Upgraded Z61t to 32 bit Win 7 and have no sound

I have loaded and unloaded several sets of drivers for the Z61t audio based on previous posts to this forum. Zka216ww.exe, 77a324ww.exe, and 61ae03ww.exe. As advised by the installer the previous driver was uninstalled before the new driver install. I am stumped, please tell me this is real easy and simple if I do... !!!

Upgraded to Itunes 10.5 yesterday and have no "text" at all only when I access Itunes Store, using Windows XP

Upgraded to 10.5 Itunes yesterday and have no "text" anywhere except in Itunes store. I do not even see the Toolbar drop menus up top (File, Help, etc.) I cannot make out any music in my library. I wish to upgrade my Ipad to IOS5 but am afraid to sync it because I won't see what I'm doing it. I saw a similar link where Windows may not have a Font and installed all uninstalled fonts to see if that would work, but did not. Do I need to uninstall Itunes and reinstall? I have Windows XP. Really not sure if it's an Apple/Itunes problem or a Windows problem. Haven't had any issues with any other updates.
Any help is appreciated....

So after a month of trying to figure all this out I FINALLY fixed the problem!
Before you do anything just go to your destop > right click personalize (this is for windows 7 - might be different for XP; I honestly forgot, but same idea) > find "window color" > select "advance appearance settings
(I think can be found by just typing "window color and appearance" in the search from the start menu).
Finally select "active title bar" (If the font is SEGOE UI, then following the link is the best thing to do; IF ITS NOT, I would think you can just follow the same steps and modify accordingly to how you want your fonts to look in iTunes). http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-desktop/how-to-change -system-default-font-in-all-parts/dfce15db-7337-420a-a42e-517521a8502e

I had major issues with the iPhone 4s battery, however it’s resolved.
The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

You'd need a midi guitar for that. GarageBand does not create midi from audio. Use a different application, like Finale to create a midi file from your Guitar audio file.
Or play the sax track using a midi keyboard or simply GarageBand's musical typing. You can use the track editor to add expression and articulation afterwards.

I just replaced my dead Motherboard with an MSI A88X-G43, with an AMD A10-6800K and 2 4GB sticks of G.Skill Ripjaws X Series RAM.

PSU: Corsair VX450W

1. Installed The Win7 Pro 64-bit OS
2. Installed MSI board drivers ("Total Installer")
3. Rebooted & got no Windows Startup "Song"
4. Played some mp3 files - nothing
5. Went to Investors.com (IBD site) and clicked on the Market Wrap video, which started playing, but there was no audio.
6. Checked Device Manager and everything looks good - no ! next to any devices, giving NO indication that there is a problem - just no sound.
7. Did lots of online searches and reading and found issues with the Realtek HD drivers and the KB888111xpsp2 update.
8. Under Sound, video and game controllers, in Device Manager, Uninstalled AMD High Definition Audio Device & Realtek High Definition Audio.
9. Rebooted and the system found the drivers and reinstalled them. Still no sound.
10. Put in a Technical Support Service Request with MSI. Below is my exchange with them:
End User 02/27/2014 I installed Windows 7 64-bit, installed the driver by clicking on the x icon. Things are working well, except my sound. I am getting NO sound from the headphone/speaker audio connection. I have connected known good speakers and known good headphones and am getting NO audio. I re-installed the Realtech HD audio driver and I still have NO sound. Please advise. Thanks you.
MSI Tech. 02/27/2014 It has everything to do with windows sp3. There is a glitch where you cant install windows hotfix kb888111 because sp3 thinks its newer then the hotfix. all you have to do is manually extract the .inf file from the KB888111XPSP2.exe file and load it for the questioned pci device. it will then detect the realtek hd audio device and you can then install the drivers.
11. I have extracted the 2 files in KB888111XPSP2.exe and placed them in a folder on my PC. However, since I have no problems showing in Device Manager and the Audio Drivers installed without any problems, I am stumped.
A little background: I am an Electrical Engineer by school and currently write embedded Software & Firmware, and often troubleshoot hardware problems. I have put many PCs together, so this is not my first rodeo. However, this problem has stumped me!
Please give me some detailed info on how to get my sound working completely.

My HD on my pc just recently went down. I had to buy a new HD and reinstall windows on the new HD. I am running a 64 bit system, and have installed itunes (x64). itunes wont recognize my phone. I have done all troubleshooting tutorials. HELP!

I just had to replace the HD on my system. I am running a x64 system and have installed the correct version of iTunes. ITunes will not recognize my phone since the new install. I have went online and followed all of the troubleshooting guides on Apple support. No good. I have uninstalled and installed iTunes several times. I have even tried reinstalling windows. I also get an error message when I start up Itunes that reads " The registry settings used by the itunes drivers for importing and burning cd's and dvd's are missing. This can happen as a result of installing other cd burring software. Please reinstall ITunes. I am so frustrated, I know there has to be a solution. I tunes works in all other senses, just not recognizing my Phone. I need help, my wife and I both have iPhones and need to sync..........

You should be able to:
Backup the device to the new installation
Transfer your purchases into a newly authorized library
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in your apps.
May also be prudent to attempt a backup to iCloud directly from the device before you start... Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup > On. It won't save any media but it would preserve the general account settings and documents in case anything goes wrong while you are trying to extract your other data.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup!

I upgraded to IOS 8 this weekend and have several new problems:

1. Battery Drains in 4 hours
2. I never see LTE any more, just 3G
3. When using iPhone 5s as a PersonalHotspot for my IOS 8 iPad Air, the phone locks up and the wirless signal drops if the phone goes dormant and is revived by touching the screen.

This is where you need to address that device issue. Apple updated your iOS to iOS 8 not Verizon.
Or walk into a Apple Retail Store and have them look at it.

Upgraded to 7.6 now tv shows have no sound

I upgraded in order to rent movies. After downloading movies there was no sound on my laptop and it wouldn't let me move it to my Ipod video. Now all purchased tv shows and movies don't have sound. Podcasts and music has sound and Quicktime works in browser but not in itunes. Tried reinstalling quicktime and itunes but nothing seems to help. Anyone have any ideas? Anyone know where I can get the previous version of itunes?

Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the iPod and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. 32 bit wine and libssl

Since the last World of Warcraft update I've been getting libssl errors.
It seems Wine is trying to use libssl.so.0.9.8 and I have libssl.so.1.0.0 (32 bit version of libssl).
How do I go about resolving this issue? My wine is current and it's still trying to use 0.9.8.

I upgraded to iOS 6.1.3 and have lost all my bookmarks in Safari

I upgraded to iOS 6.1.3 a few days ago and all of my bookmarks have disappeared. They were there this morning & this afternoon, but when I went and tried to access a bookmark, there were none. Why would they have disappeared and why now?

1. Double-click the Home button to reveal the Task Bar
2. Hold the Safari app down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close Safari
4. Re-launch and test Safari

How can some CD's import Ok and some import and have no sound?

I have been importing songs from CD's - some import correctly and play perfectly. Some CD's import, but they are only a few Kbs and there is no sound when they play back. Does anybody know why this is happening? It's driving me up the wall! Help!

however it sounds as if you've uninstalled the driver for your audio device. in order to fix this, go to the support section of your device's manufacturer and browse for drivers for your hardware model, download the audio drivers available and reinstall them.
