Upgraded to 2014 - Getting error

Hi
I have recently upgraded my SQL server to 2014 express from 2012. I coped out a database .mdf so that i could attach it after. It attaches ok and i can view the database inside SQL server no problem but whwn i make a data connection to it through visual
studio 2013, i get this error-
During the Data connection wizard, i click "Test Connection" and it succeeds just fine. Im guessing it somethingto do with 2014 being Version 12 and my database being version 11.
How can i get this database connection to work?

I long for the day when applications are created that dont need a whole of of fixing / setting up / installing / reinstalling. I mean, this SQL & VS stuff is made by Microsoft, the inventor of windows........ Why cant they get it right lol?

I have displayed all of the SQL objects that have been installed. Today i am going to completely uninstall 2014 and every singe SQL reference and start from scratch (again). Personally i cannot see why a later version of SQL cannot open or connect to an
earlier version of SQL server. They are both SQL servers made by the same people and data is data.
On a side note, why is the message section of this website the smallest window ever? the edit window is less than 10% of the screen and makes it very difficult when adding code / images. I'll practice my threads by writing on the back of a postage stamp

Upgraded to Leopard get error need quicktime 7.5 or higher, have removed and uploaded both

I just upgraded to Leopard and when I try to open up my ITunes I get an error message stating that I need to have quicktime 7.5 or higher, Leopard came with quicktime 7.5, but itunes is not recognizing it. I have removed and added quicktime a few times and still get the same error message. It is not allowing itunes to even open up. Any suggestions to resolve this? Thanks!

Download and install QuickTime 7.6.4 for Leopard. Also be sure you have a compatible iTunes installed. Here is the current version: iTunes 10.5.2.

I insatalled PS CC and now i can't upgrade because I get Error Code: A12E1

I was able to upgrade without this problem on my alternate laptop with out this problem. However, I can't do it on my MacPro cpmputer because of this error that continues.

Am unable to download/updaate ACR on windows 8.1 and CS6. Get error "Application Manger Damaged". Downloaded new application manager, same result. How to proceed?

Have just upgraded to new computer running windows 8.1 and downloaded CS6. Unable to upload Nikon D800 raw files, but can upgrade Canon G10 raw files. When I try to upgrade ACR, I get error message "Application Manager Damaged", so download new Application Manager with the same result. CS6 came with ACR 7.0.0.308 which seems like it should process the D800 raw files. How do I proceed?

Also, you mentioned that you have been successful burning a CD with the Windows OS. Make sure that you have closed all software programs that can access the CD burner so that there isn't a conflict for the drive. Sometimes chaning the burn speed from "maximum" to 8x can also help in this situation.

After downloading the latest upgrade of Adobe, I can no longer open files that are PDF's. Why do I keep getting error 0.104?

Since October 23rd, after downloading the recent upgrade for Adobe Reader, I continually keep getting error code 0.104 whenever I try to open a file that is in PDF format. No matter if I'm using Internet Explorer or Chrome. Huge waste of time! I have restored the Adobe to previous upgrade of September 2014, which was working fine. I have restarted the computer several times since I restored to prior version with no luck at all.

This is the message i keep getting when I try and open my PDF files that are on my desktop. I run a Macbook Pro. I checked for updates on system and adobe all say unto date?

Getting error while upgrading rpd to 11g from 10g

I have a rpd using obiee 10g.I want to open the same in obiee 11g,but getting error like need to run one file.
obieerpdmigrateutil.exe.
So i just run with -i,-u and -o option, that now i am getting this error->
The file 'DBFeatures.INI' is required for RPD migration and could not be located. Please ensure that ORACLE_INSTANCE is pointing to a valid instance directory.

Firstly you need to upgrade from 10g to 11g,you need to run a .bat file from the path and follow some steps like collecting the artifact files like NQSconfig.ini,instanceconfig.xml,DBfeatures.ini with RPD and catalog to upgrade to 11g.

If still the problem exists you manually update the DBfeature.ini file going to the specific location in 10g and copy them to 11g path.

"Error 42023" through "Error 42408"
These alerts might occur when trying to authorize iTunes or during launch when iTunes checks for authorization information.
Install the latest iTunes from apple.com/itunes/download/
Remove the SC Info folder.
If that does not resolve the issue, see iTunes: "Error 42408" or "Error 42404" after upgrading to iTunes 9.0.3.

Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.
