Upgraded to Win 8.1, now Move tool in CS6 has stopped working
Specifically, the spacebar shortcut. The move tool works, however, when I press the spacebar the cursor changes to the hand symbol yet when I click and drag, it does not work.
This applies to all programs in the CS6 master collection.
We can't know. You have not provided any proper system information. Such issues are usualyl simply driver issues with your input device and graphics hardware. That aside, CS6 was never tested or designed for Win 8.1, so these problems may be unresolvable untill Adobe fix them with specific updates to their products.

I updated to Firefox 4 and now I get a Firefox has stopped working mesage whenever I try to load any websites. I updated my video driver and cleared my history to see if that would help. I looked for a crash ID on the homepage, but the last registered crash is from February. I also tried to open in Firefox safe mode, but the problem continued to occur. purchasing a movie from apple tv has stopped working. I click on "movies" and it takes me back to the same screen instead of the movies available. I have updated software, unplugged the modem & apple tv box, & the tv; Netflix still works!
Welcome to the Apple Community.
First you should try logging out of your iTunes Store account (settings > iTunes Store > accounts) and then back in again.
If that doesn't help, try resetting the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings). You should also try restarting your router.
If both of the above don't help, you should try a restore (Settings > General > Reset > Restore). -
The round button that allows me to get out of an app or to move or delete an app has stopped working. Once I am in an app, the only way to get out of it is to power off my ipod completely. Help!

As best I can recall, this happened after updating an Adobe program - probably Flash, but not sure. Has anyone else encountered this? I have not yet tried system restore because I'm not sure that's the answer. If I roll back to the pre-Adobe

the first step in troubleshooting web browser issues is to test by running in noAddons mode. NoAddons mode leaves ActiveX enabled, but stops COM Addons and Extensions from being loaded. IE10+ has Tools>ActiveX filtering... some websites do not test
for this and may think that Flash is not installed on the client.
When posting internet related questions it is helpful if you include the full address of any websites you are having issues with.

Since upgrading to iOS 6 on iPad my BT Internet mail has stopped working
I get the message " the POP server mail.btinternet.com is not responding"
These settings i.e. mail.btinternet.com for both incoming & outgoing mail worked on my IPad until 2 days - and the same settings work fine on my iPhone and mac

My spacebar/hand panning tool has stopped working Ai CS5
I'm working on a university lab computer that has CS5 on it. I don't think I pressed any random hand commands to disable the spacebar panning tool, but it has stopped working and it's getting really annoying. Anyone else ever have similar problems and how did you fix it??
I have this problem across the suite -- in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strangely, the problem turned out to be some kind of conflict with the Chrome browser. When I quite Chrome, the spacebar starts working properly again.
I've seen people saying that the same thing has happened with Firefox, so it might be a more general bug with the system accessing the web while Adobe apps are running. It seems to happen in particular when I am using Gmail or any site that uses a lot of AJAX (Twitter seems to trigger it as well) and is constantly refreshing in the background, but that may just be a coincidence.

After upgrading to version 11.0.4.4 I get a "Itunes has stopped working" message when I try to start a movie on my PC. I have updated Quick time and previous version of Itunes worked great.
One thing is for sure, and that is if the only page i visit is the Google homepage (not logged in) or this site (mozilla forum), the problem does not occur, ever. I can't make it happen.
If i visit yahoo.com (not logged in) (or ighome.com, logged in), as examples, it happens every time. -
I have just upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 and then reinstalled CS4 (purchased a couple of years back and paid for) then input the unique code number. Now I get an error msg that says "Licencing has stopped working". What do I need to do?

I downloaded and rented a movie from ITUNES ver 11. I'm able to run the movie but after about 30 seconds I receive an error.
"Itunes has stopped working" A problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Windows offers me to down load ITUNES WIN 7 64 bit, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the 64 bit version...no joy... I have run the repair option and still nothing.. Any suggestions???

Running Windows Vista Home Premium - Service Pack2
iTunes has always worked beautifully - opened it yesterday and said upgrade was available so I did and upgrade seemed to be successful - no errors and program launches and all my music, TV programs, Movies, etc, were there. Audio works well. Tonight I tried to play a movie and got the Windows iTunes has stopped working and searching for solution (which there is none) and closing the warning box closes iTunes. iTunes used to launch a "separate" black window for my movies/TV - I seemed to get a black background before everything freezes. Not happy. Thanks for any help - I tried to upgrade quicktime just to make sure it wasn't lagging behind the iTunes upgrade but that didn't help.Let's try the following user tip with that:

Liquify tool has stopped working in CS6 Extended after Windows 8.1 upgrade
My liquify tool in CS^ Extended has stopped working after upgrading my operating system to Windows 8.1. It was fin in Windows 8.0. Suggestions on how to fix this please.
This is not a proper solution (as it would cost you the GPU dependent features like Rotate View Tool etc.) but it does indicate that you may have to update your GPU driver from the GPU maker’s site.

As the topic describes, I have Upgraded to the community virtualbox 4.1.4-1 package (from community virtualbox 4.1.3) and now phpvirtualbox has stopped working.
When trying to use phpvirtualbox in my web browser, I get the usual "Loading... message with the spinning star" and then it times out with I receive the error:
"An error occurred communicating with your vboxwebsrv. No more requests will be sent by phpVirtualBox until the error is corrected and this page is refreshed. The details of this connection error should be displayed in a subsequent dialog box."

Nothing else has changed on my system and ps shows vboxwebsrv running under the correct user and netstat shows it listening on 127.0.0.1:18083 which corresponds to the config.php in my /srv/http/phpvirtualbox folder served out by lighttpd. I also have "var $noAuth = true;" set in config.php and "VBoxManage setproperty websrvauthlibrary null" has been set using the same account that runs vboxwebserv to disable any authentication being required.
Has anyone else run into this issue since the package update and do you have any ideas as to how I may fix this?
