Upgrade windows 8.1 is not showing in store

Greetings for the Day!
We are using windows 8 pro. We wish to upgarde with windows 8.1 pro. We are following below process:
1) We have already windows update in windows 8 pro.
2) We are not getting any option upgrade 8.1 in store.
Note: Please tell me microsoft email id configure is mandatory or not.
Please provide the solution ASAP.

As you said,you used Windows 8 Pro.
Some editions of Windows 8 don’t support updating to Windows 8.1 from the Store.
These include the following:
• Windows 8 Enterprise. Talk to your system admin about updating to Windows 8.1.
• Windows 8 Pro, if installed by an organization or a program that uses Volume Licensing. Talk to your system admin, or the administrator of the program that was used to install Windows 8. If you’re the administrator, you can find more info and links
to Windows 8.1 ISOs in the Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation.
• Windows 8 Pro, if installed using an MSDN or TechNet ISO, and activated using Multiple Activation Keys. You might be able to download a Windows 8.1 ISO from MSDN or TechNet.
• Windows 8.1 Preview or Windows RT 8.1 Preview. You might still be able to update from the Store. For more info, see Update from Windows 8.1 Preview to Windows 8.1.
So,please check your system first.

Hi all. I can’t tell you how to solve your iCloud 3.x issues. Heck, I don’t think they’re even solvable.
But if you had a previous version of iCloud that was working correctly then I can definitely tell you how to solve the “iCloud Photo Stream is not syncing correctly to my Windows 7 PC” problem. …without even a re-boot.
Log out of iCloud 3.0 and uninstall it.
Open My Computer and then open your C:\ drive. Go to Tools/Folder Options and click on the View tab. Select the “Show hidden…” radio button and click on OK.
Open the Users folder.
Open your user folder
Open ProgramData (previously hidden folder)
Open the Apple folder – not the Apple Computer folder.
Open the Installer Cache folder
In Details view sort on Name
Open the folder for the newest entry for iCloud Control Panel 2.x – probably 2.1.2.8 dated 4/25/2013
Right click on iCloud64.msi and select Install.
When finished, the synching between iCloud and your PC will be back to working perfectly as before the 3.0 fiasco. The pictures will be synched to the same Photostream folder as before the “upgrade”. Now all you need to do is wait until Apple/Microsoft get this thing fixed and working before you try the 3.x upgrade again.
I think the iCloud 3.0 software was written by the same folks who wrote healthcare.gov with the main difference being that healthcare.gov might eventually be made to work.
For those of you who hate to go backwards, think of it as attacking to the rear. Which would you rather have, the frustration of no synching or everything working on an older version?

Windows (tool) panels are not showing.

Windows (tool) panels are not showing, or letting me use most of the tool features. e.g. when I klick windows>align but no align window shows up, even though it is ticked in the 'Windows' drop down menu. This is the second time this has happened since subscribing. Help!

It may be time for the list.
The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
If possible/applicable, you should save curent artwork first, of course.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

I am using SharePoint 2007 application and I am having full access for the site. I opened the application in IE11 browser but the option "Open with windows explorer" is not showing.
I added the site in trusted sites and compatibility views but there is no luck.

If you're using the 32-bit version and still having issues, you may need to repair or reinstall Office so that the underlying Office DLLs (on which those browser features rely) are clean.

You might be using 64-bit Internet Explorer. Switching to 32-bit IE caused the featured to become enabled. There was absolutely no indication in the application that this could possible be the cause. It was a shot in the dark.

The Plan Browser Support article on TechNet lists the supported browsers and limitations in "non- or partially supported browsers".
It states the following among the limitations for 64bit IE 7, 8 and 9:

DVI to Viedo adapter stoped working after upgrade to Mountain lion does not show up in displys any more

I have a dvi to viedo adaptor that no longer shows up in the displays window, and on image shows up on the tv. How do I get the mac book to reconize the adaptor? The Mv book does respond to the adaptor beging pluged in but does not show up in the display window.

Windows 7 boot key not showing up in boot menu.

I have installed the Windows 7 ISO to a flash drive to use on boot up, using the instructions here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5488789?tstart=0
I have a Late 2009 iMac and the optical drive is broken; that's why I had to use those instructions and intend to use a boot key. However, when I boot up with the option key, the only options presented are Macintosh HD and Recovery HD. No Windows boot or EFI boot to be found. Does anyone know why this might be? I have gone through the partitioning process in Boot Camp Assistant. I really don't know why it's not showing up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I can't think offhand of why it would not come back like this (but if you have configured ZPM to use content-repo to store its bundles I would recommend getting http://download.novell.com/Download?...d=f0VuQBxq8DI~ as that fixes problems where a patch isn't cached, even though it thinks it is). Does the patch status tab show any errors? Otherwise we're basically going to need to look at logs...

