Hi I had Adobe 7 photoshop and had a problem so we had to scrub the computer and when I tried to add the software back the email that I had included this product key ...

Do I need to use this key to upgrade to the new package?  I see it is $119 for the Photoshop Elements II and Adboce Premiere Elements II that I would like to upgrade to. ---I just want to make sure there is no additional fee.  Please advise.  Heather

  There is no additional fee. You will get separate serial numbers for PSE11 and PRE11. You will not need a serial number for any previous version. If you buy a download it will be for a single platform. If you buy the boxed version you will get DVD’s for both Windows and Macintosh.

    So since I've been using iTunes I've always used my AOL info to log in. Well, just a few days ago it started saying I needed to upgrade my account to a free Apple ID if I want to continue purchasing new music or using my current music. So I click for it to upgrade and it will take me to the page where it says change this account to use a Apple ID. When I click continue a box pops up saying an error has occurred and to please try again.   • Terrible Customer support, I upgraded my account they took the money and nothing works.  I have done chat support and was told they were levating to the next level of support and have heard nothing.  I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour.

    I upgraded my account yesterday. They charged my card and nothing works,  I was on with online chat support for a hour last night. I was told they were levating my support to the next level.  Never heard back from anyone  I have been on hold for over an hour on phone support. 
    This is really awefull way to treat your customers.

    You upgraded your FormsCentral account?  Can you explain what you mean that you cannot use it, what is happening, when and where are you being redirected?  Did you use the same email address for the upgrade as you used to sign into this forum?  We see a lot of cases where users sign into FormsCentral with one email address but then use a different during the upgrade process.  Check and see if you have another email you might have used for the upgrade.

    I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this!  I'd recommend starting a new forum thread with your question, since it's not related to this topic (upgrading your Typekit account).  Sounds like there may be an issue with your Creative Cloud installation that is causing the software to crash.  Use the "ask your question" field at the top of the page: https://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud
    The foundry that owns Univers is not a Typekit partner, so we cannot offer that font family in the library at this time.  If you have the option of using something similar, we recommend one of these selections from the library:

    I am unsure on how to re-upgrade my account. I was previously using the student discount until I recently realized that I was charged $9.99. I emailed Spotify to inquire about how I could still be granted the student discount. I was then told by them that I simply need to re-upgrade my premium subscription to the student discount at anytime. I am not sure how to do this because I receive the message, "It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time."     I am sorry to inform you that it is not possible to purchase an Adobe FormsCentral subscription, as this service is retiring on- July 28 2015. It is not possible to upgrade the FormsCentral subscription, only existing users can use the service till retirement.

    Apps can't be deleted from iCloud as they only reside in the App store.  Also, the apps themselves aren't taking up space in your iCloud account.  They only thing in your iCloud account would be the app data that is backed up as part of their iCloud backup, but this generally doesn't use much space.  You can check how much is being used, and eliminate specific apps from being included in the backup, by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage on their device, tapping the name of their device under Backups, then checking the apps listed under Backup Options (tap Show All Apps to see them all).  Turn an app to Off to exclude its app data from being backed up.

    hi i received an email (twice) apparently from apple (title "upgrade your account"). It reports that the system detected unusual charges to the credit card. They ask for all details after clicking on a reference number in the email. All looks like apple. Is it a fraud? Have you ever received such msg?
