Upgraded numbers and some files did not upgrade

I have upraded numbers but some files say I need an upgrade. What do I do>

Shame that both need to be kept on the Dock, but I understand why.
You don't need both on the Dock. But double clicking on a document in Finder will open it in Numbers 3.1 (the default version).
You can right click (control click) on a document in Finder and Open With > Numbers 3.1 or Numbers 2.3.
Sadly, Get info (command i) > Open with: > Numbers (2.3) and then Change All... does not stick. It reverts to Numbers (default) 3.1

OK. Here. This message is on the front-"NO camera or scanner connected." But when I wanted a picture in Facebook to use the camera the camera turned on and worked a-ok. Why?

If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music... Delete the Song and re-download it...

I recently reinstalled Snow leapod on my mac because I was having problems. I backed up everything onto disks, but after formatting, i quickly realized that some files did not transfer. I am missing some very important video footage. Please help me!

I recently re-installed Snow leapod onto my macbook. Previously the system was running snow, I believe I may have visited a corrupt website or something. Anyhow, I backed up all of my information onto disks before reformatting, and the format went well. However, I realized after the fact that some important video footage did not transfer to my DVD-R's that I saved my data too. Is there any possible way I could recover this information? I'm trying to recovery software I found recomended online, but im not sure what the outcome of it will be. I know things are not looking good, but was hoping someone could please help me.

Also, as for what I did. I put the OS disk into my computer, restarted it and ran through the screens to completely reinstall the OS. Then, I had to install my Snow Leapord CD because my origional OS was not the newer SL. Its my own fault, I just didnt think of every file off the top of my head before startign the process. I assumed everything was on the backup disks I had just burned.

This refers to permissions on your computer which must have been changed. Start by using Disk Utility to repair permissions. Then do the following:
Reset User Permissions and ACLs in Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
From the Utilities menu select Terminal. At the Terminal prompt enter: resetpassword. Press RETURN. When the window opens select your startup drive where it says "Select the volume containing the user account:" At the bottom of the window you will see, "Reset Home folder permissions and ACLs." Click on the Reset button.

Wiped my computer, backed it up, and some files are not the same

I was having some touchpad related issues so I took my macbook pro (late 2011) to the apple store. There they initiated a wipe after having told them that I used a portable external hard-drive to back up my documents. I used migration assistant and everything seems to have backed up fine except for this one document that has all my class notes. The last note I have recorded is from the 5th of March when I used that document up until March 19. Is there any way I can recover the file from that date? Any advice/help would be much appreciated.

Cannot download apps? Upgraded iPod and now it's not upgraded enough?

So last night I went and updated my iPod. I haven't updated it in forever so I thought that it would do me good to update it. After updating it, I relized my apps and music were gone, like it had said being that I was updating to iOS. Now, I cannot download apps AT ALL. It updated my iPod to 4.3.1 and even apps that should be 4.3 to download tell me I do not have the right update. I can't update the iPod any further because it tells me that there are no updates! Now I have to take time to get ALL of the music back, which I was okay with AT FIRST, and now also I can't download ANY apps!
I went onto the support section of the apple website and didn't find ANYTHING. Nothing answered my question, and when it got to the point where I found that I could chat with a support person online, it then informed me that I'd have to pay for it. What is this?
This is ******* ME OFF right now. I don't have the money to just TALK with someone for help with an iPod. I can't find an answer and need HELP.

If you are using the ipod as designed and doing just the very bascis, then all of your apps and music would be on your computer and you would simply sync them back to the ipod.
If you have failed to do this, then it is entirely your fault that you are in this situation.

Just get an Apple Logo then a flashing blue screen as if it is caught booting up. This has happened twice before and iTunes restore fixed it. But this time device not appearing in iTunes.
Running iTunes for PC. But as stated restore has worked before! Any help greatly appreciated!!

Place the device in DFU mode and let iTunes restore the device to factory condition.

The next time the crash happens, note the date and time the problem occurred, then go to Applications/Utilities/Console and copy the log starting at the time of the crash. Paste the log in a reply. Please do not use a screen shot as they can be hard to read. If there are repeated runs of the same messages, please post only one run. Be selective about what you post and don’t post huge amounts. First click on the Apple > Logout and Log back in or restart the unit see if that solves it. If it doesn't do you have a backup of your system prior to upgrade? Check Disk Utility and see how much space is being used to make sure the drive wasn't somehow erased.

Upgraded second computer - did NOT upgrade iPhoto to iPhoto11

Purchased Mountain Lion, loaded successfully on iMac and it upgraded the iLife products to iPhoto 11, iMovie 11 and GarageBand 11. Since we could put it on up to three computers, I downloaded and installed on my wife's iMac as well. Worked fine - except it did NOT upgrade iLife products from iPhoto 9 to iPhoto 11. Now it's telling me we have to purchase iLife in order to upgrade. Why didn't it upgrade the second computer?

The iLife apps are not part of the Operating System, so I'm not sure what happened on your first machine but purchasing Mountain Lon did not upgrade your iLife apps.
Are you sure you're not confusing Marketing Names and version numbers?

The marketing name iPhoto 6 corresponded to the version 6
The marketing name iPhoto 08 corresponded to the version 7
The marketing name iPhoto 09 corresponded to the version 8
The marketing name iPhoto 11 corresponded to the version 9
Not that this is confusing or anything.

Photoshop did not upgrade to Extended after install?

I had cs6 creative suite standard and upgrade to Cs6 creative suite design and web premium, and it did not upgrade my Photoshop to the extended version (which is the whole reason i bought it) Heeeelp?

Deactivate the suite under Help --> Deactivate and let it reactivate. Also you may need to clear out your cache.db for the activation system (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache on Windows). Other users have reported this problem. And of course make sure your system actually supports all Extended features so they are accessible, meaning your graphics hardware and configuration must be up to speed to use 3D and otehr features...
