Upgraded computers - how do I remind Logic where the SFX and Instrument files are?

I just upgraded computers - how do I remind Logic where the SFX and Instrument files are located? On my old computer it was set up on an external drive, on this computer it's all internal, but how and where do I create the paths?

thanks Finatarry. when navigating to the "please write your question here" page I went through a Fire fox or thunderbird choise but that does not seem to have been fowarded to you - from what I read above here on the thread. my appologies. an answer I have stumbled upon is at Preferences-Accounts -ServerOptions- does this folder browsed to via the button also keep mthe profiles there?- and thanks again

To define a process where the RE and RAS orders are free of charge

We have ( US , UK , Canada, Germany, France ) more than 2000 sales docs related to order
RE Return&Credit for returns and RAS Repair with status "in process" ( using transaction
VA05) all of them have the billing block active because no charge to customer meaning no invoice will
be generated to change the status to " completed". In those orders all steps are completed
except the order itself:

If your RE and RAS order are FOC and not relevant for billing
In VOV8 for this order type set tick mark to Immediate delivery
Then see which item categories you are determining then go to VOV7 in item detail make billing relevance as not relevant for billing
There is no need to create invoice of ZERO value,still you want o generate invoice with zero value then make billing relevance as order related oR delivery related
Make STATISTICAL VALUE as Y in item detail so if there values for item that will remain at item level in invoice and NET VALUE always ZERO

How do I get rid of the Photoshop window my files are docked into?

all files opened in Photoshop CC are 'docked' or nested in window called' Photoshop Window"? How do I break the relationship, so my files are independent from that window?
Mind you, 'Float in Window' option is NOT gonna cut it because while seemingly independent, when the 'Photoshop Window' is closed - ALL my documents close as well. Can you help?

Camera roll photos and videos are included in your backup. If you still have a backup made while these were still on your phone, restoring to the backup should recover them.
Photo stream won't help. Photo stream photos are only kept in photo stream for 30 days, even though they remain on your devices until you delete them. Photos added 4 months ago would no longer be there to download. Also, photo stream only syncs photos, not videos.

When I have a 2nd Firefox window open, my bookmark toolbar is empty, as well as there is an additonal bar above where the exit and minimize buttons are. There is also a black bar where the minimize and exit button are.

HT1660 When I install itunes, the xml and media folders are placed on desktop not in my music folder on Vista where I want them to be

So I've installed and uninstalled itunes 3 times, using control panel to unintall everything, then ccleaner to make sure nothing is left over. No ipod service and stuff left.
Each time I install, the defult folder where the Media Folder, and album art folder plus all the xml and other files are put on my desk top.
Opening up Itunes, preferences, changed folder to user/music/itunes it doesn't work, keeps defaulting back to desktop. Help please

Good to hear you got it fixed. A common reason for this issue is a problem with security permissions. This is another approach that may help in such cases.
Repair Permissions
Right-click on your main iTunes folder and click Properties, then go to the Securitytab and click Advanced. Use the Change Permissions... button grant to your account (or the Users group) and SYSTEM full control of this folder, subfolders and files, then tick the option to Replace permissions entries... which will repair permissions throughout the library. When complete switch to the General tab, click in the Read-only check box to clear it, then click Apply.
If you don't have the option to change the permissions then use the Owner tab and Edit... button to take ownership from an account with administrator privileges. Tick the option to Replace owner on subcontainers and objects.
Repeat with the media folder if it isn't stored inside the main iTunes folder.

When I have opened older Projects in later versions, I have gotten a very useful dialog screen, telling me of missing Transitions (exact name and TimeCode), and of missing Effects. Do you not get such?
When you Open the CS3 Project, is any Clip flagged?
Considering how well PrPro has picked up on missing 3rd party stuff, I would be surprised, that it did not give you all of the necessary info.

Hmmm? A quick google search for external optical readers turns up many in the $20-$40 (USD) range. Didn't convert to £ or include any VAT charges, but you should be able to get something significantly cheaper than £70. That's your simplest solution.

I'm a bit uncomfortable with you've wanted to do especially you and your friend has a different system (unless its a sister company/industry). If this would be the case you can copy your friend's macro with the help of your basis team to transport them in one system to another.
if the case is different organization, I'm not sure if that is possible since no industry have same requirements but i may suggest the links below for your reference on how to copy the Macro into external system. Hope the document is relevant to your issue.
