Upgraded phone not delviered, how do I contact you?

I upgraded my phone with you online yesterday and received a text message advising my phone would be delivered today betweed 10.19 and 11.19 to my work address. So far nothing has turned up and I cannot see anywhere on your website to track my order or any contact number to call you...please advise

    Probably the best place to start is the right forum for your product. This is the forum for Distiller Server, a long dead product used by big companies, and probably not what you have. If you can't find the right forum, please let us know the FULL name of what you paid for (please check your invoice, as Adobe have many similar products), and we can perhaps direct you. Good luck!

    Your question was answered in the other thread.  No matter how many times you ask, the answer wil be the same:
    No one here or at Apple can or will assist you with contacting the previous owner of the device.  That would involve giving your personal and private details about that person, which is an invasion of their privacy.
    Return the device to where you purchased it, or if you found this device, turn it in to local law enforcement.

    Start by freezing the credit card account by calling the issuer to stop the bleeding.  iTunes will be unhappy, but you will not lose any more money.  Also get a complete listing of all charges and dispute charges you did not authorize.
    Next time I would use pre-paid cards (Mastercard, Visa, iTunes) instead of any credit cards for iTunes to limit the damage.

    You are not addressing Apple here.  This is a user to user forum and Apple does not read or respond to these posts.  I've asked the forum hosts to edit out your personal information for your own security.
    As far as your question, if you are saying that you are getting each other's merged data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) on your devices then you must have set up both devices with the same iCloud account and ID (in Settings>iCloud).  When you do this, any data you sync with your shared iCloud account is merged, and the merged data appears on all devices sharing the account.
    To fix this, one of you needs to migrate your data to a new, separate account, then your have to manually delete the other person's data from each of your accounts.  To do this, first decide which device will be changing accounts.  On that device, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.  (This will only delete the account from the iPad, not from iCloud.  The iPad that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.)  When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPad.  Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom).  Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge.  This will upload the data to the new account.
    Finally, to un-merge the data in the two accounts you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately, then manually delete the data you don't want (such as deleting the other person's contacts from your account, and vice versa).
    As far as the app you downloaded, when you purchased the app it will display what ever Apple ID you have in Settings>iTunes & App Stores on your device.  (This is in Settings>Store in iOS 5.)  If you are sharing the same ID there and wish to change this, go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores (or Settings>Store in iOS 5), tap the ID shown, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID.

  • Help with ios6 upgrade - phone not working at all!

    I was upgrading my iphone 4 to ios6 over wifi and got to the point where the screen shows the usb connector and itunes symbol. I plugged it into itunes, but keep getting the error message that the iphone software update server couldn't be contacted. I've tried again and again for well over an hour, and have even tried a master reset on my iphone. I also followed itunes' recommendations and updated windows and turned off my anti-virus software, which I've never had to do before. I keep getting an error message whenever i try to update itunes or get itunes to recognize my iphone. Nothing works. Please help - as of now i don't even have a phone!

    Well I guess its good to know im not the only one. My son was able to do his touch with no problem. But my phone is on its 2nd reset. lovely.. an andriod is sounding better and better.

  • Disk drive not working, how/who to contact?

    I recently took my Macbook (2.0ghz 512mb RAM) White to get repaired at an Apple authorized computer store near where I live. The repair was for a broken backlight, however since getting the computer back (After two weeks mind you, a comuter tech guy who works at my school said it would take minutes), a disk in the drive will not eject.
    -I have tried all possible solutions including opening Terminal and entering commands, restarting my computer while holding the mouse button, so on, and so forth.
    -I do not remember putting a disc in my computer before taking it to get repaired, is it possible the shop would put a blank disc in there to prevent damage during the repair..or something like that?
    -Can anyone provide me the correct link to email/call Apple support to help fix this problem or bring it somewhere it can be fixed? Im not very good at their support page at the moment

    The problem with Itunes Canada is it doesn't work. About 3 weeks ago, all of a suddden when I click on my desktop itunes icon I go to the american store rather than the Canadian store. You have to buy through the store country you live in, so when you attampt a purchase it says "You are only authorized to buy from the canadian store, you will be directed there now" Instead we are sent back to the American store again.
    Trying to switch to the American store at the bottom of the page gets the same result. I've since had two emails from people who have emailed itunes nd the problem has still not been solved
