Upgraded to iOS 6, now no iCloud tile. How do I get it back?

The subject line says is all. Yesterday I upgraded to iOS 6, as commanded, and now I have no iCloud tile. Everything seems correct in settings.

I think I get it now. There is no iCloud control panel. I just go to the apps and the items from my desktops, etc. should be there. Now I have to figure out why Windows 8 won't sync!

last thing you can try would be go to settings, general, settings, reset all settings
if that does not work, a factory restore will be needed...

I would start by checking setting general restrictions to see if its restricted.
8if it's not, then it's hiding somewhere on your phone. Swipe down to search the iPhone from the home screen and see where it's at.

No one here can help you, nor can Apple or any carrier. If you know the location, contact the local police where it is located.

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? Downgrade Mavericks to Snow Leopard
1. Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer Disc. After the installer
      loads select your language and click on the Continue
      button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the
      Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the
      mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status
      of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then
      the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART
      info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on
      the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions
      from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS
      Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the
      partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on
      the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the installer. Install Snow Leopard.
This will erase the whole drive so be sure to backup your files if you don't have a backup already. If you have performed a TM backup using Lion be aware that you cannot restore from that backup in Snow Leopard (see below.) I suggest you make a separate backup using Carbon Copy Cloner.
If you have Snow Leopard Time Machine backups made while on Snow Leopard, then you may do a full system restore per #14 in Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions. If you have subsequent backups from Lion, you can restore newer items selectively, via the "Star Wars" display, per #15 there, but be careful; some Snow Leopard apps may not work with the Lion/Mountain Lion files.

I need to check a few other things...
Click on 'Mail' in the upper left corner next to the Apple ()
Click Preferences
Click the 'Accounts' tab
Make sure your iCloud account is highlighted in the column on the left.
In the account information section what does it say next to:
Incoming Mail Server?
Outgoing Mail Server?
Also, did you use MobileMe before the iCloud?

Or you install the previous version to use LifeCycle from there. Other wise you should just develop your forms in Acrobat directly (or Forms Central if you prefer -- I would do in Acrobat). LifeCycle had some advantages, like dynamic forms, but I would guess most folks never took advantage of these features.

Have you tried to go to the View Menu (at top) and then choose "customize toolbar".? You can drag the arrows back into the toolbar from there (and anything else you'd like to have there).

After installin iCloud all of my contacts are missing from Outlook and are in iCloud. How do I get them back into Outlook.

You can redownload iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For other music you need to get them from where you obtained them the originally.

to know your version of OS, click on the apple, then " About This Mac".
Same thing for your version of iPhoto: in iPhoto, click on "iPhoto" then "About iPhoto".