When using Windows, mac volume does not show

I recently clean installed both Lion and Win 7 with bootcamp.
Windows volume shows normally when I am using mac,
however mac volume does not show any more under windows.
Any help would be appreciated!

Upgrades to iTunes Plus are not showing up

I'd love to upgrade more of my 128-bit tunes to 256-bit. I see that some are now available as such via iTunes, but my "Upgrade to iTunes Plus" doesn't show them. When I click on the title of one of them, I get a message that it is not available for customers in the US - but I can easily find it on iTunes and put it in my Shopping Cart.

Apparently sometimes, for various reasons (replacement of a track in the Store with another copy, slight changes in the release identification, etc.) the link between the track and your Purchase History can break, which will result in the track not appearing as eligible for iTunes Plus upgrade even though it exists as Plus in the Store.
Contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form at the bottom of the Purchase Issues FAQ web page (there is no category specifically for this issue, so I'd suggest just picking one under the Purchases - problem area) and explain the problem to them. It may take a couple of email exchanges to get past the "form" email responses, but eventually they should work out a solution for you. You may need to provide the track name, artist and order number so they can confirm the original purchase.

Windows 8.1 thumbnails not showing in explorer

I have Windows 8.1 and it does not show any thumbnails. I've cleared the thumbnail cache and checked the view settings and they are both set to show thumbnails.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Have you make any change to your system before this problem occures? Especially install new program.
You can try to perform a Clean Boot to check whether this problem caused by 3rd program or service start with system. Refer to the link below for more details.

Windows 7/CS3 Portions not showing up in Start but in x86

As I've installed CS3 Design Premium on my new Windows 7 system, Photoshop and InDesign do not show up on the start menu, however, they can be found in the Program Files (x86) folder with the rest of the program. Photoshop can be started from there, but the text engine (and no telling what all else) isn't initializing. InDesign cannot be startedby clicking the exe file. I just get a message that CS3 has stopped working when I try.
I've tried support to no avail.
Can anyone please help? I know it's the holidays... Please.

Windows 8.1 do not show DISCONNECT option for VPN, why? bug? Please fix!!!

I created a VPN connection. Once I connected to the VPN in Windows 8.1, it does not show DISCONNECT option when I click on the VPN again. It just keep showing CONNECT option only. Why? This has to be a bug! Please fix!

Is the connection an incoming VPN connection?

My Gradient window well colors are not showing up?

Why is my gradient window well colors not showing up when I go to change some of the colors in my text face?

I get this behavior when there are multiple settings applied to the characters in the text object (knowingly set or not).
Quick fix, select all the characters, and chose a gradient from the drop down menu. This will apply the same gradient to all the characters and thus enable you to edit the gradient when all characters are selected.
Or, you can try selecting individual characters while watching the gradient editor to try and track down which character (or characters) is set to a different gradient setting.

Windows Boot Camp partition not showing up on Startup Disk in Snow Leopard

Dear Fellow Mac Heads,
I have Windows 7 RTM installed as Boot Camp in one partition and Snow Leopard 10.6.1 installed in another. In Windows, the Boot Camp icon shows everything (i.e. Network, Windows 7, and Mac OSX Snow Leopard) so I can switch back and forth as I please. But in Mac OS, the Startup Disk menu under Systems Preferences only shows the Mac partition and Network. Windows 7 is nowhere to be found. I can't even do the OPTION on keyboard boot to get into Windows. I have to shutdown the machine, restart while holding onto OPTION key before all partitions show up. What's wrong with this picture? Is this happening to anyone else? Thanks in advance.

Oh, sorry I just noticed that you have read or posted in that thread, but didn't like the answer?
You get strange results with many 3rd party products. I don't use Bootcamp at all. Parallels 4 works very well with Snow Leopard and none of this booting back and forth hassle. Windows is just for research, use the Mac side for performance.

Artwork not showing in store, but is on app

My podcast's artwork is showing up when I pull it up on the podcast app, but it isn't on the store. This is driving me crazy. I host with soundcloud but my feed is through podtrac. I even changed it from a ..png to a .jpg file and it shows the change on the app, but still not showing on the store.

It is correctly referenced in the feed, and is the right dimensions, but the filesize is far too large at 1.4MB: it must be less than 500 kB. You need to resave it with more compressions to get the filesize down: you should change the filename and amend the feed accordingly.
It usually takes the image quite some days to appear in the Store, so don't worry if it doesn't appear at first.
