Upgrade to full Creative Cloud Suite?

Hi, I have an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan pay per month for a year but I've just become a student studying online and would like
to upgrade to the full suite on student rates. How do I go about changing this? Do I need to cancel the Photography Membership first and then upgrade to full suite?
I would like to pay per month again. What proof do I need to provide that I'm a student? Thanks

  • I updated the photography plan to full creative cloud suite but can't access any of the full creative cloud apps

I had a prepaid photography plan for a couple of months and then decided to upgrade to the full creative cloud suite because I needed more apps. However, I just updated today and I still don't see all of the apps. I changed my card from one I had used previously to a different one, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it not working yet.

I see some of the apps
This is my current view of the Creative Cloud program.
For some reason Premiere CS6 was available but I cannot find the app anywhere on my computer after downloading. It says it is functioning in creative cloud but I cannot find it. So I tried to uninstall it, but it's not working. Audition CS6 was able to download from the Creative Cloud without any issues but shouldn't it be CC not CS6? Also I need After Effects as well but I can't find that. The InDesign CS6 was a physical disc copy I had from before with a license.

  • PS and LR bundle. Do I pay both fees if I upgrade to full Creative Cloud?

    Hi
I am considering purchasing the PS and LR bundle. However, I might wish to upgrade to full CC ($49.99 p.m) before the annual contract term of the initial bundle expires. How will this work. Would I still have to pay for the initial bundle AND the full suite, or will the PS and LR package price be absorbed in the full price?

    Hi JaneSamurai,
As answered correctly by Ssprengel and Twenty_one, you can upgrade your plan from the Photoshop Photography Program to Creative Cloud complete.  On the date the upgrade is done, you will be charged for the new plan and receive a refund for any unused days for that month on the current plan, accordingly.
If you want to switch/upgrade the plan so please refer to the below mentioned link under "Upgrade single-app memberships to a full Creative Cloud memberships"

Not sure what CCS has that you’re referring to, but TCS5 is out and can be installed via subscription or downloaded installer.

I have a full Creative Cloud Subscription, but I only use Photoshop and Bridge. I want to change to a less expensive subscription but it is not clear what steps I need to do to make this happen. Do you have a simple step by step guide? Seems that there is lots of help to upgrade but not down grade.

FIRST check with Adobe to find out if you may cancel what you have without a fee
    Adobe contact information - http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
-Select your product and what you need help with
-Click on the blue box "Still need help? Contact us"
    Then cancel what you have
    -cancel http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/return-cancel-or-change-order.html
    -or http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html
    -or by telephone http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/phone-support-orders.html
And finally buy a new subscription

-Special Photography Plan includes Photoshop & Lightroom & Bridge & Mobile Lightroom
-Special Photography Plan includes 2Gig of Cloud storage (not the 20Gig of the full plan)

(To upgrade your membership, we need your account password.)
After giving my password, it gives message: Oops! We have detected an error and were unable to update your plan. Please try again later.
Ihave tried it many times during last 24 hours and with different browsers like Firefox, Chrome and IE-10 wihout success.
Can you please help me to change my single membership to full Creative Cloud membership!
    Yours sincerely,

I have to get AE for my animation work because the trial has experied. I have 5 months left my single membership. If I buy now full access instead upgrading, i loose about 125 euros! Does Adobe refund my those 5 months payments?

  • My Creative Cloud Suite 30 day trial has expired very early

I've only had the Creative Cloud Suite trial for not quite 2 weeks. Today I rebooted and it said expired.
On top of that, in my account it says I signed up for it on April 5th, which is obviously impossible since it didn't come out until early May.
It gives me the option to subscribe but it's showing me as signed up for the Month to Month, when I specified the Year contract.
    What can I do?

Hi David, thanks for your help on this. Here are the answers to your questions:
Are you on a Windows or Mac computer? which version?
    I am on a Mac
    - Did you change the system date or time right around the time the issue occured?
No, nothing was changed on the system with the date.
    - Was there any other significant changes to the computer around the time the issue occured?
Not that I can recall. I only yesterday did a cache cleaning and haven't repaired any permissions or anything in a while.
    - I was a little confused whether you were using a 30 day trial of Creative Cloud Membership or had subscribed to a year long subscription
I had signed up for the 30 day Free Trial of the Creative Cloud ... at the end of the free trial, it's my intention to subscribe to the month to month (with annual contract, $49.99 one)
    - Is the expired behavior happening in all products?
Yes it is happening on all products.
    - Are you able to continue using the products despite the expired message by using the "License This Software" button and signing in with your Adobe ID?
No it won't let me beyond the Adobe Application Manager screen ...
    - Is your Adobe ID with your membership the same as your forum email address you use?
Yes it is the same email
    - Is the price different than what you expected when you subscribed?
That part I have resolved ... it is now showing the right pricing options .. only thing is I didn't get most of the free trial.
Since posting this, I called Adobe. The rep I spoke with said there wasn't anything that can be done about fixing a trial date issue ...
He did, however, say there was a workaround and that was for me to create a new Adobe user ID account and re-sign up.
This didn't sound right to me because if that was the case, any person could be using the software monthly with a new user ID, but he swore it would work.
So yesterday I created a new Adobe ID ... with another email ... but it did not at all fix the problem or allow me to even sign out of the Adobe Application Manager with the current one.
More than likely I am just going to sign up tomorrow for the $49.99 service .. it just would've been nice to get the full trial, so I could try out all the products, and save some cash.
Any other advice you may have would be very appreciated. Thanks!

  • Upgrade from Personal Creative Cloud to Company Creative Cloud.

Hi there, my name is Christian.
I´ve recently joined up with someone else's company and we decided to upgrade our Adobe package from private / personal to company / team package.
We´re trying to figure out how to do this. We have found an upgrade button, but it requires a serial number which we can not find because we've only been using Creative Cloud (which to me doesn't look like it uses a serial number).
So the question is, where is this serial number located?
Or is there another way to upgrade?

Thank you for your response. I will try this.

    Hi Christian,
Creative Cloud subscription do not require any serial numbers. To upgrade from personal to a Company package (CCT) , you will have to cancel the personal subscription and purchase CCT subscription ( as an admin and then invite rest of the team members into the same subscription ).
Best option would be to talk to our sales team as they would be able to get you up & running quickly.

  • Is the full creative cloud membership charged in full, or on a monthly payment plan?

I'm looking to upgrade from single app. membership to full Creative Cloud membership. It's not clear whether this is charged out monthly or a lump sum payment at the beginning?

If you look at the plans page you will see what is available in terms of charges.  Since it can vary depending on where you are in the world, I can only describe what I see...
2 annual plans where you can either pay the year in full up front or you can pay monthly
    1 monthly plan

  • I ordered the full creative cloud on sunday and received an order number but still can't open any of the programs. When i check the status of my order online, it says it can't find it. Is this normal after 3 days?

I ordered the full creative cloud on sunday and received an order number but still can't open any of the programs. When i check the status of my order online, it says it can't find it. Is this normal after 3 days? I tried asking in a chat window instead of the forum but no one answered and after about ten minutes my screen restarted and closed the chat window down. It seems a little frustrating not knowing what happened to my order and not being able to contact anyone. Is all this usual with Adobe or are they just having technical problems this week?
