Upgrading to Premium
According to the description of Skype Premium, it includes unlimited calling to US & Canada. I already have an annual subcription for the Unlimited US & Canada with a Skype phone number that isn't going to expire for another 11 months. Is it possible to just upgrade my existing subscription to Skype Premium rather than purchasing it at full price?
Pretty much this 50% offer is a scam for existing users. If you have an active 'unlimited' subscription of any kind active...including month-to-month you will not get the year's worth of unlimited calling. I just spent 40 minutes with support and the FINALLY admitted the offer page is misleading and 'will try and fix it'.

In order to calrify your issue, please note – if you cancel your subscription, it will run to the end of your contract. For example, if you have a 3 month subscription, your subscription will run until the end of the 3 month period.

Our upgrading issues rumble on here at my workplace!
We currently have 2 machines which are installed with CS2.
We have (due to ordering issues - mistakes!) 1 x CS2 - CS5 STANDARD upgrade and 1 x CS5 to CS5.5 PREMIUM upgrade.
My question is, if we upgrade our PREMIUM CS2 to a STANDARD CS5, can we then upgrade again using the PREMIUM CS5-CS5.5?
My question is one of compatibility!

Any one with experience with using Maas360 free spiceworks version and then upgrading to premium version.
My question is if we dicide to go with premium do we need to enroll our devices again or do they get update with premium when you pay.
This topic first appeared in the Spiceworks CommunityReally sorry to hear you both ran into this trouble upgrading. We've tried to reproduce it with two test accounts and the orders all went through fine.
What we did:
Testing with a new Skype account that never had Skype Premium (Group video calling) before
Started a group video call and got prompted to enter the free trial
Accepted the trial
Went to the Skype Premium product page at http://www.skype.com/en/premium/ and picked the purchase option
Was asked to sign in with my Skype name and did so
Prompted "You already have the active free trial. Do you want to proceeed nevertheless or wait until that's over?" (I've paraphrased the message here). I chose the "Proceed" option
Was prompted to pick the duration of the premium subscription and the payment method.
Submitted the order there
At this stage the order got submitted. Can you share at which of above steps exactly you see the error message? Ideally can you also supply a screenshot, please?

I just typed in the Code and I got a answer that it was successful. But still an hour ago theres no Email for my Upgrade to premium. When i use the Code again it says the code was used. Please help.

Without 3D option in my PS6, after upgrade web premium.
my CS6 is standard version and volume license from my company. after i deployed cs6 web premium from appplication server, dreamweaver, flash has come out. But my photoshop has not upgraded to be extended. How can i do next?

Did Talk21 upgrade to Premium, but still shows as ...
Followed the upgrade process to Premium mail to save my Talk21 account from being lost. Placed an order and received confirmation mail that my order was "done" and I could now login to Premium mail. When I login to my email account at BT.com, it is still showing as Basic Mail. I cannot activate my new BT ID as I do not have a customer account number - there was a link to request this by post, so have done that. I do already have a BT account against my landline, but reading posts elsewhere here, it does not appear possible to link the account for mail to the landline account.
So, how to proceed? I just want to ensure my Talk21 email account is now "protected"....
Thanks.The BT is in shambles and nobody knows what is going on. The termination of the email system and upgrading of non-broadband email accounts have taken everybody by surprise and now they are trying to find a way out.
I know people whose account has been upgraded when they didn't even ask for it! Now how do you explain this? I won't name names because they don't want their account to be terminated on 16th September. When I heard this, the first thing I asked them is to check their credit card just in case there is a phantom charge. They tell me they are pretty sure they haven't given their credit account details to BT. In the 1990s, BT were using credit card payments system but they are quite sure that credit card account is closed now.
Sorry I can't help you because I don't know the answer myself. Only the MODs can help you on this.

