Upgrade to BI 70 - OS400/DB2 - Not able to proceed

I am in the process to upgrade our 3.5 environment and am running prepare as the first step. Its getting stuck and am not able to proceed further. Any help in this regard would definitely be appreciated. Please find the error log from CHECKS.LOG file:

Any idea how to fix this error or how to proceed further?
