I want to upload dell printer software on my macbook, how can I tell if it is compatible for mac's? I need to print a project for one of my classes and I would like to print at home but we only have a dell printer for my mom's dell laptop and I want to find if the software is mac compatible so I dont have to pay money at school to print it. Can anyone help?

Simply check developer site, search for that specific printer, and see what they say about compatibility. If you use Lion, connecting printer normally goes to download center, download driver, and you are there.

You can upgrade from 10.5 to 10.6 with no problems. Any program that runs under 10.5 should run under10.6. If possible, I'd make sure to register it on Apple's online system at first start IN THE STORE, and verify it is a kosher serial number before walking out. That way you'll be sure to be covered by the warranty. If the machine is fake, Apple's system won't accept the serial number. If it is stolen and already registered to someone else, it won't accept the repeat registration.

It's mostly photos. But seeing as the Photostream will only give me new photos, not the old ones there's no way of telling how far I've got. I can get about 1gb of data uploaded each night but I can only tell this is happening from looking at my ISPs stats on my account. The blue bar on my iPhone starts from the beginning each time.
When will this upload finally reach totality? And how will the iPhone know?

I'm not sure how else to phrase this? I just want to know how far along my upload is, as I cannot do it all in one sitting - it would take ages - and every night when I start it rolling again the blue bar just starts from the beginning.
