked my Purchases list in the App store It said update but when I clicked it said can't update because of the Newer OS.
I deleted the Server App with the Option to Download again from my Purchased App list only to Discover it's not listed anymore.
I only have the Option to Purchase a New Version 4 from the App store.
But from all my Computer i've only updated 1 to Yosemite all my other computer are still running Mavericks So why did the Server App disappear from my Purchased Apps?
Can anybody please advise...
Is Server App version 4 a Purchase only App with no upgrade or update path from 3.2.1.?

Blatant rip-off from Apple. Our school installed Macs in every classroom and with the implementation of our Apple Server it seems like we were moving forward. Unfortunately Apple don't seem to have all the answers everyone believes they do. We've had problem after problem after updating the server app time and time again with us often having to set it up all over again. Doesn't do this with Windows at all and I've lost all confidence in Apple and their support. Now they expect us to pay for a whole new version after buying it once already???? They must be kidding. I was so disappointed in Apple to hear that we have to pay for a new version of the Server App.
I'll be phasing out our Apple hardware and will return to Windows, the effort is simply not worth the cost and quite honestly we can do better without them.I have no faith in them and am tired of having to go through the same debacle each time we update the software. The funny thing is the view is shared by all staff at the school too, they have no confidence in having to suffer through the continuous interruptions to their teaching day.
It's a slap in the face, especially with having been sold the notion of how great Apple would be in our school - Apple for Education - what an absolute joke.
Thanks, but never again Apple. The networking aspect within a school environment is a high maintenance one at that. Poor ol Steve will be turning in his grave. I'll be writing of my experiences in the respective teaching forums, hopefully others will steer clear of this troublesome and expensive affair after having seen what we've gone through. After using PS CS6 for well over a year, Bridge now will not open RAW images in Camera Raw, although Photoshop does. When I try to open them in Bridge, I receive a popup message that says that it "requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature." Obviously, I have done so hundreds of times since installing and activating CS6. What gives, and how do I fix it?

Things have now become significantly worse!
Now when I try to open anything from Bridge, or try to open PhotoShop at all, I receive a popup that gives me 2 options: 1) License PS CC, or 2) continue with my trial of PS CC.
So far as I know, I have not downloaded any trial of anything from Adobe in many months. In fact, I have no interest in PS CC. I wish simply to use PS CS6.
I have uninstalled my Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard, of which my PS CS is a part, and reinstalled it but I still am blocked from using my properly licensed programs.
Please advise.

Photoshop CS6 (cloud) crashes after auto Windows update

My Photoshop CS6 (cloud version and actiive) has started crashing as soon as I load an image.
This problem began after an auto update of Windows 7
It took several tries before the Windows update to work (got error message saying Windows could not install updates) until this morning when the update was successfully installed. Now PS CS6 has stopped working. So far no other software affected (although I have lots of programs so I may not have had a problem with one I haven't used yet today)

Yes. I put them off, until I have some time to troubleshoot things, if all is not perfect. I might need to get a Project off the computer, and delivered, or just need a couple of spare hours to dink around.
I am big on updating, but on MY terms.
I have every program, that I can think of, set about the same way. Two biggest crashes that I have ever had were when Java updated, during a PS Save operation, and when Logitech's SetPoint updated during a program install. In both cases, I had just missed setting those programs' auto update, and the second one was truly catastrophic, and even my Norton Ghost could not save my bacon - took about 3 days, with a low-level reformat to get everything fixed. I mean it was a simple mouse driver update, for gosh sakes!
I do not want anything going on in the background, unless I direct it to do so, and I also search every program's options, when installed, to set updates to manual.
I have several issues with some of Windows' default settings, but know most pretty well, and know all that I must adjust, when installing a new OS. Some, like display of file extensions, are such second-nature for me, that in the forums, I forget that not everyone will have changed that, and some other settings.
Can't wait to see what Windows 8 will bring me...

As long as you registered, you should be able to go to Adobe.com from this site (you should stay logged in that way) and mover the cursor over your name (upper right). Select My Products and Services. You should get a list of your serial numbers. Again, you have to be registered to have this option.

Photoshop CS6 - no upgrade options???

I have purchased Photoshop CS6 in December last year. I live in Israel. I have tried to do single app membership but this option is not available to me. Only CC Teams in available. This has an annual subscription of around the same price of purchasing photoshop in the first place. Was I stupid to buy Photoshop in the first place? It looks like I have no upgrade option at all. What are most graphic designers doing now: upgrade to the last master cs6? subscribe to cloud cc? use alternative photo and design program? or just change career?

I think the casual Photoshop user and small business that only use Photoshop will be better off staying with CS6. For it does what they need and it will be less disruptive then CC.
Adobe will be updating CC adding new features changing old features and user interfaces as well as adding new bugs. All done automatically through the cloud. Thus what Adobe does can disrupt your work and work-flow. Your not in control if you allow automatic updates. There also does not seem to be a way to blackout updates. You may need to create a system backup before applying Adobe updates.
I rather like having that calm period between major updates in the past and being able to update on my schedule not Adobe's.
Adobe also only fixes bugs Adobe feels needs to be fixed. Adobe let what I consider major bugs survive release after release.
CC is also a trap once in the is no real way out.

To confirm, al songs are already in your iTunes library of current computer, and they all play using iTunes (on the computer)?
And you are saying all the songs you purchased from the iTunes Store can be synced to the nano without any problems? But NONE of the other songs (that are NOT from the iTunes Store) can be synced to the nano, or SOME of them?

Also - IF you put it out on the cloud will the calendar continue to use my Outlook rather than the ME version of the calendar? That update ruined my Outlook information. How to Convert back to CS5.5 after cancellation of Creative Cloud CS6

I have subscribed to cloud for use and trial, however I am purchasing CS5.5 since I found it so great, but still can't afford the cs6. My question is about the documents i made in premiere pro cs6, and the ones that were converted to CS6 from my earlier version previously used (CS4). How do I get those back to former versions so I can edit and use them again after cancelation of creative cloud cs6?
I have a whole lot of Premiere Pro and Aftereffect docs that I edited and hence were converted during use of the CS6 Cloud, but now I NEED them back to either CS5.5 (which I am purchasing today), or at the very least my CS4.

It's a circular thing: You need AE CS6 to save back to CS5.5, so unless you stil lhave a working CS6 version, there's no way to convert. Premiere Projects are generally not backward compatible, but I could be wrong. I don't use Premiere that often and may be missing something...

Please provide more details. What version OS X were you using?
Are you saying that Mail faIled to upgrade and you lost your old mail?
Are you asking about PowerPC applications that require Rosetta to run like AppleWorks and Microsoft Office 2004?
