Upgrade to S&OP 3.0.2 - Missing HANA DB 1.0 (Linux on x86_64 64bit) patch

Hi Experts,
We want to upgrade to S&OP 3.0.2 and are in the process of downloading the relevant files. We have successfully located the AFL which was released on 08.08.2014
but cannot locate HANA DB 1.0 patch update (latest patch release on 05.08.2014). We need to upgrade to Rev 81 as per documentation.
Linux on x86_64 64bit
Basis team has asked me to look for .SAR file only.
Thanks in advance.

looks like you are mixing 32 bit and 64 bit pieces of code
i.e. trying to install 32bit patchset in 64bit oracle env,
or using 32bit gcc to link 64bit executables,
or something alike

Google seem to have decided in the last week or so that Safari 5.x, which is the newest Safari version available for Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and 10.6 (Snow Leopard) is "not supported" any more, even though there are many reasons for staying with these OS X versions.
Try this (at your own risk, but it works for me), as it seems to remove the message by tricking Gmail into thinking your Safari version is newer:
    -- Quit Safari
-- Locate the following file (location depends on your OS X version):
    OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard:
    /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/WebKit2.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Info.pl ist
OS X 10.5 Leopard and older:
    /System/Library/Frameworks/WebKit.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Info.plist
-- Drag the file to your Mac's desktop to make a copy. Also make a safe copy somewhere else eg your Documents folder, as if you lose or mess up the file Safari will not launch at all. Having a backup browser is also recommended.
-- Double-click it to open it in TextEdit
-- Locate the CFBundleVersion value (the last line in the file that has numbers in it) and increment the second digit of it to the required version of Safari e.g. Safari 6 now seems to be the minimum version that Google support so change the second number from 5 to 6 (don't change anything else, only the change the second number). The value is different depending on your OS X version but as an example, for Snow Leopard 6534.59.10 becomes 6634.59.10
-- Drag the file back from the desktop to its original location, choose the option to replace the old version, and enter your password when prompted.
-- Run a permissions repair in Disk Utility to set the permissions in the file back to what they should be (not required, but good practice).
-- Launch Safari and test Gmail.

  • Upgrade oracle 10.2.0.1.0 32bit to Oracle 11.2.0.3.0 64bit on windows platform

    Hi,
can any one provide what is the best method upgrade from oracle 10.2.0.1.0 32bit to 11.2.0.3.0 64bit
    I have 2 option:
    1. upgrade the source version to at list 10.2.0.2.0
and then  upgrade the new 10.2.0.2.0 to 11.2.0.3.0
    2. upgrade the source version to 11.1.x,x on the new 64 bit server
        and then upgrade to 11.2.0.3.0
I prefer not to change the production server.
is there any know issue choosing step 2.
    what is the best option?
    Thanks,

How big is the database and how much downtime can you afford ? One simple option is to export from 10.2.0.1 and import into 11.2.0.3.
The other option is to apply the 10.2.0.2 patch on the existing database, then follow the steps in MOS Doc 403522.1 (replace 10.2.0.5 with your 1.2.0.3 version)

  • Upgrade 10.2.0.4 - 11.2.0.3 with ASM on linux

I'm a bit confused by the oracle upgrade documentation - I need to upgrade to 11.2.0.3 from 10.2.0.4 on linux.
I've got a 10.2 database running ASM. I've tested an 11.2 upgrade last year without running an ASM upgrade or grid intall (just to check some compatibility issues at the time).
However I want to run an ASM and a database upgrade. The documentation says (repeatedly) that you should install grid infrastructure first or you'll need to configure it manually. However when I read the Grid Infrastucture documentation it seems to suggest that if you want to upgrade an existing ASM instance (which I do) then you'll have to do it manually in any case.
My biggest concern is this : will a 10.2.0.4 database work with a 11.2 ASM instance ? If it can't, then surely the thing to do is upgrade the database first.

Just you need to Install Grid Infrastructure Home in a separate home and RDBMS software in another separate home.
While Installing GI you need to create ASM Disk groups.
Refer my blogpost Installation of GI on standalone solaris box:
    http://appsdbaworkshop.blogspot.com/2010/10/installation-of-11202-grid.html
ASM rolling upgrade is support from 11gR1 itself. So while upgrade you would bring down you rexisting ASM instance and do the upgrade. So in this process your database wont be available.

  • TS1967 I got a new Windows 8 laptop, upgraded Itunes and all my music is missing, including album names. Help!

Recently had to get a new laptop, everything was showing up correctly on the old one in the process of transferring music as far as playlists and albums. I recently went to sync my Classic and found it had most of my albums missing completely or the titles changed to "Unknown Album." My playlists are missing completely, and my "most played, etc" albums are blank. This is all on the new laptop, I haven't tried to plug in the ipod Classic or Iphone 4s to sync yet since the original transfer a month ago.
I'm not sure if this was due to the transfer between computers or new Itunes upgrade. Any info you can give would help. I'm running a windows 8 laptop.

    Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

  • HT4628 hi has anyone else considered going back to pen and paper after upgrading their imac to lion? i miss the internet connection that i pay for

In our house we have lots of Apple products and they all conect to our wireless no problems.  My imac used to until I upgraded to lion and now it is almost useless.  I have updated software and tested my wireless connectivity which is fine with other devices, am I missing something or should I be compensated for the time wasted trying to work!

  • Firefox wants me to upgrade Adobe. However, there's a missing plug-in; something about xpi files. Is there a free fix to this problem? The ones I saw cost $.

When Firefox upgraded, it said I needed to install a newer version of Adobe. When I went to do that, I got a message that a plug-in was missing; something that needed to work with an xpi file. When I click on the link for that, it brought up some websites where you download the software, but it doesn't tell you how much it costs (only that you are purchasing the software).
It seemed that the xpi file plug-in was only because I'm using Firefox.

