Can't upgrade from PDF pack to Pro

I am trying to upgrade from Adobe PDF Pack to Acrobat Pro and I get an error message saying "Unable to complete request" and then a link to come here...

Done! You'll see a credit of 8.66 for the canceled subscription, and a charge of 31.64 for the new one. You should be able to log on to your account at www.adobe.com and download Acrobat Pro.
I noticed you also have an ExportPDF subscription, which you really don't need now that you have Acrobat. Would you like me to cancel that for you as well?

Lost mobile functions after upgrade from Adobe PDF Pack to Creative Cloud

I think mobile functions ar part of Creative Cloud (Student) with respect to Acrobat Pro XI module: e.g. PDF conversion
I have contacted Adobe Chat already and shall now contact this forum as very next step.
However, my Reader App does not support PDF conversion any more since Adobe PDF Pack licence has expired but still a Creative Cloud licence is in effect.

Can I rearrange pages when I merge files with Adobe PDF Pack?

Have purchased PDF pack as an upgrade, but not happy with what it does as doesn't seem to be any better than what I had before
When you merge documents there doesn't appear to be any tool to rearrange the order or to delete any pages you don't want, which leaves it very limited
Perhaps I'm missing something, but without this feature it's no better than what I had before
Can anyone either help or perhaps someone from Adobe can contact me to discuss a refund

I'm sorry that PDF Pack isn't meeting your needs. It's true that to alter PDF pages in any way, you need Acrobat. PDF Pack lets you convert files to and from PDF and combine files to PDF, but not edit PDFs.

When you no longer need the Adobe software on a computer or you wish to move it to another one, you should deactivate the software.
See this link: how to deactivate software. Installation rules will let you install the software on two computers of the same platform (both windows or both mac) but you are limited to running it on only one at a time. If you have only installed it once, you should be able to install it on the other computer. If you have already installed the software twice and you don't have access to your previous computer or you upgraded your computer's hardware, replace a hard drive, upgraded your operating system, or reformatted your drive before deactivating your software, you can ask Adobe Support to help you deactivate the software from the machine. Just have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, and then contact support. Then you can install the software from the links below and enter your serial number to re-activate the software.

On the Manage Accounts page that appears, all of your registered products and their serial numbers are listed in the Plans & Products section. Adobe PDF Pack

Is there a trial version of PDF Pack? I have the new version of Adobe XI but it does not allow me to merge PDF files into one file.
I have also tried to Upgrade to the PDF Pack and it sends me to contact support; which I cannot get through to anyone to help me make the upgrade.
HELP!

Sorry to say that this is of microscopic use to me:
Before I ran Vista with a perfect working Adobe Pro 8
Since a few months, I run Windows 8.1;
It appears that PDF Pack is not compatible with Windows 8;
dragging files to the www-interface is of no help to me since I mostly want to print selections of xls-sheets and drawings.
Adobe Pro 8 is not compatible with Windows 8;
So I had to forget about PDF Pack and back / upgrade to Acrobat Pro.
Therefor my request to refund me the 64.99 €, billed with invoice IEE2014001172320 dated 07/10/2014 and paid per Visa.

The same thing has happened to me, I have been charged and paid two upfront line rental fees. Subsequently BT also want a monthly rental fee. I have called customer services three times for a refund and realised I am wasting my time as they only see one payment as with you.
Today I have written a very detailed letter to the Address given on the BT web site for complaints in Durham, which is;

BT claim I will recieve a reply within 10 days, if I don't get one I will copy this letter to OffCom and to the MD of Customer Services, Warren Buckley and let them deal with it. I will get the necessary postal details for Mr Buckley from Off Com.
Like you I want my money back pronto and I intend to use whatever means that are available to achieve it.
I did pay by credit card so I also intend to get my bank involved becasuse frankly BT Customer service is a complete shambles. I have only been a customer for 12 days and am regrettiing the move already. I have also contracted for vision services so we will see how this goes.

BSI Tax Factory Upgrade:HR Support packs

We are starting with upgrade of BSI tax Factory from 8.0 to 9.0. And as per SAP main note '1469858' for upgrade, the support
pack required is 'HRSP61' but we currently have 'HRSP59'. Also, CLC 61 was applied for 2010 year end activities.
So, with CLC 61 present, would it be possible to upgrade to 9.0 without upgrading to HRSP 61 ?
In other words I want to confirm if CLC 61 includes the Tax Factory 9.0 updates.