Doble cargo sin upgrade a premium
Estimado Sres. Intenté dos veces realizar el pago para contar con la versión premium durante tres meses por S/.0.99 pero en ambas oportunidades me salió un mensaje de error donde me pedía que volviera a intentar, al revisar mi cuenta de banco me figuran los dos cargos realizados por los 2 intentos y aún así la cuenta continua siendo sin ser premium, es decir me cargan dos veces y aún así tampoco me realizan el upgrade de la cuenta a premium. Les pediría primero realicen el cambio a premium y segundo que me hagan la devolución de los S/.0.99 o bien me extiendan la versión premium a tres meses más es decir en total 6 meses.

Exijo por tanto que se solucione este malentendido y se me reintegre el importe de 9,99€. That surprises me, as I am pretty sure eLS 2.5 included the 5.5 versions of all products. I'm not sure when it was upgraded to CS6. I would suspect that page is in error and it does NOT include the CS6 products... I'll see what I can dig up.
More to your question though, eLS 2.5 does include a subset of the Web Premium CS 5.5 products (i.e Flash, Dreamweaver), so it should work...but I'm not sure what you mean. If you had Web Premium CS 5.5, you gain Captivate and Presenter with the eLS 2.5 purchase. Is that what you needed?

Not able to upgrade to Premium
Yesterday I subscribed to the free Premium trial to get group skype. It was great and I wanted to do the full (non-trial) upgrade before I leave on a trip. I've tried to upgrade, and it asked if I wanted to wait until after the trial expired and I selected the option of not waiting. This is the error message I got:
Oops - it looks like this trial has either expired or isn’t available for this Skype Name.
Please ensure you’ve signed in with the Skype Name the free trial was sent to.
I don't understand what's going on. I am signed in with the only Skype name I have. I don't want a trial, I want a premium account. What should I do?Really sorry to hear you both ran into this trouble upgrading. We've tried to reproduce it with two test accounts and the orders all went through fine.
What we did:
Testing with a new Skype account that never had Skype Premium (Group video calling) before
Started a group video call and got prompted to enter the free trial
Accepted the trial
Went to the Skype Premium product page at http://www.skype.com/en/premium/ and picked the purchase option
Was asked to sign in with my Skype name and did so
Prompted "You already have the active free trial. Do you want to proceeed nevertheless or wait until that's over?" (I've paraphrased the message here). I chose the "Proceed" option
Was prompted to pick the duration of the premium subscription and the payment method.
Submitted the order there
At this stage the order got submitted. Can you share at which of above steps exactly you see the error message? Ideally can you also supply a screenshot, please?

Qosmio G50-115: How to upgrade Home Premium to Ultimate
Dear Friends,
I am a teacher in a local college. We decided to buy Qosmio (Device name: G50-115, , Device number: PQG55E-01J00GEN, Product Group: QOSMIO) for our department. We bought two for the time being for trial. But now my job is on the sword.
These laptops are pre-intstalled with Vista-Home Premium -SP1 and we need to upgrade these to Vista Ultimate. We have a Windows Vista Ultimate DVD but that is without SP1 on it. When I run and try to upgrade it rejects the upgrade as the installed version is newer than the version which I have. Microsoft is of no help, they said you bought it....
Microsoft advised me to uninstall SP1 but I cannot do that because there is no option in ControlPanel for this.
If I do clean install I will lose all the Toshiba's nice software. I made a recovery disk but do not think that I will be able to install these software. Though I can download all the necessary drivers but I am interested in factory installed utilities/software.
Would you please advise me what to do. Is there we can get all teh Qosmio software on a DVD for instalation.

As Raver said use vLite free software. This software would allows you to create a new Vista Ultimate DVD and you could include the SP1 which you could download from the Microsoft.
At the other hand you could also use the Vista Ultimate DVD to install the Vista on the Qosmio G50.
The Toshiba tools and Vista driver can be downloaded from the Toshiba Europe driver page.
After the Vista Ultimate installation you could update and install the SP1 -

I found that proceduer.
It did not take my upgrade key.
Called MS & they where very helpfull & even provided me with a key that worked & stayed on the line with me through the upgrade process all for no cost.
MS deserves a big thanks as anytime I have called them they had the answer & is a lways a big help.