No, not OK! There are big security holes in the last couple of versions. My favorite place to get the latest without the extra bullyware adobe tries to stick you with is Filehippo. Install both so IE is not vulnerable too.

  • FCP-just upgraded to tiger and FCP Studio-reports 'Missing FW connection".

I just finished upgrading 3 computers to OS 10.4.7 and FCP Studio, then installed all the obvious updates.
The first 2 computers, a G5 and G4, had no problems seeing and capturing video via FW.
The last computer, my primary workhorse, cannot find the tape device, a DSR 20. Upon clicking 'continue', to finish loading FCP, in A/V settings, the system reports the Apple FW is "missing". I've switched out the cable, then the tape devices, I've rebooted and thrown prefrence and plist files... etc...
Here's a weird thing, the controller in the log and capture window works fine to control the deck, but it won't pass or capture the video.
I'm getting ready to reinstall everything. Anybody have an opinion?
    Thank you,

    Power G5 2 x 2 GHz   Mac OS X (10.4.7)   3GB DDR2 SDRAM

Often in upgrading the OS, QT or FCP for some odd reason QT will get knocked slightly off kilter. The usual solution it to force a full reinstall of QT.
    This is how:
Go to /library/receipts and delete any files that say Quicktime followed by a number e.g. Quicktime703.pkg
Go to the Apple quicktime site and download the appropriate version of Quicktime to your hard drive.
    Run the Quicktime installer.
Repair Disk Permissions for your System Disk (Disk Utility > Select the system disk > Repair Disk Permissions)
    Reboot
    Good luck.

  • Since 7.0.1 upgrade my podcasts and some playlists are missing

Since I upgraded I Tunes my podcasts won't update and some are now missing in the I Pod listings along with some playlists associated with podcasts.

Same problem here. Does anyone from Apple actually read these and provide any answers since I can't seem to find any other way to contact them?

  • Will Upgrade from Tiger fix "Prohibited sign" and "Missing Folder" symbols.

Recently I have been having the problem on start up an dI haven't since been able to boot up properly in months...
So, I was wondering if upgrading to Leopard would fix the problem or is it time to replace in general.

There are never any guarantees, but the "missing folder" symbol means your existing installation is non-operational. The way to fix that is to erase the drive and reinstall OS X. Assuming there are no hardware problems your computer should return to normal.

  • Ing to upgrade\itunes but keeps saying installer files missing

have tried to upgrade itunes to latest version it gets so far and then i get a window that says there are installer files missing

then i get a window that says there are installer files missing
What's the precise text of that message please, sherie? (There's a few different ones I can think of that you might be getting.)
If it's easier, you could try posting a screenshot of the error message box.
Generate the error message again. While the error message box is open, hold down the Alt key and hit the PrtSc key. Paste the screenshot into an image file (using a program like Paint), and save the file.
Start a reply here and click the wee camera icon at the top of the reply window. Click "Choose file", browse to the image file, select the file and click "Open". Now click "Insert file" to insert the screenshot into the reply.

  • I tried upgrading iTunes and it says I'm missing the file AppleVersions.dll .  What do I do?

I recently uninstalled one of those "free trial" music download things, and now my iTunes won't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I keep getting the same message "AppleVersions.dll is missing" What do I do? I've been trying to fix this all week, and I'm about ready to smash my iPod to smithereens.

It worked, now iTunes is running.  If I can ask one more question, my iPod is "attached" to an old laptop that I don't have anymore. Apple tells me there's no way to merge the music on my iPod with the music in my iTunes account.  I no longer have the CDs as I didn't think I'd need them anymore once the songs were on my iPod. Any advice here? I can't believe I'd have to lose all that music.
Apple has to respect the agreement between them and the copyright owners, we users here have to respect Apple and can't recommned software that can potentially be used to infringe copyrights.
So I point you in the direction of iLounge, users there can help you with a third party solution.
If you have the old laptop and can extract the hard drive, use a IDE/SATA to USB adapter or boot the laptop from a Linux disk/USB, the files can be recovered.
I have detailed instructions if your interested I can post them.
And thank you in advance for the points.

  • Once again - upgrading iTunes - reports library file damaged, all missing

So, I've finally figured it out. When ever I upgrade iTunes, the new version doesn't like the old library file and marks it as damaged.
All content is lost - as far as itunes is concerned. But it's right there on the hard drive. In the itunes folder.
Making a new library file and point the preferences to the content still results in nothing showing up.
No, I have not sync'd since this happened. I have many files in the itunes folders on my HD where the content is not loaded on my itv4.
Is there a magic key combo to have it 'look' at the actual HD contents in the itunes folded and 'find' it ?
No, holding down SHIFT when launching itunes and then creating a new file is not the solution, nor selecting the old library file (says it's damaged).

For general library squiffiness following an upgrade the easiest thing is to restore your last backup, but I guess if it were that simple you wouldn't be here.

  • Upgraded PB g4 to os x but missing omni outliner and iphoto

    Hi Forum
I was wondering why the upgrade to os x does not have these features. In fact my previous version of mac before the upgrade has the iphoto (or a version of it) now nothing.
Very very disappointed and now with the new os coming up I am upset that I will lose even more features.
So wondering if anyone knows why mac did not give these features in the upgade? My mac mini has them but my laptop which has more power does not.
    Thanks in advance.

iPhoto is not part of MacOS - it's part of the iLife suite of applications (iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD and Garageband). Omni Outliner is also not part of MacOS.
Thus, if you upgraded a powerbook by installing a new version of MacOS, you may have lost some software you previously had on it (depending on how you did the upgrade). You may be able to recover these applications by installing from disks supplied with the powerbook of course.
