Upgrade to 11.1.2.1 using maintenance

Hi Experts,
I am planning to upgrade to latest using maintenance release.
but two components of Hyperion (11.1.2.1) -
APS (provider services) & EIS (integration services) not available for download. < while we are having both components already installed-11.1.2)
Please help if it required as i am not sure.

I have two Environment for 11.1.2 (Prod & Dev)
Upgrading to 11.1.2.1 using maintenance which is OK.
Option 1: upgrade Dev to 11.1.2.1 ------> then new install/Config as PROD and using LCM to migrate Planning/reporting etc..... ( No impact on Prod; have time to test new Prod)
Option 2: upgrade DEV to 11.1.2.1 then upgrade Prod to 11.1.2.1 (both with similar process) (may impact Prod; no enough time to test)
Which option is better in practical scenario.
Please help.

I suppose the choice is always yours, if you upgrade the dev environment using the maintenance release and see how the process goes then make a call what to do about prod.

can it be something related to wi-fi? I have read other posts talking about loss of connection using wifi. Hi there,
I found that Time Machine in Mavericks will sort it all out for you. You shouldn't need to buy another backup drive, unless you have insufficient space left and can't afford to delete whats on there. It should just work fine.

The backup saves many settings, but it copies photos and other files from the computer back to the iPad after IOS5 wipes the disk. Plugging it into her computer will re-sync it.

FileVault stalled/failed at 80% after upgrade to Yosemite and choosing to use Filevault

Since upgrade to Yosemite and choosing to use FileVault which has been 10 days now, FileVault keeps saying estimating time remaining. I have run diskutil cs list multiple times and sometimes it says 80% complete and other times it says failed. I've also run EtreCheck multiple times and sometimes it says converting and other times it says failed. System running slow or low on memory since upgrade also. I have a MacBook Pro 15" early 2011, 2 GHz Intel Cor i7, 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3 and here is my last EtreCheck report.

The update could not have degraded your clips in any way. There is simply no mechanism for that to happen at all. When viewing the updated timelines, click on the Viewer to select is, Shift-Z will "fit to window". Be sure you're not viewing them larger than you did before. Also, delete all render files.
The only other thing I can think of, is that your hardware is older and Yosemite is taxing it. FCPX will degrade image quality so it can get smoother playback on occasions. But when you stop playback and are parked on a single frame, you'll see the full resolution. This could be happening also. What are your Mac's specs?
BTW, video noise is very, very difficult to get rid of. You can improve it, but short of something like the very expensive (and very long rendering) Neat Video plugin, video noise is something you mostly live with, if it is too drastic in the image.

You might want to ask you carrier that question. I can tell you that when I gave my old iPhone 4 to my wife we were able to get my old sim card that was in the 4 reprogrammed with the wife's phone number. The AT&T store didn't charge us to do this.

If it automatically restarts the phone firmware is corrupt. Restore the phone with iTunes and set up as a new phone, do not restore your backup, which is likely where the corruption is. If it then works you can try restoring just the backup. If that breaks it again you know where the problem is; you will have to start over and manually reinstall your content.
To restore just the backup, right click on the phone's name in iTunes and select "restore from backup"
