Upgrading from 9.2.0.7 to 10.2.0.2 : DBUA problem

Question

When I execute my DBUA it can't detect my old database. I can assure you my /etc/oratab is ok. What can seems to be the problem?
this is my oratab

Hi ,
Modify entry in oratab .
Modify the oratab entry With this DEV:/oracle/DEV/920_64:N
& try agan.
