Upgraded storage not showing up

iPhone 4S. I purchased/upgraded iCloud storage to 20GB. However, the new storage is not showing up. What do I do?

How much storage do I have in iCloud Drive and how do I get more?
When you sign up for iCloud, you get 5 GB of free storage. Your iCloud storage is used for iCloud Backup, iCloud Drive, iCloud Photo Library, iCloud Mail (your @icloud.com email account), and data from apps that use iCloud. Your purchased music, apps, books, TV shows, and My Photo Stream don't count against your 5 GB of free storage.
You can manage your iCloud storage or buy more storage using your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC.

  • Itunes upgrade does not show albums

I just upgraded to itunes 11.0.1.12 - none of previous albums or songs are showing up.
The only thing showing is my son's voice memos.  Furthermore, the ipod is not showing
    up as a device.

I am using the built in XML DB HTTLP listener, so I uploaded the images to the database using the 'apxldimg' script. These uploaded successfully, I did not receive any errors. Is this something that is contained in an image?
    Thanks,

  • Upgraded iCloud Storage not showing up in iCloud Drive

Hi, I upgraded my iCloud storage to 500 GB a few weeks ago.  When I go into iCloud under system preferences I can see that 460GB of that is still available.  However, when I try to store things in iCloud Drive on my computer it tells me there is only 52gb available.  Why is this?  Please help, as it is very frustrating!  Many thanks.

  • Upgraded iCloud storage not showing the upgrade?

Using iPhone 5s & new iPad Air.... Upgraded iCloud storage & it hasn't updated on either devices! Is there Anyway to see if you received my request & payment so I don't duplicate it?

Contact the Apple online store for your country (1-800-MY-APPLE in the U.S. and Canada).  They should be able to verify that your upgrade purchase went through.

  • Additional purchased storage not showing available to use on ipod, why?

i bought 10 gigs storage for ipod last month. icloud shows 15 gigs total storage and 14 available but usage shows 5 gigs used and 1 available and won't let me download the app i just bought. why?

There is a difference between iCloud storage and storage on your iPod. Purchasing iCloud storage does not give you more storage on your iPod.
To download and install an app the iPod needs storage available equal to about three times the file download size.
If you sync from your iTunes library less storage available is required.
    Does the app/iPod meet this?

  • Yosemite 10.10.1 upgrade does not show "sent" mail in the sent box

Since upgrading to Yosemite 10.10.1, sent messages do not appear in my sent box. In order to have a record of my sent messages I have been blind-copying them to myself; very cumbersome. Any suggestions?

Have you tried selecting the Sent mailbox and rebuilding it via the Mailbox ➙ Rebuild menu option?

  • Help! Upgraded RAM not showing up in Vista

I recently added another 4Gb of RAM to my Mac Pro, up from 2Gb. OSX recognises the new total at 6Gb; but Vista does not- it only sees the original 2Gb.
Some more info (if it proves relevant)- Vista Ultimate x32, other than that a stock early 2008 Mac Pro (8 Core).
Any and all help greatly received. Also hoping that I've not missed something really obvious & end up looking like a total noob.
    Matt

As the other poster said, when you install the 32 bit version of Windows Vista on your Mac Pro, you will only be able to access 2GB of memory. This is apparently a hardware limitation on the Mac Pro.
Since you are using Windows Vista Ultimate, you should also have the 64 bit version of Vista Ultimate on your Vista DVD. Redo the Windows installation by installing Windows Vista x64 and you should be able to access the full 6GB memory in Windows.
Note, however, that some Windows programs may not be compatible with Vista x64. Check whether this is the case first.
If you do not have the 64 bit version of Vista on your Vista DVD, contact Microsoft about getting a copy. You should only be required to pay some shipping fee since you already bought Vista.

  • Purhcased lion 10.7.1 on usb key from apple - how do I upgrade to 10.7.2?  not showing in AppStore as an upgrade

Purhcased lion 10.7.1 on usb key from apple - how do I upgrade to 10.7.2?  The upgrade is not showing up in the AppStore nor the software update menu in the finder.  Don't want to purchase once again.
    Thank you,

Additionally, OS updates are not updated via the app store; they are updated via Software Update - so, have you checked that? That said, personally I prefer and use keg55's suggestion: download the combo and install it manually.

  • TS4009 Inconsistent storage quota..... I bought the 40 dollar upgrade but it shows up on my iPhone and not on my iPad??

Inconsistent storage quota..... I bought the 40 dollar upgrade but it shows up on my iPhone and not on my iPad??

Close messages on the iPad, then open it again and see if the message shows as delivered. Since you didn't say which iOS you are running (which really is helpful if you need help) here are instructions for closing apps in iOS 5, 6 and 7.
iOS 5 or 6 - Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
iOS 7 - To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.

  • Why is the extra icloud storage I purchased a month ago, not showing in icloud?

Why is the extra icloud storage I purchased a month ago, not showing in cloud? I created a new apple id @icloud thinking that my regular email address wasn't acceptable for icloud but the 10 gigs I purchased are still not showing up, nor are any of the apps I've purchased showing in icloud. Why is that?

    You redownlod apps by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Your purchased music, apps, books, and TV shows, as well as your Photo Stream, don’t count against the 5 GB of free storage.
You said " I created a new apple id @icloud thinking that my regular email address wasn't acceptable for icloud "
The additional storage would show up when iCloud is signed into the that new account.
To me it sounds like you should cancel the iCloud storage sinceyou seem not to rally need it.
For a full refund, contact iCloud Support within 15 days of an upgrade or within 45 days after a yearly payment. Partial refunds are available where required by law.

  • HT5503 I have paid to upgrade storage but I can not upgrade to ios 6

I have paid to upgrade storage but I can not upgrade to ios 6 please help

    You're welcome.
When I now try to update the software via my phone it is saying I need 2.5GB of storage to download software but the additional storage is showing on iCloud.
To download the software on your iPhone, which is not related to your iCloud storage capacity. This has to do with the amount of free storage space on your iPhone.
You need to free up some storage space on your iPhone. If you have any movies or TV shows avaialble on your iPhone, the fastest way to free up some storage space is by deleting a movie or two and the same for TV shows, and/or remove some music, and/or some apps that you rarely if every use. After iOS 6 is installed, you can re-transfer the movies or TV shows, or music and apps.
