Upgrading from ver.5 to 5.1 please help
Hi I have version 5 of FCP and need to upgrade it to ver 5.1 to open some projects does anyone know where I can find an update for this?
FCP 5.1 was part of the upgrade to the Universal Binary version of Final Cut Studio and had to be paid for. It is no longer sold by Apple.
The current version is FCP 6.0.5, part of Final Cut Studio 2.

I have bought a new mac with lion operating system after my previous mac was damaged beyond repair, however i am running a logic pro 9 upgrade from logic express 8. I have been told that logic 8 doesnt work on lion, but i need to install it before i can install my upgrade to logic 9. Can someone help??
I believe you just need the serial and not necassirly the installation of 8 on your system.

I recently get an old palm III which unfotunally runs palm os 3.0 which won't hot sync via irda, since I have cable I would like to update, can someone direct me to WORKING download (all links wchich I found linked to palm.com on which it's no longer hosted), maybe someone could upload it to rapidshare or sth like that? I have Windows Vista and my iTunes is v10.5, I have and iPhone 3GS and an iPhone 4. Everytime i try to update my phone to iOS5 it stops on Backing up and freezes. What can i do? Do i need t upgrade my phones on a Mac? Please help it would be greatly appreciated.
Your expectations are not based in reality.
Your G4 will not run iCloud. There will be no upgrade from Mobile Me to iCloud for you with that machine unless you do it manually, and only mail will work without further expenditure. -
spinwheel when syncing, unable to sync photos, error message "the disk cannot be read from or written to" ... please help!
Everytime I try to sync my photos to iPad or my iPhone. The sync freezes for a whilie then comes back with "the disk cannot be read from or written to". I have already exported photo library from iPhoto and readded the photos.

Your iPhoto library is usually kept in your pictures folder. Did you look there? If it is still there then you did lose your photos. Just need to get the iPhoto app at the latest level.

YOU CAN'T.
If you upgrade your phone you can only upgrade to iOS 7 and that is it. You can only ever update to the lastest available software, which in this case is iOS 7. You either upgrade to this or not at all because you can't upgrade to anything else. -
