Upgraded from 10.5.x to 10.6.x - How do I transfer my keychain passwords?

So I recently made the upgrade from leopard to snow leopard and took this opportunity to move off the factory installed 250 gb HD and into one of the 500 gb HDs I bought separately as an expansion. This route was actually pretty good because I could visit my old Macintosh HD and see which applications I wanted to reinstall in a "clean install" environment. The problem is that I would like to transfer my keychain passwords over to my new OS/HD but I don't know where keychain pull's it's database from. I tried rebooting into my old OS so that I could go into keychain and export the data but my computer freezes when trying to load OSX 10.5.x. I can see the old Keychain access application, but when I open it, it opens up with no password data at all so I am assuming that the actual password data is stored in a file in the library file structure or something. Anyways, I have full access to my old files so what I would really like to know is how do I get my old passwords back? Is there a file somewhere in the systems or library directory that I could copy/paste into the new systems of library directory?

Found it. Username > Library > Keychains
