Upgrading my MacBook Pro?

I bought my MacBook Pro at the beginning of last summer and it worked great for a while and still runs pretty decent. However I run a lot of programs at once (Flash 8, Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2, Dreamweaver 8 etc..) and I would like to know if it is possible to upgrade the machine to the current options available when purchasing a new MacBook Pro? My current configuration is below and I would like to have a total of 3-4MB RAM (which I am sure is possible), but also either the 160GB or 200GB Hard Drives (which I am not sure if this is possible). Main reasoning for the larger hard drive is that I want to run bootcamp with Windows XP and the current hard drive doesn't leave me a lot of space on Mac OS X after the partition.

I think you're wanting to go beyond what your existing machine is capable of. The Intel Core Duo machines have a max of 2Gb, as you already have. I understand that to be a limit of the logic board.
The new Intel Core 2 Duo machines go to a max of 3 Gb.
Given you want to upgrade the memory and hard disk and you want better performance, why not consider buying a new machine and selling on your old one?
That way you can benefit from a faster processor, the memory capability you need, and pop in a nice large hard disk while you're there.
You can always keep the cost down by buying 1Gb RAM from Apple and upgrading to 3Gb with third party memory. And for data you're not using very regularly, an external hard disk would suffice and reduce your requirement on your primary disk.
